Lijiang Hosteller

"NOTE: This hostel is 20 minute taxi ride away from the Old Town and the bus terminal to Yulong and 40+ minutes away from the train station. As such, you can save time and money paying a few dollars more to stay in the Old Town (a taxi is around 20 yuan each way to the hostel). The positive of the hostel is that, like other Desti hostels, there are large community spaces to chill and socialize whether Chinese or a foreigner friend. So if that is your goal, then this is a great option. Unfortunately, I found this to be the least maintained and clean Desti of the three I have been to. The curtains on my bed were covered in gross stains. And guests in the room were loud after quiet hours. They also placed us near the shower, some guests hung their underwear so it smelled. Not the hostel’s fault, but perhaps this is who it attracts? Fortunately, the staff did apologize and offer a solution once they understood the issues."

"Excellent hostel at an unbeatable price! The common spaces are great, western toilet on the third floor, solid neighborhood close to the bus depot - I gave one knock for location because the hostel is not super close to ancient town or Baisha. the owner is awesome and work with you to find good deals on local attractions. Free filtered water, a drum, and a solid wash and clothesline. The place is great and has everything you need as backpacker. Highly recommended for all!"

"This place is very good to stay. Convenient to reach to the ancient city in walking distance to the bus stops to travel Baisha ancient town or snow mountain or #105 to railway it is an ultimate place overall. Clean environment and very friendly and helpful staff members. Older building, but it is run well. In case you can't find the place through the address, I uploaded pictures of the entry to the hostel, both road and the gate. Enjoy your stay. I couldn't find the place when I stayed so the staff member met me on the way. It was so kind of them. Unfortunately, the address is not absolute when you follow the navigation, and trip.com doesn't have the clarity. Such nice place and people. I can recommend it. Enjoy your stay! "It was impressive to see him keep trying even though it must have been difficult to communicate because he was a foreigner. Everyone is very kind and pleasant. Also, the accommodation is quiet, comfortable, and clean. He plays card games and plays guitar for me who is bored. Also, I spared no effort to help my trip. I would like to thank you again for this review."

"Ev sahibi, check-in sırasında bagajımı odaya taşımama yardımcı oldu ve kendimi iyi hissetmediğimde beni kontrol etti. Odayı ve banyoyu her gün temizliyorlar. Keyifli bir konaklama geçirdim. Not: Yatağınızı kendiniz yapmanız gerekiyor ve şilte oldukça sert. Çarşafı serdiğimde her türlü ”tüy” saç buldum. Yerde de bir sürü saç vardı. Ev sahibine haber verdim ve odayı hemen temizledi. Hizmetiniz için teşekkür ederim."

"This is such a calm and well equipped place. If you are looking to unwind and enjoy the simple things, you're gonna love it too. Peaceful common spaces, great shower and bathroom facilities and the best quality dorm beds I've ever slept (so well) in. There are washing machines, pets, a coffee bar and a lot of little cozy spots to be by yourself or with a friend. I booked one more night. The location is just 5 min walk down a small street of the gate to ShuHe Ancient town. Amazing if you want the option to do all the touristy stuff but still stay in a tranquil neighborhood."

"Had a really memorable time at this hostel. Stayed in the dorm - clean and spacious. Great location for exploring Shuhe Ancient Town. The dogs are lovely company with personality. Lots of nice spaces - multiple common rooms, a very nice rooftop. I was treated to a very helpful, welcoming group of staff. I really enjoy their energy and attitudes, and wish I could spend more time with them. Staff also assisted with good priced (better than Didi) transport to and from Gan He Ba hiking trail. Overall, very cool and inviting group of people who help make this hostel."

"Dolapları var, eski şehre çok yakın, iyi bir konumda, ucuz olduğunu biliyorum. Ama temizlik pek iyi değil, sadece çarşaf veriyorlar, bu yüzden yatağı temizleyen kimse olmuyor. Köşelerde çok fazla toz buldum. En kötüsü de orada yaşayan insanların evleri gibi dağınık olmalarıydı. Gezgin değillerdi, bu yüzden hoş değildi. Oda arkadaşlarının gürültüsünden uyuyamadım. Gezginleri farklı odalara koymalılar. Ama tesisatlar fena değil, bir oturma odası ve egzersiz yapmak için iki makine var."

"無敵窗景 位置不錯 我的是【豪華雪景複式大床房】，188/晚（7.27日） 位置： 在古城的西側離馬路很近，如果打車或者是旅行，坐車都非常方便，往東都是上坡，非常有特色的時間，在古城的西側要找個5分鐘才熱鬧 衞生： 衞生是他的缺點，地板總是不乾淨，樓上的浴室椅子上灰塵堆積，而且沒有浴缸的一次性套袋 性價比：超值！！！ wifi: 不好用，5%的時間有機率有信號，其餘時間Wi-Fi 連，但是沒有網絡。幾乎全程使用 5G 房間大小： 比較寬敞，衞生間很狹窄，頂樓浴室的位置很寬敞 隔音： 不隔音，窗外就是古城的小路，有人和孩子經過會有説話的聲音，不過完全不不需要擔心，在古城要的就是這個效果 房間設施： 比較齊全，窗外景色無敵，實在是太好了。有浴缸，熱水充足。有空調。 床： 不錯，軟硬適中 停車： 無 服務： 每次進來都感覺闖進了上海咖啡廳主理人和他的朋友的店裡。 氛圍不像一個青旅，而像一個酒店。 前台小姐姐和一個長髮的帥哥服務非常好，很貼心很到位，對我的要求快速響應。"
