"Good bits: Near the mall just downstairs. The view is okay from 47th floor. Spacious room. Clean and up to five star standard. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Need to improve bits: The bathtub needs to be improved. No way to lie down and the click on drain button is right under the bum that means when you sit on the button and move a tiny bit the water will start to drain. Very anti human design."

Tekne kiralayabilirsiniz. Tekne başı 220 RMB, yani daha ucuz bir fiyat istiyorsanız, birlikte kiralayabileceğiniz başka kişiler bulup maliyeti paylaşabilirsiniz. "It's very nice hotel and has door direct access to the mall which is very convenient. Bed area full cover with carpet make it warm and cozy. It has iron for clothes inside the room with iron board which is good. As for breakfast, it has lots of variety food that I can choose and try."

"Totally obsessed with this hotel! The location is amazing—right next to the business district and subway station, making it super convenient for eating and shopping. The room is clean enough to walk around barefoot, and the bed is so soft that it feels like being wrapped in a cloud. The sound insulation is great that you can’t hear a thing outside. The front desk staff are super friendly, ready to answer any questions and even help with luggage voluntarily. It’s totally worth the money, and I’ll definitely stay here again next time! "A very authentic place to stay! Being foreigners, we enjoyed the ancient town atmosphere here. Everything is very beautiful, the master even provides you with wonderful jasmine tea to boil in a clay tea-set. It’s convenient that there are rooms with three beds. We had two rooms - one had a nice river view with a spacious balcony. The location is great - just 5 minutes away from the automobile road and five minutes away from main attractions in the town. Despite being close to the historic center, it is a quiet street - perfect for relaxing on the balcony at the evening. The master also helps you with your luggage to bring it on a small car from the automobile road."

"What tops the list for me is the friendly staff.They go out of their way to help.I would like to specifically mention front desk manager Mr Bruce, who tried his best to get some vegetarian food at odd times. He even came with me to restaurant leaving his front deak to find an option.That's something beyond my expectation. Room is very clean.Restaurant is pretty good with several options for breakfast. In my room, AC effect was not good.They immediately try to rectify and also offered fan in the room. I am sure will stay in this hotel whenever I come to Kunshan."

"Picked this hotel as it was close to the train station. As I was working during my stay I selected a suite room because I wanted a dedicated table area. The suite was large, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom a considerable size. Toiletries were provided. Everything was clean and the air conditioning worked well. All staff I interacted with during my stay were excellent. Breakfast was very good, but if arriving towards the end of breakfast service some of the items, as you'd expect I guess, were not available. I recommend this hotel. I intend to return to China in March next year and I will stay once more at this hotel, and hopefully the same suite room I stayed in before!"

"Very nice, modern clean hotel. Nice rooms also very quiet with a good location to have shopping malls and nightlife locations , restaurants in walking distance. Very good breakfast with chinese and western cuisine. Very helpful and nice hotel staff, especially David behind the desk beeing very helpful at checkin, making sure all demands are met and you will have a comfortable stay, i defenitelly come back!"

"帶娃來澱山湖，下午2點多到前台辦理入住，告知沒有高層的房間，要等兩小時，這個真的是神操作，一問就是客人退房退得晚，再問問是12點退房，都是一頭黑線，服前台小妹的態度真心太一般了，早飯要排隊不説，肉包都沒有蒸熱，裏面的餡都是冰涼的，趕快讓娃吐了，早上帶娃去Kids club ，需要自己簽署安全承諾書，樂園裡沒有工作人員，玩的小朋友都多到擠爆，更搞笑的是公共區的廁所都上鎖了，真是一頭霧水的操作，也住過這麼多酒店了，這家是最讓人失望的，不是衝著這個風景，估計行程就要大失所望了！"
