"Location is convenient with restaurants, 7/11, supermarkets nearby; 300m from mrt station, walkable to Raohe night market, Mt elegant and tanpei 101 (25-35 mins), if you take mrt, it takes about same time and need some transfers. Bathroom is huge, cleanness is ok, ac was very cold and cannot be adjusted for each room. Some ventilation or water pipe or ac noise due to older systems, if you are a light sleeper, you might mind it. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great."

"This place was amazing! I was a little hesitant to book because it went over our budget, but I'm so glad we did. They made us feel like guests rather than customers. I only regret not booking for at least 3 days! The one thing that bothered me was not knowing the full details about the shuttle service they provide (pick up location and times), but when I messaged them they replied pretty quickly. Place is spotless and they provide snacks and coffee/tea/water in the room. We would definitely come back if ever in Taiwan again!"

"Nice family room for 3 adults with a hot spring tub. Warm air-conditioning in cold weather. Love the King double & super single beds with good hard mattresses. We enjoyed the comfortable 2 nights stay. Don't expect much room service, just the general. Simply changed all used towers , re-filled drinking water bottles , made the bed and empty dustbin. I have encountered the used towers after changed were left behind on the room floor (outside bathroom), forgotten to retrieve. 😅😂"

"Thought I was upgraded from 36m2 to 28m2 (happiness room to love suite), so it is on higher floor, not G/F. Just note that there are two stairs inside room for love suite (door to room, room to hot spring) so it actually feel smaller than the photos. Original plan was to have my aunt 65+ to stay. Stairs may present some difficulties to them so ask hotel before confirmation of your trip if you have elderly /small children. Pros: can listen to birds singing in the mornings while watching Mountain View. This will be one strong reason for coming back. Also, views from dining room is superb. Appreciated so much for the staff at reception who meticulously take care of my needs to order take-out. She was so kind & I hope more ladies could be in hotel to serve their clients. At this price (lowest HKD46x for basic room type) there is nothing to complain. So I would definitely consider going back in winter times. Cons: plumbing system is old coz it’s uphill. WC can only handle liquid waste. Housekeeping effort will be needed for any solid waste disposal… Noise from housekeeping (& kitchen staff sending breakfast to rooms) can disturb sleep for light sleepers. When they change buffet breakfast to room service, I went to fetch a cup for hot water. A male staff intercepted me & asked abt the cups. To assure him that I won’t take these away, just show the pic below to reception (留下三大跟三小的杯). Hope he understands that female solo travellers are common elsewhere even i looked like locals; & simply bc my travel-mate have to leave earlier than planned."

"A bit disappointed, my room was supposed to have a window as per booking confirmation but in fact didn't, which felt claustrophobic. Breakfast extremeley mediocre. The hot spring bath is pleasant, especially the ”open air” basin upstairs. Convenient location very near transportation, public park and shops"

"the hotel resort was amazing! service was so good and the room was sooo cozy. amazing for couples who want a peaceful getaway! we stayed for 1 night and felt so sad that it ended so quickly. but it was the last night of our trip and it was a great way to end our taiwan trip. will definitely want to be back again for 2 nights next time to have more time to explore the city area and also to make use of more amenities."

"Was looking forward to this stay as it was my first visit to Beitou. and looking at the review rating at 8.8. thinking this should be a good place to stay. Check in Relatively late around 6pm which is their check in time stating on the official website. Thinking maybe they need more time to clean up the Rooms. And i was disappointed when i checked in. I know the room type that i booked, chances there won’t be view. but that is ok. but the room cleanliness is far from what reviewed. Toilet area walls are with mould and painting is peeling off. Shower head is too dirty to accept. As i have a long day after hiking at Yangmingshan. i’m just too tired to request for any room change since it just for a night, i settle with cleaning myself. 1/10 for cleanliness. Service Staff are attentive and super friendly Will greet you whenever they see you. Hot spring is normal, with 3 pools , 42 / 38 / 28 Degree C temperatures. no Steam room and sauna room. Breakfast taste super good, and fresh. (Although it’s a pre-settled manual) no buffet style for this hotel. 8/10 for food and service The room is at 4,800 TWD for this period. it really consider expensive. might get a better deal elsewhere."

"The location of the Hotel isn't that convenient to go to, so it's recommend to look at their shuttle bus timing or simply book an Uber to ride up the hill. Each room that you book also comes with a 1x free visit to the outdoor Spa facilities so I highly suggest you to bring a swim wear to go as it's pretty good even at night time. As for the room it's spacious like other reviews photos have shown but not a lot of people have shown the bathroom/toilet so I'm including it here. It's a very spacious Toilet with the bathtub that has the Onsen water, and the shower head beside the bathtub."

"It is an old hotel. Yet, after the recent refurbishment, the conditions have been upgraded significantly. The bath keeps its old-fashioned style, which makes the bathing experience resonate with the local history, In a positive way. The service is very good. The water is strong; the hot spring is milky white. Some may complain about the smell in the rooms; however it is normal from the odor of the real local hot spring. The sound proof is, admittedly, not that good but acceptable. The thing I would feel negative is their breakfast. But it is elder and vegetarian friendly. And, come on, see the price and others. There is no roomfor complaint."

"The hotel is just across the road from new beitou station, on the right side there is a 7-11. We were caught in the rain when we arrived at the hotel, they immediately provided towels and warm tea for us to dry ourselves and keep warm. They provide an upgrade to a deluxe room for a bigger hot spring bath for 3 pax. The staff brought us up into our room and gave us a quick brief about room amenities. They also assisted in getting us an airport transfer in the morning and packed our breakfast for our flight. Great service from the hotel staff."
