Great location 5 min from central train station. Our unit was very comfortable but note it was a loft with stairs so those not so mobile may prefer other rooms. The service was really great from everyone we interacted with and always went above and beyond. The shower and bathroom was great size and modern. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good which is rare. There was an issue with the aircon malfunctioning and not working. The team tried hard but could not get someone to come out in time so provided a fan upon our request.

The location of the room is perfect! It sits in the heart of the city but the room is quiet and nice. Wherever you go, it takes within 10 minutes to walk. It is also very close to the train station. The host is friendly and let us drop our bag after checkout, which is really convenient for traveling around if you are leaving Florence late. They also provide breakfast and coffee in the room. However, you may want to consider bringing earplugs and eye mask if you are very sensitive to noise and light - the air conditioning creates some inevitable noise and the light is quite bright. It is fine if you travel in cooler weather and do not need their aircon. If you book this room, you may need to prepare some cash for the city tax. Overall, this is a great place I'd recommend to stay.

THIS IS A PLACE YOU WANT TO STAY AT! It knows exactly what it wants to be and executes that vision PERFECTLY! The staff/owners are incredibly warm, helpful and genuine. The rooms have so many things you need but don’t think will be there. The decoration is very well thought out and the comfort is spot on. Was clean and smelling fresh and the communication was better than some 5 star hotels! Good job guys, thank you for the memories!

Tüm banyo malzemeleri tek kullanımlıktır ve iyi paketlenmiş ve temizdir. Bize arka tarafta çok sessiz ve konforlu bir oda tahsis edildi ve şehir merkezi hemen alt kattaydı❤️ Ön bürodaki Maria çok misafirperver. Sadece sabahtan akşam 4'e kadar otelde bulunuyor. Bu saatler dışında check-in yapmak sorunlu olacaktır. Otelin kapısı nispeten küçük ve bulunması zor. Ön büro küçük görünüyor, ancak oda geniş ve konforludur. Alt katta şehir merkezi bulunmaktadır. Caddenin karşısında büyük bir süpermarket ve kahvaltı dükkanı bulunmaktadır. tren istasyonuna gidin ve Baihua Katedrali'ne gidin. Sadece 15 dakika. Yakınlarda ve pazara yakın çok sayıda restoran ve et lokantası var (sığır çöreği lezzetli, ancak uzun kuyruklara değmez) Bu gezide en sevdiğim oteldi ve herkese şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

Centrally located to food and amenities. Very confusing check in, which was not indicated that we had to check in with another hotel. I drove and so had to go around 3 times to find a spot to stop and enquire... For the price paid very basic. no brekky, no tissues, whilst bathroom was decent in size, but shower stall was small and old, and shower head needs to be replaced. Other than that I slept well, though walls are very thin, and can hear the neighbours gettting in and out of apartment at night and in the morning. Noisy..

There was an amazing staying. The view is the best, room and bathroom was fresh and clean. Beds are comfortable and there were constantly available drink water, coffee and tea, the kitchen was very nice✨ House owner even helped us to lift up our baggage!!! So sweet and kind lady, big thanks to her! When we needed help to find out something about the city or where to get iron, we got it very quickly. I recommend everyone to stay here.

駅から7分、ウフッツイ美術館まで10分と、とても立地のいい場所にありますが、ホテルの看板があるわけではないので、見つけにくかった！10mそばに立っているのに、行ったり来たりしても分からず、近所のホテルマンに聞いたら「すぐそこだよ」て指差された先に小さなドア。インターホン押して、開けてもらって、3階に上がりようやくチェックイン。部屋は可愛い、朝食も朝早い出発だと言ったら「朝食店に作って前日引き渡しを依頼できる」と臨機応変な対応。シャワーもある、冷蔵庫もある、ベットボトル水も用意してある。部屋を出て一つ上に上がると共用の古都の屋根の風景がみえるテラスがある。チェックインがスムーズにいけばとてもいい宿。

I had a wonderful stay at B&B Cavour 10. The property feels more like a cozy hotel room rather than a full apartment, which was perfect for my needs. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is outstanding — right in the center of Florence, close to major attractions and surrounded by amazing restaurants, especially if you love high-quality meat dishes! The shower was modern and spacious, and a free breakfast was also included, which was a very nice surprise. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Florence!
