"Tüm resepsiyon ekibinden mükemmel ve çok misafirperver bir karşılama. İyi konumlanmış otel, toplu taşıma ve süpermarketlere yakındır. Güzel oda, ferah, aydınlık ve çok temiz. Mükemmel yatak takımı. Mükemmel WiFi. Resepsiyonda atıştırmalıkların ve kahve makinesinin bulunması çok takdir edilmektedir. Para için çok iyi bir değer. Hatırlanması ve tavsiye edilmesi gereken bir adres."

"This hotel is conveniently located just across the road from Jiantan MRT station exit 1. You are 1 min from the MRT station. The reception is friendly and welcoming. Though the room size is small, everything is well designed in such a way that it feel bigger as everything you need from luggage stand, mini bar, safe box is all easily accessible. Even though my room is on level 3 directly facing the MRT track, the sound proofing is so good that I don’t even hear the train passing.  The room is very clean and bed is firm and comfortable. Air coning is strong if you set it to low temperature. It worked well.  The breakfast is average."

"The hotel is in a great location, it has a lot of potential and you can tell they have spent a lot of money on the fit-out but I would say whoever is the general manager has not come from an international hotel brand and they just made everything so confusing with so many rules and procedures. I booked a room rate which meant I couldn't check in until 8pm which is like what a love hotel would do. I mean if they want to be a premium hotel why would you even offer this. The dry cleaning is a nightmare with free underwear and socks cleaning after two days but only one pair per day and and only this and only that and you have to use a special bag. Why make everything so confusing. I'd rather just pay for the laundry then learn all the rules. The tap in the bathroom is like a designer tap and it's extremely difficult to adjust the temperature and turn on and off. Outside all of this the electric curtains are nice, the remote control that controls everything is very good, the nano jet bath tub is nice and the sound bar in the room is nice but not so nice when your neighbour has it up super loud so you can hear it from next door. The lobby is weird, feels cold and empty with nowhere to sit and a pool and empty spa. I did enjoy my stay but I'd probably stay somewhere else unless I could get the deal super cheap but the whole place felt a bit of a miss."

"The hotel is just across the road from new beitou station, on the right side there is a 7-11. We were caught in the rain when we arrived at the hotel, they immediately provided towels and warm tea for us to dry ourselves and keep warm. They provide an upgrade to a deluxe room for a bigger hot spring bath for 3 pax. The staff brought us up into our room and gave us a quick brief about room amenities. They also assisted in getting us an airport transfer in the morning and packed our breakfast for our flight. Great service from the hotel staff."

"Rooms a bit basic but pleasant lounge (with Starbucks coffee), really enjoyed the very large pool (apprently water is fed in from a mountain spring, so it's cold but super refreshing). Breakfast quite disappoiting though staff was very nice. Bus stop right in front with various bus routes to all apots around Yangmingshan and even Taipei main station. Ne aware the volcanic fumes nearby give off a smell which can be strong at times."

"The service was terrible. I booked this hotel with 2 meals. , for dinner, they said we could not order the expensive menu, so we ordered within what they advised us. The oysters were not very fresh, and the soup was so blended, and there was no taste. We did not enjoy our meal much, and then once we finished, they gave us the bill with additional charge. I asked yhat lady what this additional charge for, then that lady did not even know what is wrong at the first. and then she called other senior lady, and she came back to us and explained like, ”This menu you ordered was actually not included in your meal plan. But it's okay since it's our fault, we will not charge to you. It's okay we will take this additional chages. ” I felt like... they are not generously allowing us something or giving services. Was so uncomportable. And the guy who work in the spa place on 2nd floor was so rude. Cheng? Chen? He was so rude and not quite nice. Also, for the outside spa(pool?), i know a lot of othe hotels spa allow people to use the shower cap on ther hair, but they said i should buy the swimming cap. Was so strict, so even we had the swimsuits, we were not able to use the outside spa(pool?). I paid almost 600$ and this hotel does not deserve to get this much amount. I do not recommend this hotel never ever."

"the hotel resort was amazing! service was so good and the room was sooo cozy. amazing for couples who want a peaceful getaway! we stayed for 1 night and felt so sad that it ended so quickly. but it was the last night of our trip and it was a great way to end our taiwan trip. will definitely want to be back again for 2 nights next time to have more time to explore the city area and also to make use of more amenities."

"After our first night of arrival, my son became quite ill the following morning. Staff were quite kind & helpful by advising next best step in seeking medical treatment and helped by promptly got us a cab. On our return, attending staff at the breakfast room were so considerate of my son’s indisposition that they’ve requested the chef to cook plain porridge for him (not in their menu). Albeit a tate far from the city centre but, if you are seeking qualitative hotel with staff members that will “drown” you with care and kindness, then you’ve reached “Mecca”. Beautiful hotel that’s worth every dime. Highly recommended. NB : Breakfast - clean delicious food😎🉐👏"

"The atmosphere is very good. Nearby a 24-hour book store which can go to watch and buy books anytime. The view looks like a picture of signature Taipei with Taipei 101 and Taipei Dome from the balcony. The only thing is the location in between 2 BL line stations."
