"Отель на центральной улице, идущей от ж/д вокзала, минут 5 до него пешком. В номере чайник, чай, кофе, сливки. Холодильника и сейфа нет. В одноместном номере шкаф короткий, т.е. длинные вещи не повесить. Брюки вешала на вешалку и на дверцу шкафа. Нет лифта, кому важно. Завтрак не брала. Отелем довольна."

"I stayed for two night and it was overall satisfying stay. The room is clean enough and i liked the bedroom and living room was separated. It was spacious enough to open the suitcases on the floor. There was only one set of towel for two people but when I requested housing lady gave me quickly. I also requested late check out and it was 20 euro per hour and only available until 2pm. But when I called the reception the guy told me it is 15 euros. I had to pay with my card not cash because of the wrong information. But it was good stay and I would like to visit again next time."

"A very well located hotel with very nice staff at reception and breakfast service. The reception and lounge areas are nice and well decorated. Rooms are renovated but not to high standards and bed is very uncomfortable sadly... So rooms does not reflect a 4 star hotel. However reception area and breakfast are not bad. A mixed experience but fir the price it was ok if we consider this hotel a 3 star quality hotel."

"這家ibis在城市邊上，窗口看得到古老的城牆，所以進城出城都很方便，不用在擁擠的城市裡穿梭。酒店邊上就有停車位，19點-9點免費。附近有個非常大的超市，價格便宜得不行，還可以加油，油價也很便宜。也可以把車停在那兒，但記得車上不能放任何東西。店員很熱情，非常友好，解釋得很清楚。酒店有中文宣傳單，跟着楊導玩轉周邊小鎮，效率很高。"

"Kleines Zimmer, was wohl vom gebuchten Zimmertyp abhängig war, der Beschreibung so drastisch aber nicht zu entnehmen, wo praktisch nur Bett das Zimmer einnahm und zwischen Bett und Wand am Fußende kam man gerade durch. Keine Becher oder Gläser im Zimmer vorhanden, das Leitungswasser (kein Wasserfläschchen für den Gast) musste man direkt aus der Hand! am Waschbecken trinken. Badezimmer war sauber und völlig ok., aber die wackelige Schiebetür zum Zimmer war unappetitlich alt-fleckig. Der Aufzug war beängstigend alt und man hatte Angst, stecken zu bleiben. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr schön, aber als 2 weitere Gäste nach uns kamen, musste erst neuer Kaffee für sie aufgesetzt werden, weil die Kanne leer war, was dauerte, ferner waren die wenigen Scheiben Salami und Käse von uns schon fast aufgegessen - die armen Gäste nach uns. Am Abend zuvor wollten wir in diesem stimmungsvollen Raum Abendessen einnehmen, was nicht ging, nur in anderem Restaurantraum (auch ok, aber nicht ganz so schön), aber am nächsten Abend sahen wir doch Gäste am großen schönem Kamin im „Frühstücksraum“ dort essen..Das finde ich ohne Erklärung einen schlechten Service. am Vorabend. Wegen des Aufzugs und fehlendem Komfort im Zimmer würde ich bei nächster Reise woanders buchen trotz der Lage direkt am Papstpalast."
