Our time at Hotel Zhaoye was lovely! The homestay staff were kind, communicative, and accommodating. They offered Chinese and Western breakfast options, including meatless options for vegetarians. The beds were comfortable and the room was cozy. The location of the homestay was perfect for those visiting Zhaozhuang. The staff recommended local restaurants and activities. It was easiest to communicate via Weixin/Wechat or in-person. Would recommend!

定了三居包棟，樓下有廚房客廳，客廳裏配了麻將桌、ktv、網絡電視。廚房裡的設施很齊全，連民宿不常見的烤箱和洗碗機都配備。而且民宿用的都是大品牌，大金的空調、西門子的洗碗機、老闆的爐灶，房間裏有智能化管理的燈光、窗簾設備。房間很乾凈，配備了一次性泡澡袋、浴球、馬桶清潔濕巾，而看得出老闆很用心。服務人員態度很好，眼裡有活又不會過度熱情。早飯有麪條或者小餛飩，配備一些粥和小點心自助，選擇不多但也夠吃。麪條味道不錯，餛飩一般。民宿周邊有理想村，可以騎車、划船、釣魚。民宿自帶的娛樂活動不多，有一個小寶寶的小童房，邊上有個小農場養着兩衹羊。如果有大一點孩子的話要自己提前計劃一下遊玩項目。民宿到錦溪古鎮開車十幾分鍾，騎車半小時以內，到p1停車場比較方便打車。錦溪古鎮邊上有個農貿市場，自己去買食材回來加工很方便，衹是民宿裏廚房工具配備不多，適合吃一些火鍋之類比較簡單的。晚上10點後管家會提示休息，所以不會太吵，來錦溪旅遊不錯的選擇。

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

酒店雖然有些老舊，不過服務很好。 前台的leo經理幫忙升級安排房間，房間視野開闊，舒適乾淨。 由於退房走的匆忙，東西忘記帶了，前台的curry經理主動聯繫，幫忙郵寄。下次一定還會再來的。

Good breakfast. Good location with easy access to the ancient town. Enjoyed spending the day in the old town.

The place is sparkling clean and their amenities were really great. They have several options for breakfast and the environment is good. The surroundings area is like an ancient town so not quite appealing but the accommodation itself is good.

經常需要到澱山湖這裏辦點事，常常會住一晚。以前總是在“上海”範圍找住所，這次思路打開，就近找“外地”的，意外的發現了這家。看上去也是新開不久，就試試吧。 酒店是萬豪旗下的精選，價格比較親民。到了前台給我們升級了房型，換成了景觀湖景。 畢竟是新開不久，房間乾淨整潔，設施完備。 湖景房型可以清晰地看到澱山湖和彩虹橋。窗框上貼心的提示可以看日落的大致時間。 酒店近湖一側有草坪，好多鴿子。 一樓有個酒吧，網上看評價説調酒的小哥真捨得放酒，果真如此。 早餐也在一樓，在酒吧的另一側，也可以連通。品種類別也算齊全。對我而言有煎蛋，炒飯之類的就算滿分😊 正餐的話可以去隔壁的喜來登酒店，不過同一區域也有幾家餐飲，我們還看到了沙縣小吃，可以滿足不同需求。 酒店停車場在地下，進了大門右轉到地庫，跟着指示牌可以停到酒店下方，方便上樓。地面也有些，到時感覺車位不多。前台可以登記車牌，免費進出。 周邊也有些可以遊玩的地方，因為時間關係，我們沒有去，下次再深入瞭解吧。 服務也不錯，值得入住一試！

一次很愉快的周莊休息之旅！ 設施：是一個很新的民宿，設施很齊全。 衞生：衞生也蠻乾淨的。 環境：環境很不錯，就在小河的邊上，睡醒了起來看窗邊的小河很愜意，而且這家民宿就在周莊景區裏，去哪裡都很方便。 服務：服務也很不錯，老闆和老闆娘很友善，老闆還會調酒，聊天聊得很開心。 假如大家想過一個很舒服很愜意的週末，完全可以考慮這家民宿哦，體驗感很不錯。

酒店一進入房間就一股發黴的味道，空調温度也不冷，這個設施真的一言難盡，特別要説早餐，買了早餐券的，9點去吃早餐已經沒什麼菜了（10點才結束），也沒有補餐的，菜品也很單一，和別的酒店真的無法比，真心差，你一次碰到。用餐時和阿姨説拿個盒子，告知兩遍房間號了，阿姨還是記不住…早餐沒有培根🥓就算了，看到阿姨在煎香腸，最後來句是提供給中午吃的，早上沒有了！一塊麪包還要一切二，連最基本的黃油也沒有，真的醉了！也衹有1樓前台姑娘比較客氣活絡，其他員工都是年紀大的，很難溝通！ 健身房的器械還是可以的

Very nice house, the compound feels very like a vacation village, perfect to escape Shanghai for couple of days. We didn't get much occasion to visit around because of the Typhoon but we really liked our time in the house and there is small supermarket 10 minutes walk. Kitchen tools (pots, knifes..) could be refreshed. Service is overall very good.
