"Picked this hotel as it was close to the train station. As I was working during my stay I selected a suite room because I wanted a dedicated table area. The suite was large, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom a considerable size. Toiletries were provided. Everything was clean and the air conditioning worked well. All staff I interacted with during my stay were excellent. Breakfast was very good, but if arriving towards the end of breakfast service some of the items, as you'd expect I guess, were not available. I recommend this hotel. I intend to return to China in March next year and I will stay once more at this hotel, and hopefully the same suite room I stayed in before!"

"What tops the list for me is the friendly staff.They go out of their way to help.I would like to specifically mention front desk manager Mr Bruce, who tried his best to get some vegetarian food at odd times. He even came with me to restaurant leaving his front deak to find an option.That's something beyond my expectation. Room is very clean.Restaurant is pretty good with several options for breakfast. In my room, AC effect was not good.They immediately try to rectify and also offered fan in the room. I am sure will stay in this hotel whenever I come to Kunshan."

"前台還是很專業的，我認為這家酒店床品是很乾凈的，缺點就是馬桶很臟，有很多小點點，我自己就擦掉了，後來就放棄用馬桶了，而且打開的時候不知道馬桶底下水槽有衞生紙。然後暖壺也要增加一下品質，裏面居然能倒出一根頭髮，我拿醋消了一下毒。其他的外面確實有點吵。但是啊，對於性價比來説，這家酒店應該是很好的，對於崑山來説。建議大家都來選購。我要去洛杉磯出差，相信這是國內外最有性價比的酒店了，以後我還會住的"

"Totally obsessed with this hotel! The location is amazing—right next to the business district and subway station, making it super convenient for eating and shopping. The room is clean enough to walk around barefoot, and the bed is so soft that it feels like being wrapped in a cloud. The sound insulation is great that you can’t hear a thing outside. The front desk staff are super friendly, ready to answer any questions and even help with luggage voluntarily. It’s totally worth the money, and I’ll definitely stay here again next time! "Good bits: Near the mall just downstairs. The view is okay from 47th floor. Spacious room. Clean and up to five star standard. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Need to improve bits: The bathtub needs to be improved. No way to lie down and the click on drain button is right under the bum that means when you sit on the button and move a tiny bit the water will start to drain. Very anti human design."

SSCTan (Malaysia)Our stay at Zhouzhuang Zen Yili was absolutely wonderful—a perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and convenience! Taxi can dropped us off within 1 minute walking distance away from Zen Yili. Zhouzhuang ancient village entrance is just a few minutes walk from Zen Yili making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and activities. The peaceful surroundings of the homestay also added to the relaxing vibe. The hosts, both husband and wife were exceptionally kind and gave us great local tips. They provided us more than enough fresh fruits, tea, biscuits and mineral water. I was surprised also that the room was with full mosquitoes nettings with even anti mosquitoes device provided if needed. During our stay the homestay and its surroundings ware without mosquitoes. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was of five star standard for its fittings, and was very well-maintained. Before we checked out, we were given delicious homemade biscuits out of their hospitality. They also arranged for us a reliable and comfortable pickup after checked out. For the price, this homestay offered excellent value. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful retreat in Zhouzhuang ancient village.

AArt of MomentsAmazing stay with an incredible lake view. Waking up to that view alone already puts you in a good mood. The owner was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Super friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. He personally helped us move our luggage from the entrance, showed us around the place, and shared stories and tips along the way. It felt less like a formal check in and more like a friend welcoming you into his home. When it was time to leave for the airport, he even helped us compare transport options. He checked our DiDi quotes against a 7 seater driver he recommended, and his referral turned out to be about $200 cheaper, plus the car was really new and comfortable. That alone saved us a lot of hassle and money. We felt taken care of from start to end, like VIPs without the awkward luxury hotel attitude. Just sincere hospitality done right. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Tekne kiralayabilirsiniz. Tekne başı 220 RMB, yani daha ucuz bir fiyat istiyorsanız, birlikte kiralayabileceğiniz başka kişiler bulup maliyeti paylaşabilirsiniz. Antik konaklar o kadar güzel ve tarihi ki, manzaralı alana giriş biletine dahil. Ancak Bay Shen'in konağının ikinci katına çıkmak isterseniz, 30 RMB'lik ayrı bir bilet satın almanız gerekiyor. TTuvaluBillI really enjoyed my time at Mulan! The location couldn’t be better, it’s literally steps from the scenic area entrance and ticket office. The staff were so kind and made us feel welcome. The room was quiet and comfortable, with no noise during the night. Little touches like the really nice conditioner (seriously, it was great!) made it feel extra special. If you’re visiting Zhouzhuang, I’d totally recommend staying here.

EELStravelOur time at Hotel Zhaoye was lovely! The homestay staff were kind, communicative, and accommodating. They offered Chinese and Western breakfast options, including meatless options for vegetarians. The beds were comfortable and the room was cozy. The location of the homestay was perfect for those visiting Zhaozhuang. The staff recommended local restaurants and activities. It was easiest to communicate via Weixin/Wechat or in-person. Would recommend!

MMisafir KullanıcıThis place was absolutely amazing, the host was the best we’ve come across, from meeting us and carrying all our bags, to finding us in the rain whilst we were shopping to offer umbrellas due to the downpour . The room was immaculate, we were able to store our drinks etc in the large commercial fridge, and yes it was cold!! Bottled water was free anytime. The location is brilliant , you can walk around the town and drop back and use the home stay facilities anytime, this was so nice as the facilities were so clean. Our room was spacious overlooking the canals, so even if you felt like a break, a drink and nibbles in your room whilst watching the events below was relaxing. The restaurant next door was the nicest we’d come across. I would recommend 2 nights stay, and definitely don’t look any further trying to find a better spot , book here. The Host spoke English and was easy to contact by email or mobile and WeChat. This is a family home stay business and it was evident during our stay. I’d give this place 10 stars

MMateja BokanAgain, it's a cute little hotel, exactly likey last review said. No changes in that regard. However, this time we were given a room with a hallway view (an outside window looking into the wall of the building about a meter away from the hotel's). I went to complain to the reception, but the receptionist had difficulty understanding what my complaint was (as the room did have a window). After asking for a room with an actual window out into the street, she said that that room needs an upgrade (despite our previous room from 3 days ago not needing it). And after a few back and forth she decided ”to give me the upgrade for free”. The new room was exactly the same as the previous one, except that the window opened into the street, so I'm having difficulty understanding why this was a 10min process... The room was modern yet again, very clean, the cleaning staff was beyond polite, however, I must note that this room had a vending machine for sex-related items, which may not be the most ideal thing if you're coming for a family stay (so maybe ask beforehand at the reception if there's that in your room). The breakfast has a large selection, and is good (the only note is that the drink choices should be better and not so artificial).

The hotel is also situated next to a temple, but unfortunately, the temple is currently under renovation and not open to tourists. One issue to note is the presence of mosquitoes, so be sure to bring insect repellent. Zhouzhuang offers a stunning night view — highly recommended! Don’t miss the boat ride; it costs 220 yuan per ride and can accommodate up to 6 people, including infants.

GGallleyaThis is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to China. We lived in a separate house. It's quiet and cozy there. The air conditioner works well for heating. The hostess is very friendly and kind. When we got lost during check-in, she herself came for us. Also thanks to the man who helped us when leaving the hotel. Comfortable bathroom, good beds, spacious room. I highly recommend it!
