"Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue excelente. Está muy bien ubicado, en pleno corazón de un pueblo tradicional Miao, lo que permite disfrutar del ambiente local y de unas vistas preciosas. Las instalaciones son modernas y cómodas, todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado, y se nota la atención al detalle. Destacar también el trato amable y atento de los anfitriones, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a ofrecer recomendaciones sobre la zona. No hubo ningún problema en comunicarse en inglés. En resumen, una opción totalmente recomendable para quienes quieran combinar confort, autenticidad y buena ubicación."

The breakfast, teatime refreshment and night dessert are nice too, especially for the night dessert, its warmth my heart and stomach after long day trip back to hotel at night. "Strategic location, old folks friendly as not much stairs to walk up/down between the shuttle bus station and the homestay. There're a few neighbouring restaurants that can dine in while enjoying the sunset although a bit pricey considering the food portions served. The interior deco and digitalised amenities make it feels like staying in hotel instead of homestay. Sound proofing is acceptable for us and no complaint as all on cleanliness. The young owners are friendly and contacted us for necessary arrangement prior to the stay. Do not hesitate to stay here."

"Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Before check-in, the staff reached out to us in advance to coordinate and arrange our luggage transfer which made everything so smooth and convenient. The view from both our room and the hotel were beautiful. We really enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea provided. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!"

"The xijiang miao Village is sooo beautiful!!! The family who owns the Guesthouse is absolutely lovely, making everything and more to help us with everything we needed. They also offer some free fresh fruits, water, coffee and snacks. The room was big and bed comfortable and clean, good hot shower and many blankets! Location was also super close to the main square near shops and restaurants. We loved our stay."

One of the most unique highlights is the rooftop photoshoot service—the backdrop is absolutely spectacular, and the photos turned out unbelievably beautiful. Overall, despite the slightly tricky journey, the combination of personalized service, charming rooms, and unforgettable experiences makes this hotel a true hidden gem."
