房間很不錯，乾淨，孩子們超級喜歡，店主人很不錯，提早會聯繫我們，並且提供行李接送，5點免費進入景區，會提醒我們！這次行李提前被拿進去了，所以外圍逛了下，時間正好免費進，非常不錯👍！

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

挖到周莊一家寶藏復古民宿，真的太有感覺了！一踏入就像穿越回七八九十年代，每一處佈置都透着滿滿的品味與巧思，復古氛圍直接拉滿，拍照打卡超出片～ 最驚喜的是房間的舒適度，連床墊都是進口的，躺上去軟而不塌，疲憊感瞬間消散，所有房型的體驗感都很在線，住得超安心！ 更絕的是民宿不止能住，還藏着超多驚喜：小酒館微醺小酌超愜意，餐廳的餐食也很有特色，還有漢服館可以換裝拍照，沉浸式感受江南韻味，每一處都值得慢慢體驗！ 真心推薦給去周莊的朋友，在這裏既能感受古鎮的慢生活，又能享受復古與舒適的雙重體驗，絕對是旅程中的加分項！

The hotel is great , the staff and environment was very friendly and welcoming . The butler (溪地小清) always made sure that we have everything that we needed and that the communication between us was fluently and made the trip go smoothly. The food was good and very delicious the portions is very generous. The places around the hotel is also good and a great experience for foreigners very welcoming and a great place for children. There is tons of activities and food places to see. The only improvement is to maybe add a mini fridge in the rooms to keep the drinks cool. Other than that the place is a great experience and scenery relaxing would recommend foreigners to try it out. I would definitely go back again

這家酒店真的讓我驚喜！前台服務熱情高效，入住時主動幫忙寄存行李，還貼心準備了歡迎飲品。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟如雲朵，隔音效果超出預期，一夜好眠到天亮。設施也很齊全，健身房器材嶄新，淋浴系統水壓充足，連吹風機都是戴森品牌。早餐種類豐富，現煮的當地特色麪點讓人回味無窮。最感動的是細節服務——退房時贈送了手寫感謝卡，還幫忙叫了網約車。地理位置更是一絕，步行5分鐘到地鐵站，周邊美食雲集。性價比超高，下次出差一定再選這裏！

這次周莊之行最幸運的就是選了南湖鏡舍度假庭院，全程體驗感拉滿，已經列入再來周莊的必住清單！ 暖心升級 + 熱情服務，賓至如歸 剛到店就被店家的熱情打動，主動幫忙提行李，全程有任何需求，店家都響應迅速，親切感十足，完全沒有陌生感。 詩意庭院 + 趣味鞦韆，愜意滿分 民宿的庭院正好面對湖，很美，最喜歡院子裏的鞦韆，午後坐在上面晃一晃，曬着陽光、吹着微風，聽着周圍的鳥鳴，隨手一拍都是氛圍感大片。 免費停車 + 便捷位置，自駕友好 對於自駕出行的我們來説，免費停車場真的太加分了！不用費心找車位、付停車費，省心又省錢。民宿地理位置也很便利，便捷抵達景點，出行超方便。 整體而言，南湖鏡舍在服務、環境、配套上都無可挑剔，是一次超出預期的住宿體驗。無論情侶出遊、家庭旅行還是朋友結伴，都特別合適，強烈推薦給計劃去周莊的小夥伴！

體驗感很好，老闆很熱情，也很熱心❤️整體衞生都還不錯的，我們住的那一間床是木頭的，晚上睡覺翻身有點響動跟我老家很像，所以還是能適應的，不影響睡覺，我忘記帶扎頭髮的頭繩了，抱着試試看的想法，結果老闆給了我一根髮簪，後面還送了我們特產，總體都很不錯 除了宿舍在小巷子裏面，難找一點其他都可以，不過找不到可以打老闆電話哦

趁着假期，到村子裏體驗一把鄉村生活，看着評分選的這家經營了好幾年的民宿，前台服務人員非常熱情，房間打掃的很乾凈，香薰的味道也很好聞。店裡養了一衹叫滿滿的大金毛，胖胖的非常可愛！早上開門就能看見開闊的稻田景觀，就是趕上下雨顯得有點陰沉，偶爾來村子裏放鬆一下，呼吸呼吸新鮮空氣是個很不錯的選擇～！

第二次入住了，感謝思思和小畢的貼心服務。這次帶父母來到理想村小住一晚回到兒時田園時光。🎣釣魚後思思幫忙聯繫了農家餐廳烹飪，真心辛苦跑了大半個園區。小畢陪伴一起製作了花草拓印，不亦樂乎。都是美好回憶！有緣再會！

非常棒的一家咖啡+民宿的酒店 第一次去的時候衹是喝了咖啡，第二次來這兒是住宿，有幾個非常好的情況 1. 離錦溪古鎮很近，走路5分鐘就能到。非常方便隨時出去逛逛吃東西 2. 民宿非常乾淨，所有東西都很齊全 3. 床墊和枕頭非常值得一誇，床墊非常軟，枕頭也很軟，睡得非常舒服。也很安靜，一覺睡到11點。 4. 老闆也非常友好，本來12點要退房的，但是想多待會兒，老闆也願意給加鍾。 總之非常推薦來住
