We spent 3 nights at the Belair Hotel with breakfast included. On the first night we received a small room of 10-12 m2 with a sea view, even though I had booked a room of 22 m2 (standard room on Trip.com). The next day, the reception without any problems suggested changing the room to a larger one. The rooms are quite modernly decorated in a holiday style with a fridge, a kettle and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The hotel has 2 swimming pools. In July at 10 there were no more free sun loungers. Instead of going to the swimming pool, I recommend going to the beach for the whole day - the best one is 30 m from the hotel (next to the Rhodes Palace hotel - an underground passage right next to the Rhodes Palace sign). We were offered to change towels once every two days. During the season, the hotel offers evening attractions in front of the hotel bar right next to a busy street. There are two supermarkets under the hotel where you can buy from food to souvenirs. Breakfast was good, not much choice and quite monotonous. The service from the cleaners to the reception desk is nice and communicates in English. There are bus stops in front of the hotel, with buses taking you to/from the airport and the center of Rhodes. Tickets must be purchased at the supermarket next to the hotel. Despite a few inconveniences, I rate the hotel a strong 4/5.

The room was perfectly renovated with a perfect view but its temperature with the air conditioning at the maximum was between 27 & 29 degrees The mini bar had no cooling When I complained they told me it was not a refrigerator ironically in the reception and after it found it Technical not corrected until we left The room was as a supply to the coffee shop but we were paid at the end of the coffee in a 5-star hotel with a price-high price at night The elevator had no air conditioning and was a gas chamber up to the 17th floor which we stayed The supermarket of the hotel cost me an extra 10 minutes the cigarette package I bought because it does not give me a card as he told me and showed me a handwritten note General culture of the decade 70-80s which in no way justifies the Category 1

Really wonderful hotel, location on the beach, with plenty of loungers to go round. The staff work incredibly hard, massive thankyou to the gentleman who cleaned the sun loungers each morning and night and the cleaning staff who kept the place immaculate - I love that they feature as a team on your Instagram page - shows real teamwork which was really evident in our stay. Service throughout our stay was outstanding Each meal time the food was excellent as was the service, lovely, fresh food & stacks of choice, there was always a table for us. The Aegeos Spa within the hotel was excellent, Areti did one of the best massages I have ever had, perfect way to switch off on a busy family holiday - would really recommend. This hotel is brilliant - we upgraded to a sea view room, which was modern, light and airy, the day we left we were moved to an older room for a late check out & I can understand the comments about rooms being dated - well worth the upgrade if you are considering. Don’t forget beach shoes for the pebbly beach 😊 Wouldn’t think twice about booking here again

I have stayed now a total of 3 times at Blue Roses Apartment. Theo is a credit and made me feel welcome, the location is very close to Rhodes Old Town and only a bus or taxi ride away. Being close to the Airport it is a perfect location for all your Rhodes needs. Sigma excursions is only a stones throw to which you have multiple options to do different types of trips to suit your needs. Napoli restaurant is absolutely amazing and the food is and always will be the best for me. Blue Roses Apartment is very clean and I have never had an issue with any of my 3 stays. Bathroom is spotless and towels are refreshed as well as bed sheets on a daily basis. I would highly recommend Blue Roses to anyone and everyone.

Nice hotel with nice grounds and good facilities. Rooms are clean, good size and comfortable, but the view from the rooms at the back of the hotel are pretty non existent as you just stare at a rock face and some trees.. However, for our last minute, 11 night HB stay, 50 euros a night for a sea view upgrade seemed a bit steep so we stayed put. We found the Pool area too noisy, so spent our lazy days on the pebble beach opposite the hotel which we found quite relaxing, the sea was beautiful and the sunbeds free. There's also a nice little beach bar for lunch and drinks. Food in the hotel was very good, you'd have to have a very fussy pallet to not find something to enjoy, the restaurant was also very organised and spotlessly clean. Not sure why Greek hotels offer all inclusive, it just kills the local economy, and Ixia seems to be a good example of that. There's a few bars and tavernas outside the hotel, but it's not the prettiest place I've ever visited, so we chose to eat in the hotel. There's a public Bus stop outside the main gate. and for 2 euros you can travel the 3.5 miles into Rhodes. Alternatively, it's 12 euros in a taxi, or a very pleasant 1 hour walk... we did all three options during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommend the trips to Symi and Lindos from Rhodes harbour, we chose to go with Rhodes sealine, a bright red speedboat that does the crossing in an hour for 40 euros pp... Great value.

We booked this hotel as it was near to Rhodes old town which we love. On arrival we were greeted at reception and then told how to get to our room. Nobody offered to take our luggage. Lifts and corridors are dated with the most awful carpet - condition and pattern! The room was ok but small and the bathroom was the smallest I ever had in a hotel, also quite dated with a shower over the bath. Had to open the bathroom door and go round it to get to the toilet. We booked a sea view room and when opening the curtains and going onto the balcony we could indeed see the sea. However, our immediate view was of flat roofs one of these buildings obviously houses a generator and the motor from this rumbles away day and night and almost (but not quite) drowns out the noise from the very busy road that separates the hotel from the extremely average beach. The bar area on the top floor is fairly pleasant inside bur the outdoor area which could be lovely is so dark that we had to use our phone torch. Breakfast was good with a nice terrace area. The town is basically a ***** of very average restaurants which face onto afore mentioned busy main road. The pool area is scruffy with very basic sun beds which are close together and grass that needs cutting. To get a beach towel is about a ten minute journey from the room to the spa area. The spa looks to be the most luxurious part of the hotel. We travel regularly and fail to see how this hotel in any way meets the criteria for a 5 star. We were so disappointed we booked out after 2 nights ( big decision) and went to a hotel in Lindos - turned out to be the best decision we have ever made!
