My wife and I had recently stayed at the NAMIYA hotel. I can honestly say that we both had a fanatic experience. The staff were courteous and accommodating with regards to requests. The facilities were excellent with wonderfully minimalistic rooms. The food at the restaurant was of top quality and the servers were most helpful. I particularly would like to mention the host, a gentleman called Skye, who was so very gracious and accommodating. He genuinely cared how my wife and I were during our stay. His English was at a very good level which made it very easy for me to converse with him. I will definitely be going again.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. There are rabbits that my girls loved. We are all very happy with our stay.

剛從一場説走就走的閨蜜旅行回來，迫不及待想和大家分享這家在上海奉賢區金滙鎮墩頭村的寶藏民宿——飛雲島隱湯與島！ 我們五個人就想找個地方放鬆聊天，好好拍拍照，結果這家民宿完全超出了預期。環境真的絕了，百年老宅每一個角落都出片。早餐精緻美味，做香包、寫福字、對聯 、謄抄心經，感覺青春又回來了，每套民宿都配有湯池真的太愜意了。晚餐就在他們家“乾府”解決，好吃又精緻，還給我們添加了他們自家種的霜打青菜[色]。 必須重點誇一誇他們的水上高爾夫！ 這絕對是我們此行最大的亮點。場地就在一片清澈的湖面上，特別開闊。我們幾個都是第一次玩，一開始還擔心不會打，結果現場有專業又帥氣的小哥哥教練耐心指導，從握桿到揮桿，講解得超仔細。整個過程充滿了尖叫和笑聲，特別解壓！看着球在水面上劃出弧線，感覺所有煩惱都跟着飛走了。而且這項運動非常優雅，拍出來的視頻和照片都很有格調，朋友圈已經收穫無數點贊和詢問了。 民宿的服務也特別貼心，特別要感謝前台蘭蘭妹妹，熱情周到，還幫忙拍照。總之，這是一次滿分體驗！非常適合閨蜜團、情侶或者家庭來度假，既有放鬆的舒適環境，又有獨特好玩的活動。我們已經約好，下次還要再來！

We stayed in the galaxy suite. It was excellent, furnishings were good quality and looks well maintained, and room was extremely clean, even the kids’ play area. Heating was good too. Beautiful environment, close to nature. Only cons were that the lack of food choices onsite, it’s not a problem if you drive, and some of the facilities were not open in the colder months. Hot spring and animal farm were really enjoyable. Staff were all very kind, friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed it so much we extended by an extra day. We will love to visit again during warmer months in summer to enjoy the beach.

Initially, I was planning on purchasing a 12 hr stay at Spa in Shanghai but decided on finding a hotel with a spa instead. I am so glad I did and that I found this place. I will definitely be booking another stay here. The staff was friendly and attentive. The tea they offer was delicious. The room was fantastic. The spa is housed in the building next to the hotel and both are connected. If you get a massage at the spa, ask for Enid. He did a great job. The hotel offers classes and services, all of which I wasn't able to take advantage due to how short my stay was. I look forward to coming back and enjoying thefull experience.

環境很好，很喜歡，晚上院子裏真的很漂亮，那天晚上跟兩衹小狗狗玩兒的很開心，老闆人很好，很熱情，不知道給老闆的棉花糖吃了沒有，好不好吃呀？早餐我們是喜歡的嘿嘿～我們還點到了很好吃的一家家常菜的外賣，三個人點了好多菜，最後竟然吃的差不多哈哈哈哈～ 我們三個都很喜歡，下次還會去找你玩兒的，謝謝姐姐啦～

First of all, I want to thank Manager Peter for upgrading our room to Executive Room. It gave us an excellent stay and experience. He was very helpful considering he's the only one who can speak English. He even helped us with our Taobao orders, online food cravings, etc. Even when he's on leave, the other receptionist was calling him and let him talk to us in English. He didn't have to do that since it's late at night but still, we appreciate it. Pros: 1. The Executive room was huge. 2. Variety of breakfast at the hotel and the One Step Restaurant that serve western food. 3. You can do your laundry for free. 4. Make-up room service was consistent and gave us generous amount of water bottles. 5. The whole vibe of the hotel was light and positive. 6. Smart toilet. 7. The hotel area was huge and full of trees, we didn't mind staying at the hotel for a whole day because of how relqxing it was. 8. With fresh towels everyday and the room jas a dyson hairdryer. Cons: 1. Only one person can communicate in straight english but app translate works. 2. The location was a bit far from the nearest MRT station but since the fare was cheap, we didn't mind at all. 3. Other than the restaurant, there is no convenience store nearby so buying food might be a struggle. Make sure you buy food/snacks before going back at the hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will definitely recommend the hotel because of the service and the amenities. Thank you for the upgrade and youe service, Peter. 😊

來臨港特意打卡凱悦下面的酒店，沒有踩雷，很特別的園林裏的酒店，裏面有家餐廳很好吃，吃完散步一下就回去休息了，前台也是非常的NICE整體的體驗感覺很好，大品牌還是不錯的，洗漱用品用的也是不錯的，下一次還會來的，滿意！！

除了停車不方便，其餘都不錯 每個環節的服務員我感覺都在線，態度熱情，一點不敷衍 清潔工作很到位，除了有一次電梯因為樓上游泳的人沒擦乾，地毯是濕的，其餘每個角落我感覺處處都有人及時打掃 飲料和水果的質量都不錯 夜宵西瓜首場，早飯後來杯星巴克罐裝，完美！ 早餐選擇其實還可以，能吃飽，8點到就行 入住酒店再來玩的話性價比其實很高的，送兩碗麪、送很多遊玩的券、送游泳戲水票啥的，總體感覺高温天或颱風天過來都能玩出花樣 值得再來
