Wi-Fi Olanağına Sahip Şanghay Otelleri

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The best affordable hotel to stay at when visiting Disney. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was Chinese, but fresh and tasty. Our daughter loved the rabbits in the garden. They offer a shuttle service to and from Disney and you can hire a big stroller from the hotel. I would definitely recommend to stay here!

I had a lovely stay at the Bellagio by MGM Shanghai. The service was excellent—staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, and well-maintained overall, offering a luxurious feel with a touch of classic charm. The highlight of my stay was the stunning night view of the Pearl Tower from my room—absolutely unforgettable. Watching the skyline light up from the comfort of my bed was a real treat. While most of the room was in great condition, some of the furniture, like the study desk, seemed a bit dated and had visible marks. It didn’t affect my overall comfort, but it stood out slightly against the otherwise high standard. Afternoon tea was okay—nothing spectacular—but the ambiance and view more than made up for it. The hotel’s location is also ideal, close to the Bund and major attractions, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. All in all, a fantastic experience with just a few minor areas for improvement. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Shangri-La! From the moment you arrive, you can feel the high level of service and attention to detail. The hotel truly lives up to its reputation — everything was exceptional. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The breakfasts were outstanding — a great variety, fresh products, and even pineapple, which we hadn’t seen in any other hotels during our 10 days across China. The view from the hotel is stunning, and the location is very convenient. There’s a mall right next door, and The Bund is within walking distance, which was perfect for exploring. No complaints at all — truly a luxurious and memorable stay. Highly recommend!

I would like to sincerely commend Jude from the concierge team at Waldorf Astoria for his exceptional service. Despite it being 12am, Jude was incredibly helpful and proactive in assisting me with a parcel that was mistakenly sent to the wrong address. His willingness to help at such a late hour, coupled with his calm and professional attitude, truly reflects the high standards of service associated with Waldorf Astoria. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Jude — his dedication did not go unnoticed and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. The other team members in the concierge department also did a helpful job with our baggage. It’s just unfortunate that I can’t have my ******* food delivery sent by the hotel staff directly to my room. This was inconvenient but I understand the food and hygiene aspects that they uphold. Generally, a pleasant stay with best location. The bund view is just too awesome!

Very nice hotel, very close to Century Ave metro station which is a great great great plus because we mainly used metro during our trip. there are many shops and malls in walking distance. The hotel might look shabby on the outside building but the facility and interior of the hotel itself is very new, modern and clean with spacious room. Clean toilet with working hot shower. Staff don't speak english but very nice and helpful.

The place is acceptable, the price is reasonable, the service is acceptable, and the room is acceptable considering the price. Overall, this hotel is acceptable.
