"Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Before check-in, the staff reached out to us in advance to coordinate and arrange our luggage transfer which made everything so smooth and convenient. The view from both our room and the hotel were beautiful. We really enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea provided. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!"

"雖然已經知道是民宿 不能拿酒店標準來要求 但山峯的書房硬件設施還是震驚到我了 （與工作人員服務態度無關） 1⃣️入住的時候就發現我們的房間門竟然比隔壁低一頭，但凡講究點的中國人家裡裝修都會注意門框保持一致吧 2⃣️房間備品線頭之多也是驚到我了，即使是地巾已經用到這個程度還保持不換我也不知道是為啥 3⃣️房間浴室下水有問題，洗澡過程基本上半個腳都在水裡泡着，我認為客棧本身應該定期檢測一下下水情況吧 4⃣️房間空調通風口有問題，我們睡覺前關了空調後房間裏還有電機運行比較大的聲音，晚上十點多和前台反應後，小哥馬上來查看，給出的解釋是民宿是中央空調，共用一套系統，即使是本房間關了空調其他房間開着也會有聲音，該問題無解。 5⃣️我晚上睡覺前在房間裏隱約聞到了煙味，個人懷疑可能和4⃣️存在共性原因。 6⃣️我住的該間房間不知道是整個客棧的下水管道都經過還是其他原因，時不時就有下水道沖水的聲音，個人認為可能是裝修時下水管道沒有做隔音。 本人真的是抱有很大期待來到凱里，也在某書上做了很多攻略決定入住山峯的書房，但沒想到是這個水平。整體來説為了情懷或者為了位置可以來住，但個人認為價格絕對匹配不上品質。凱裏市區也有不錯的酒店，打車到風情園10元以內。 以上是我在凱里的入住體驗，供參考。"

"Qianhu Miao Village was a huge task for me while browsing through their long list of homestays available. Thankfully, I chose Chunxiao and never regret of my choice. The homestay is new, clean, easily located and accessible! You don't need to climb up lots of stairs to arrive. Just take their local shuttle bus while going uphill and you may have a nice walk downhill. The boss was so kind to assist us with our 4 luggage upon arrival and the day we leave. It wasn't an easy task transporting 4 huge luggage uphill and they managed it professionally and systematically. A huge thumbs up to Chunxiao and we will definitely choose this homestay when we come back again! Thank you very much, all the staff of Chunxiao!!"

"We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel.The panoramic room offered a beautiful and completely unobstructed view,as shown in the photos and video as attached.The owners were very kind and polite.We were quite satisfied with their service; they were always quick to respond and very attentive.A special mention goes to their complimentary luggage service, which helped us from the North Scenic Entrance all the way to our room. "We booked a room with no breakfast for 4 nights but were surprised on our arrival when a bonus free daily breakfast for two was included in our room booking. We were given vouchers for a night snack meal for the last two days of our stay. The size of the room is big and very comfortable. Amenities such as bottled drinking water, coffee, tea, electric kettle, toothbrush, hair shampoo, and bathing gel are supplied daily free of charge. The room also comes with an electrical clothes dryer for guests to dry their washed clothes. The hotel is situated slightly out of the city centre but travelling around is a breeze as there are plentiful of public taxis and ride-hailing cars. What make the hotel stand out most is the level of their guest service. Staff are very helpful and the guest receptionists are ever ready to provide you with the information you need on getting around and to the places of interest."

"Look no further and just Book the stay. The location is just perfect ( compared to other hotels) the shuttle drops you right at the stairs. And very close to the shuttle pick up & drop point. Several view spots close to the hotel. Service is on point. The hosts pick you up to guide you to the hotel. As you Need to climb stairs ( applies all hotels in the area) interesting way to reach the hotel. Evening coffee with snake and night dessert is served for free. Health Breakfast woth amazing coffee is available. The terrace offers the best view to the whole village. The hosts also will help you with how and what you could explore. All in all the stay was very pleasant."
