"This is the second time I have stayed here. I love the private hot spring in the room. The check-in time listed is inconvenient and the place needs a little TLC and perhaps some solutions to its predominantly windowless dark feel. In the end you get what you pay for. They are trying to offset their location with a pretty swanky shuttle to the metro station. That would have been good to know when the reservation was made as getting there with luggage on a 40° day could have been avoided and added another star to their service score."

"I had a pleasant stay at Ilume Hotel Taipei. The hotel offers a nice city view and is very conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation. There are also plenty of convenience stores and dining options nearby, which made everything very convenient during our stay.
The room we stayed in was one of the refurbished rooms, and it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality was quite good and met our expectations.
That said, the service could be improved slightly, as response time and attentiveness were sometimes a bit slow. Nevertheless, it did not significantly affect our overall experience.
Overall, Ilume Hotel Taipei is a good choice for travelers looking for comfort, accessibility, and value for money. I would consider staying here again in the future."

"The private hot spring and sauna experience was excellent. Being able to soak and then rest in our own room — alternating between bathing and relaxing — made it especially enjoyable. The room was not small and was perfectly adequate for two people. Ours even had a small window overlooking the library across the street. Beitou residents are truly fortunate — this place is simply beautiful.
The breakfast was also delicious. Their curry was not the typical Japanese style, nor was it Indian; it seemed closer to a Southeast Asian style — I’m not entirely sure, but it was absolutely flavorful. If we return in the future, I would gladly stay here again.
Each guest is entitled to one complimentary public bath session per day. However, since our room was so comfortable, we chose not to use it. It’s essentially just a larger communal pool."

There was a wedding held on site, which made it pretty cute to see! We got no noise from the wedding in our room as well. Breakfast was fine, solid standard fare. Location is quite good."

"the spakle hotel is very clean and offers a great self service laundry option. the location is amazing too. however, the rooms are very dim because the lighting is bad and it’s in the basement, and the rooms are cold despite being given the illusion of option to choose temperature. overall i’d recommend if you need a hotel near taipei 101 because it’s literally across the street"

Breakfast was good but I would suggest a wider spread of choices. Overall, we're happy with our stay .. quiet and safe environment :). There are quite a number of eateries near the hotel and very convenient to travel to other places via the train."

"There is nothing I have to complain about this hotel. The location is between two mtr stations of different metro lines.
The hotel facilities are spectacular. There is one common area with free self help laundry and free coffee tea and even instant noodles! They even have a scale for travellers to weigh their luggage!
However the staff there are the most remarkable part of my stay! In particular the reception and bell boy are most helpful and friendly. I will stay here again next time I come to Taipei!!"

DDanielledaneService was top tier! Every single personnel or staff in this hotel were very accommodating and friendly. The amenities were more than what we needed. And we got upgraded into Fabulous room and the view was beautiful. The interior of the room is my favorite. I loved my time here in W. The pool though honestly was a bit cold for me. They probably dont use their pool heater much but i enjoyed more in their sauna, jacuzzi and steam room.

AAlice172I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Gracery Taipei during my recent trip. The location is truly unbeatable—being right next to the Taipei Main Station area made it so easy to get around the city, and the access to the Airport MRT made my arrival and departure completely stress-free.
The room was clean, modern, and well-designed, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. I especially appreciated how quiet and well-maintained the hotel is, despite being in such a bustling part of the city.
The staff were professional and helpful, and the proximity to plenty of shopping, food options, and transport links is a huge plus. Whether you are in Taipei for business or leisure, this hotel is a solid, reliable, and convenient choice. I would definitely stay here again.

EET HoNoel arifesinde otelde oldukça fazla insan vardı, bu yüzden saat 1:30 civarında giriş yapabildik. Otel 11/F'de yer alıyordu. Oldukça büyük ve görkemli bir yerdi. Yatak çok büyük ve tuvalet akıllı. Yatak çok rahattı ama sadece birkaç saat yan tarafıma yattım. Taipei'deki otellerin yeterli içme suyu var ama tam kahvaltı büfesi yalnızca saat ona kadar sürüyor. Kahvaltı genel olarak zengin olduğundan erkenden tadını çıkarmayı unutmayın. Otelde sauna ve el ele tutuşan çocuk oyun alanı bulunmaktadır. Çocuklar harika vakit geçirdiler. Genel olarak iyi, ulaşım rahat ve Ximending'e yakın.

MMisafir KullanıcıAmba is located just beside the songshan train station, 5mins walk from the famous raohe night market. It is also near the Taipei 101 building, but you don't have to worry about walking/taking a bus there as the hotel provides a free shuttle service there (and selected other locations). It was sad that we didn’t know about this till we checked out and saw the sign, would have been great if the reception could have told us at checkin.
There is also free laundry facilities at the hotel for guests 24/7. The room was very thoughtfully designed and clean. The view of 101 was stunning and it was a really pleasant stay.
One small advise is to call for anything you need before the night as housekeeping will be closed - we asked for bath towels but housekeeping had closed.

Swimming pool and gym are both comfortable and huge
The only problem is it isn’t too close to the metro but I come here for business trip so it’s fine for me

Conveniently located in the touristy part of Beitou, near the library and steps away from a 7-Eleven if you need anything at night.

Our family had an amazing stay here. The room was spacious enough for all of us, with comfortable beds and thoughtful touches that made our stay relaxing. The hotel’s cleanliness was impressive, and housekeeping did an excellent job each day.
Location was ideal — plenty of food choices, convenience stores, and MRT stations nearby. Moving around the city was very easy.
What we appreciated most was the warm and friendly service. Staff greeted us sincerely every time and helped with directions, transport bookings, and recommendations.
Breakfast was varied and delicious, with options suitable for both adults and kids. Overall, a fantastic choice for families looking for comfort and convenience.

MMisafir KullanıcıCheck-in time is 3PM but we arrived at 2PM and were allowed to get the room which was a pleasant surprise. The reception staff was also nice.
The room itself was spacious and clean. One of the main issues we encountered during the stay in Taiwan was lack of sound-proofing … but not at this accomodation. We could (nearly) not hear sounds from outside the room.
Located nearby are multiple convenience stores and restaurants. In terms of mobility, a big YouBike lot is located just across the street and about 5-10 minutes by foot are a MRT station and a big Bus station.
Overall this was a pleasant stay.
