"Good bits: Near the mall just downstairs. The view is okay from 47th floor. Spacious room. Clean and up to five star standard. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Need to improve bits: The bathtub needs to be improved. No way to lie down and the click on drain button is right under the bum that means when you sit on the button and move a tiny bit the water will start to drain. Very anti human design."

Antik konaklar o kadar güzel ve tarihi ki, manzaralı alana giriş biletine dahil. Ancak Bay Shen'in konağının ikinci katına çıkmak isterseniz, 30 RMB'lik ayrı bir bilet satın almanız gerekiyor. Ana köprü büyüleyici ve hemen yanında lezzetli yemekler sunan bir restoran var. Sıcak öğleden sonraları ara sokaklar daha az kalabalık oluyor, bu yüzden kalabalık Suzhou veya Nanjing'den daha huzurlu hissettiriyor. Ancak gece olduğunda aynı canlılık ve yoğunluk devam ediyor. "Totally obsessed with this hotel! The location is amazing—right next to the business district and subway station, making it super convenient for eating and shopping. The room is clean enough to walk around barefoot, and the bed is so soft that it feels like being wrapped in a cloud. The sound insulation is great that you can’t hear a thing outside. The front desk staff are super friendly, ready to answer any questions and even help with luggage voluntarily. It’s totally worth the money, and I’ll definitely stay here again next time! "What tops the list for me is the friendly staff.They go out of their way to help.I would like to specifically mention front desk manager Mr Bruce, who tried his best to get some vegetarian food at odd times. He even came with me to restaurant leaving his front deak to find an option.That's something beyond my expectation. Room is very clean.Restaurant is pretty good with several options for breakfast. In my room, AC effect was not good.They immediately try to rectify and also offered fan in the room. I am sure will stay in this hotel whenever I come to Kunshan."

HHalf Gwailo ABCOverall an enjoyable and relaxing one night stay at this tiny cosy hotel in Zhouzhuang, for our final leg of our 6 days Suzhou trip. We took a didi over to Zhouzhuang, which was faster and cheaper than I expected, just a little over half an hour. The hotel staff called me the day before to arrange for pick-up near the watertown ticket office. Actually I can't speak Mandarin and their English wasn't too good but we ended up chatting on Wechat as Wechat has a built-in translate function in their chat. So, 15 minutes before we arrive, we just had to let them know on Wechat. And the staff is already waiting for us, helped us with the luggage and guided us through the ticket buying process. You do have to pay for the ¥100 RMB ticket to get into the watertown and the ticket is good for 3 days. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the entrance. I picked this hotel because it was right inside the watertown and it had the ancient Chinese interior, although all the amenities are modern, including a robust and high-tech Kohler smart toilets in each bathroom. There is a nice coffee shop inside the hotel and the coffee shop owner is friendly and takes his coffee craft seriously. The hotel gives you 2 free drinks during your stay and the coffee menu is quite extensive. If the hotel rooms are not booked on that day, we are told the hotel opens their doors to coffee customers. The hotel owner is actually younger than I expected so I am impressed she meticulously created this authentic experience and the attention to detail. She was friendly and helpful and was open to accommodating our needs. We booked the entire 2nd floor, which was 3 bedrooms and we had 6 adults in our group. This tiny hotel only has 3 bedrooms so if you booked all 3 rooms, you pretty much get the entire hotel to yourselves which include the first floor which is spacious and comfy. When I visit Zhouzhuang again, I am looking forward to stay here again. It's certainly not cheap, but you do get what you pay for - which is people passionate about hospitality (in a Chinese way) and also a hygiene and staying experience that is certainly up to international standards.

SSCTan (Malaysia)Our stay at Zhouzhuang Zen Yili was absolutely wonderful—a perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and convenience! Taxi can dropped us off within 1 minute walking distance away from Zen Yili. Zhouzhuang ancient village entrance is just a few minutes walk from Zen Yili making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and activities. The peaceful surroundings of the homestay also added to the relaxing vibe. The hosts, both husband and wife were exceptionally kind and gave us great local tips. They provided us more than enough fresh fruits, tea, biscuits and mineral water. I was surprised also that the room was with full mosquitoes nettings with even anti mosquitoes device provided if needed. During our stay the homestay and its surroundings ware without mosquitoes. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was of five star standard for its fittings, and was very well-maintained. Before we checked out, we were given delicious homemade biscuits out of their hospitality. They also arranged for us a reliable and comfortable pickup after checked out. For the price, this homestay offered excellent value. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful retreat in Zhouzhuang ancient village.

TTuvaluBillI really enjoyed my time at Mulan! The location couldn’t be better, it’s literally steps from the scenic area entrance and ticket office. The staff were so kind and made us feel welcome. The room was quiet and comfortable, with no noise during the night. Little touches like the really nice conditioner (seriously, it was great!) made it feel extra special. If you’re visiting Zhouzhuang, I’d totally recommend staying here.

MMisafir KullanıcıI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

MMisafir KullanıcıThis inn is in such a beautiful location. I only stayed one night, but definitely want to come back and stay longer. The host was warm and friendly. We connected on WeChat the day before and she provide a waypoint for gps when booking a car. She met up with me in the pedestrian street outside of the town’s gate to guide me in and helped with the luggage. The location is very convenient. This is an ancient town so the street surfaces are stone slabs and uneven cobblestones. But going in is mostly smooth, cross one bridge and the inn is right there, about as close to the entrance and as least hassle as you can get. The waterway in front of the inn is travelled by the row boats whether they’re on the day or evening tour route so there’s plenty to people watch from the balcony. Overall a great place, great host, and highly recommended. Little tip, if you can store luggage at the airport or train station, take only what you need for your stay so you don’t have too much luggage to weigh you down for the trek in and out. The balcony rooms are walkup only.

MMisafir KullanıcıThis place was absolutely amazing, the host was the best we’ve come across, from meeting us and carrying all our bags, to finding us in the rain whilst we were shopping to offer umbrellas due to the downpour . The room was immaculate, we were able to store our drinks etc in the large commercial fridge, and yes it was cold!! Bottled water was free anytime. The location is brilliant , you can walk around the town and drop back and use the home stay facilities anytime, this was so nice as the facilities were so clean. Our room was spacious overlooking the canals, so even if you felt like a break, a drink and nibbles in your room whilst watching the events below was relaxing. The restaurant next door was the nicest we’d come across. I would recommend 2 nights stay, and definitely don’t look any further trying to find a better spot , book here. The Host spoke English and was easy to contact by email or mobile and WeChat. This is a family home stay business and it was evident during our stay. I’d give this place 10 stars

The hotel is also situated next to a temple, but unfortunately, the temple is currently under renovation and not open to tourists. One issue to note is the presence of mosquitoes, so be sure to bring insect repellent. Zhouzhuang offers a stunning night view — highly recommended! Don’t miss the boat ride; it costs 220 yuan per ride and can accommodate up to 6 people, including infants.

GGallleyaThis is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to China. We lived in a separate house. It's quiet and cozy there. The air conditioner works well for heating. The hostess is very friendly and kind. When we got lost during check-in, she herself came for us. Also thanks to the man who helped us when leaving the hotel. Comfortable bathroom, good beds, spacious room. I highly recommend it!
