"Brilliant hotel. We had our own onsen in the room, they provide jasmine tea to add to the water which is great for your skin.
Close to the station and there’s a massive mall within walking distance.
We needed help tracking down some lost luggage at the train station. The manager went out of his way to help contact the station and follow up with them later in the day. His English was superb. Fantastic service!

"Stayed for 3 nights here — could have easily stayed longer. Hotel itself has great facilities. Kids loved the hot springs and the play areas. The room itself was just as it appears on the website. Clean,spacious and comfortable. Any extras we asked for were brought quickly. Food in restaurant also great. We found it hard to find food our kids would eat in this part of china, so the food on offer at breakfast was a lifesaver."

"Great location in a greeny park, close to hot spring and swimming pool area. The room was bery comfortable and no cigarette smoke ( the corridor was very smelly thoigh).
You can use all the pools ( like an aquapark) in the day of check in for unlimited time ( but you cannot go out and be back) there are a lot of pools in the summer, with cold and hot water. Great fun for family with kids.
In addtion the breakfast was selicious with at least 5 different stands of food ( most Chinese like but you can get some sweets and raw veggie too)"

"We stayed here on our first night after arriving from Australia. This was the perfect place to start our holiday. The hotel exceeded our expectations, with large, well appointed, comfortable rooms. Some highlights were the excellent buffet breakfast with selection of local foods, western breakfasts. We have to especially mention Keshi, who helped us find a local restaurant for a late dinner and helped organise transport to and from the restaurant, making sure we were OK, and checking to make sure we were well prepared for the next day at Emeishan. A great experience.

"Had such a great time at this hotel! The room is lovely and spacious and the tub is great for relaxing. The people at the front desk are the sweetest, they spoke a little English which was great for me. And even if we did not understand each other they would go out of their way to help me using a translation app and they helped me with everything. The only thing is the matrass was a little hard for my liking, but other wise a perfect stay. Will definetely come back!"

"The hotel offers many facilities. After a long day of hiking, you can especially enjoy the hot spring. Unfortunately, we didn’t bring our swimsuits, which was a bit of a pity.
The location is excellent — a food street is just a 5-minute walk away, and the shuttle bus station is also nearby.

"Hotel was located at a nice, quiet neighbourhood, but still walking distances to Emeishan Train Station, which was great! Our hotel room view, facing the lake, was very relaxing. Amenities were good with Dyson hairdryer. The staff really thought things ahead by taking the initiative of filling up the hotspring tub in our room just before our arrival, so to ensure we can have a very relaxing, enjoyable stay after the whole day out to the Golden Summit of Emei Mountain. Upon checking out, we were given a small paper bag filled with local peanut candies and the lychee flavoured Mr Emei Snow soda drink. It was a very nice, warm gesture from the Hotel. Definitely highly recommended!"

MMisafir KullanıcıWe recently stayed at Far Hill Reflect Snow Hotel for two days in early December as a family with seniors and young kids. While the hotel itself might not be the most luxurious, the outstanding hospitality we experienced makes it truly worth considering for anyone visiting the area.
A special mention goes to Ms. He, the hotel manager, whose kindness and dedication made our stay unforgettable. When we missed breakfast one morning, she personally prepared delicious noodles for us. When we struggled to find taxis, she went above and beyond, driving our group of seven to the train station in two separate trips. Such genuine care and effort are rare to come by, and it left a lasting impression on all of us.
If you're looking for a stay where you’ll feel truly cared for, this is the place to be. Thank you, Ms. He, for your incredible hospitality. We’ll cherish this experience and happily recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The building itself is stunning, with beautiful heritage-style architecture, but what really stood out was the service. From the hotel driver to the reception team and room service, every member of staff was genuinely attentive and welcoming.
One highlight was the hot spring pool. I was lucky enough to have it all to myself, and it was absolutely perfect—so relaxing after a tough hike and it left me feeling completely rejuvenated. On top of that, the snack combo was a real bargain and added extra value to my stay.
If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, great service, and authentic charm, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the perfect choice to unwind and enjoy an amazing stay after exploring Emei Shan.

MMisafir KullanıcıAlthough the private hot spring tub was stunning and the breakfast was good, I would not say that this property was particularly worth its money at a price tag of ~240€ + ~60€ for very mediocre food. Although the lobby and various public spaces are top-notch, the rooms show visible wear although it was not the biggest problem. The food offered (and lack thereof) was really below-par: which was offered was both of low quality (e.g. very swampy french fries) and extremely expensive (38 CNY for five small pieces of not special yellow cheese, otherwise offered at breakfast for free, 180 CNY for a low-end supermarket-grade bottle of red wine, etc.). We were denied railway station drop-off service at Emeishab, while it was stated on our Trip.com booking confirmation. We did not make a problem out of all of this as we had an otherwise good stay and enjoyed the day and the calligraphy session! We were also offered two-hours later check-out, which was geeat. At a bit lower price point, this would have been perfect. But considering our context, I believe this is an honest review.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe perfect accommodation for relaxing in the mountains and visiting Mt Emei as a foreigner. Our villa had a beautiful view, lots of space and was very clean and modern. Our highlight was the hot tub on our balcony fed by fresh spring water.
The hotel is very helpful and offers all the services you need. Their driver picked us up and dropped us off at the Emeishan high speed rail station for free (the hotel is a 20 minute drive away in the mountains). For an additional small fee, they also transported us to and from the Mt Emei shuttle bus service (20 minute drive away).
The meals were very good. We were provided good breakfast (noodles and platter of fruits, vegetables eggs etc) and bought dinner both nights.
If you are a foreigner staying here, recommend that you bring extra cash as we had some difficulty paying with our foreign card on Alipay. Also be prepared with your translation app if you don't speak Chinese.

LLanJiangWe initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff.
When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough.
If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting.
A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance.
If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay.
A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

They have a hot spring as well and the staffs are super friendly and helpful. You can walk to the emeishan ticket center within 3-5 mins. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay.
The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay.
Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.

The staff were extra helpful, making sure our laundry got hung, sending us to the train station, and just overall making us feel welcome.
