Our stay at Zhouzhuang Zen Yili was absolutely wonderful—a perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and convenience! Taxi can dropped us off within 1 minute walking distance away from Zen Yili. Zhouzhuang ancient village entrance is just a few minutes walk from Zen Yili making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and activities. The peaceful surroundings of the homestay also added to the relaxing vibe. The hosts, both husband and wife were exceptionally kind and gave us great local tips. They provided us more than enough fresh fruits, tea, biscuits and mineral water. I was surprised also that the room was with full mosquitoes nettings with even anti mosquitoes device provided if needed. During our stay the homestay and its surroundings ware without mosquitoes. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was of five star standard for its fittings, and was very well-maintained. Before we checked out, we were given delicious homemade biscuits out of their hospitality. They also arranged for us a reliable and comfortable pickup after checked out. For the price, this homestay offered excellent value. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful retreat in Zhouzhuang ancient village.

Amazing stay with an incredible lake view. Waking up to that view alone already puts you in a good mood. The owner was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Super friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. He personally helped us move our luggage from the entrance, showed us around the place, and shared stories and tips along the way. It felt less like a formal check in and more like a friend welcoming you into his home. When it was time to leave for the airport, he even helped us compare transport options. He checked our DiDi quotes against a 7 seater driver he recommended, and his referral turned out to be about $200 cheaper, plus the car was really new and comfortable. That alone saved us a lot of hassle and money. We felt taken care of from start to end, like VIPs without the awkward luxury hotel attitude. Just sincere hospitality done right. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel owner is very friendly, beautiful room. Good location but not suitable for travelers with big luggage because small and rough alley, bridges and stairs. The hotel owner’s cats are beautiful. The hotel owner recommended us a very very very good driver from the hotel to train station, he offered us an extremely good services and price, that’s why we paid him 2 times the price he offered.

Very new Hotel, location just opposite of shopping mall. It easy to get Taxi to get around, also not too far away from Kunshan South.

Nehirden geçen tekneleri görebiliyordunuz, çok güzel bir manzaraydı. Nehir kasabası genel olarak çok büyüleyiciydi, su zümrüt yeşili ve temizdi (aşağıdaki taşların arasından görebiliyordum). Tekne kiralayabilirsiniz. Tekne başı 220 RMB, yani daha ucuz bir fiyat istiyorsanız, birlikte kiralayabileceğiniz başka kişiler bulup maliyeti paylaşabilirsiniz. Antik konaklar o kadar güzel ve tarihi ki, manzaralı alana giriş biletine dahil. Ancak Bay Shen'in konağının ikinci katına çıkmak isterseniz, 30 RMB'lik ayrı bir bilet satın almanız gerekiyor. Ana köprü büyüleyici ve hemen yanında lezzetli yemekler sunan bir restoran var. Sıcak öğleden sonraları ara sokaklar daha az kalabalık oluyor, bu yüzden kalabalık Suzhou veya Nanjing'den daha huzurlu hissettiriyor. Ancak gece olduğunda aynı canlılık ve yoğunluk devam ediyor. Ve son olarak, ”Her Mevsim Zhouzhuang” (只此周庄) performansını kaçırmamalısınız. I really enjoyed my time at Mulan! The location couldn’t be better, it’s literally steps from the scenic area entrance and ticket office. The staff were so kind and made us feel welcome. The room was quiet and comfortable, with no noise during the night. Little touches like the really nice conditioner (seriously, it was great!) made it feel extra special. If you’re visiting Zhouzhuang, I’d totally recommend staying here.

This place was absolutely amazing, the host was the best we’ve come across, from meeting us and carrying all our bags, to finding us in the rain whilst we were shopping to offer umbrellas due to the downpour . The room was immaculate, we were able to store our drinks etc in the large commercial fridge, and yes it was cold!! Bottled water was free anytime. The location is brilliant , you can walk around the town and drop back and use the home stay facilities anytime, this was so nice as the facilities were so clean. Our room was spacious overlooking the canals, so even if you felt like a break, a drink and nibbles in your room whilst watching the events below was relaxing. The restaurant next door was the nicest we’d come across. I would recommend 2 nights stay, and definitely don’t look any further trying to find a better spot , book here. The Host spoke English and was easy to contact by email or mobile and WeChat. This is a family home stay business and it was evident during our stay. I’d give this place 10 stars

This is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to China. We lived in a separate house. It's quiet and cozy there. The air conditioner works well for heating. The hostess is very friendly and kind. When we got lost during check-in, she herself came for us. Also thanks to the man who helped us when leaving the hotel. Comfortable bathroom, good beds, spacious room. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is located within Zhouzhuang Old Town, making it convenient to visit nearby museums. If you enter the old town after 5 PM, you can avoid the entrance fee. The hotel is also situated next to a temple, but unfortunately, the temple is currently under renovation and not open to tourists. One issue to note is the presence of mosquitoes, so be sure to bring insect repellent. Zhouzhuang offers a stunning night view — highly recommended! Don’t miss the boat ride; it costs 220 yuan per ride and can accommodate up to 6 people, including infants.

帶娃來澱山湖，下午2點多到前台辦理入住，告知沒有高層的房間，要等兩小時，這個真的是神操作，一問就是客人退房退得晚，再問問是12點退房，都是一頭黑線，服前台小妹的態度真心太一般了，早飯要排隊不説，肉包都沒有蒸熱，裏面的餡都是冰涼的，趕快讓娃吐了，早上帶娃去Kids club ，需要自己簽署安全承諾書，樂園裡沒有工作人員，玩的小朋友都多到擠爆，更搞笑的是公共區的廁所都上鎖了，真是一頭霧水的操作，也住過這麼多酒店了，這家是最讓人失望的，不是衝著這個風景，估計行程就要大失所望了！
