"Giriş: Giriş işlemleri hızlı ve verimliydi. Lobide ayrıca konforlu oturma alanları mevcut; Grab veya ulaşım beklerken harika bir deneyim. Oda: Odanın Japon esintili tasarımını çok beğendim; ferah, temiz ve özenle düzenlenmişti. Tek dezavantajı, ayarlaması zor olan ve odayı bazen çok soğuk ya da çok sıcak yapan klimaydı. Mini Bar: Mini bar, ücretsiz alkolsüz içecekler, bira, fincan erişte ve patates kızartmasıyla doluydu. Sadece ek ürünler talep ederseniz ödeme yapmanız gerekiyor ki bu da hoş bir dokunuştu. Tuvalet: Tuvalet temizdi, ancak ikinci gece odaya döndüğümde hoş olmayan bir koku fark ettim. Kahvaltı: Otelde iki kahvaltı seçeneği mevcut: 1. kattaki havuz kenarındaki restoranda alakart kahvaltı veya yan taraftaki Hyatt Regency'de açık büfe kahvaltı. İkinci sabah havuz kenarındaki alakart kahvaltıyı tercih ettik, ancak yemekler oldukça vasattı. Ancak, kalabalık ve dumanlı olabileceği için kumarhanenin içinden sık sık geçmek zorunda kalmaktan hoşlanmadım. Olumlu tarafı, Ayala Alışveriş Merkezi sadece 5-8 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde ve iyi alışveriş ve yemek seçenekleri sunuyor."

"We arranged airport transfer and waited over half an hour for it to arrive, a grab would have been just 5 mins and cheaper. The reception was fine and the roof top terrace and bar was nice but the rest of the hotel was under renovation so very tatty and evidence of work ongoing. It’s situated close to the airport but the area outside is quite run down. Lots of KTV bars, but also lots of people sleeping on the streets and begging. We decided to take a walk to the bay, which had a nice stretch of bars and restaurants and the walk through a town with a few sights was quite nice, however I would suggest catching a tuk tuk as it was quite a long walk and had to walk alongside a few busy major roads. I can’t say it was an unpleasant experience, but I wouldn’t choose to stay again."

"We stayed at Nuwa for 3D2N , the experience was great except for the last breakfast day, we went their at around 10am for the buffet breakfast which was located at Hyatt Regency , on the first breakfast day, all went well, no long line, food was good, service was fast, unfortunately on the second day of breakfast service was very bad due high volume of guest who are waiting in line, and the employee who is in charge in the line keep saying that the breakfast will end at exactly 11am, without giving alternative options where can other guest take their breakfast. COD hotels shares one breakfast buffet area (if you want buffet style breakfast) which was in Hyatt Regency Hotel. Good thing I remembered that we could eat breakfast at one of Nuwa's restaurant. But staying at Nuwa's Hotel was a great experience."

"Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room."
