Wi-Fi Olanağına Sahip Bristol Otelleri

Bu konaklama için harika bir fırsat yakaladım, ancak uzun bir bekleme süresi ve personelin tam ödeme yapmadığımı anlamaması ve benden tam fiyat almak istemesi konaklamayı olumsuz etkiledi. Sonunda içeri girmeme izin verdiler ve bunun Trip.com ile otel arasında bir hata olduğunu düşündüklerini ve halledeceklerini söylediler. Daha önce de konaklamıştım ve benzer şekilde uzun bir giriş süreci yaşamıştım - bunun Trip.com rezervasyonlarıyla mı yoksa genel olarak yavaşlıkla mı ilgili olduğundan emin değilim! 10 sterlinlik depozito ücreti alınmadı. Yatak çok rahattı. Otelin önü iskeleyle kaplıydı, ancak sabah işe başlamadan önce ayrıldığım için konaklamayı etkilemedi. Odada çay kaşığı yoktu (günümüzde tipik olan tahta kaşıklar bile yoktu!), sadece tahta karıştırıcılar vardı. Banyo havlusu yırtıktı. Güzel banyo malzemeleri. Yol gürültüsü dışında sessiz bir oda.

The good things about the hotel were its location. Close to restaurants, a famous Banksy or two, lots of shops and theatres. Is a beautiful hotel with nice places to sit and meet if you are in a group. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The car park, despite being £17 per night, was actually better value than other options nearby and we were able to leave the car there until midnight on the day of check out. The negatives were that we were not able to get a reservation in the hotel restaurant which we found unusual. We had a group from 8 to 80 so we were worried about walking yet had no choice as they couldn’t fit us in. They were also impossible to contact as they didn’t reply to messages. There was chaos at check in with guests waiting for up to an hour to check in and get their keys. There were long queues for over two hours from 3pm to at least 5pm. Their excuse was that the hotel was fully booked but it’s not as though they didn’t know all those people were coming! They should have been prepared and there were a lot of unhappy customers that Saturday evening. Some front desk staff were flustered and sorry but couldn’t do anything about it and some didn’t seem to care. We were there a bit earlier so they could have got the process started but they wouldn’t so we had to queue twice. We were quite fed up. Even after all that and me paying £68 for 4 cars I had to keep repeating that I had already paid that and the next day. Something in the system needs to change as it’s frustrating to spend 2 hours checking in when you are only staying for 1 night. Perhaps if they are expecting so many people again they could put out tea and coffee in the tea lounge with a screen to enter and pay for your car and then have some kind of ticket system where you are called to the desk when it’s your turn. It certainly needs better management as it’s not the welcome you expect when you’ve paid to stay in the Marriott brand.

Giriş işlemleriyle başlayarak her şey çok sorunsuz ve zahmetsizdi. İstediğimiz gibi üst katta bir oda verildi. Odanın manzarası oldukça iyiydi diyebilirim. Şehrin bir kısmını ve uzaktaki tepeleri görebiliyorduk. Muhteşem bir gün doğumu da yakaladık, bu da bir artıydı. Oradaki yemekleri denemedik, bu yüzden yorum yapamam. Çıkış işlemi de sorunsuzdu. I really appreciate the room size because it was big and was very clean and comfortable. The service was excellent at all. The only issue was the TV because we can’t used it and there was not a YouTube. Hope next time will be better. Love you guys

Very nice lady at front desk when I arrived, very polite and helpful. I was disappointed then later to hear her male colleague who was obviously working the night shift be rather rude to another guest who was simply asking if the WiFi was going to be fixed. ”No idea, nobody around who will know” was the attitude. Room was a great size - a little tired with nasty stained carpet, sellotaped cracks in the flooring in bathroom and some rather gross stains on the bed valance. Mattress was pretty knackered too. Oh, and the TV didn't work - no power. Breakfast was fine with a nice selection of good food and the staff were lovely. Overall though it sounds bad, it was all fine really. Great that the car parking was included, amazing position and I'll no doubt stay again.

Beautifully and exceptionally clean hotel lobby and room but room decor was very cold and bland. Comfy bed, lovely shower and great range of products to use. We had a very good breakfast included in our stay and lots of choice. Atmosphere was very flat and depressing - no chatter or conversation from staff which was a shame - probably the constant depressing ‘music’ which was being played. Location was about a 10-15 min walk into Bristol which was fine for us as we love walking. The hotel overlooks graffitied waste ground and the ring road runs right next to it so no lovely views sadly. Most staff looked glum, no conversation or friendliness just bored young staff behind the bar. One lady at reception made up for all of them with her super-bubbly personality. Quite a few were on their phones - hotel was very quiet for a bank holiday. NO parking on-site but there is use of another nearby. Food was okay-to-good - nothing outstanding and quite expensive but only to be expected in a city hotel. Overall, it was worth the discounted price we got it for - definitely would have looked elsewhere if it had been full price.

The rooms were lovely ,nice and clean ,the beds were very hard but it was OK for 2 night.air con in rooms witch is really nice in this weather . The hotel is a really posh hotel ,the reception and bar is a very smart looking place ,the staff are lovely and polite.

The hotel is very conveniently located in central Bristol, making it a great base for exploring the city. The room itself was quite spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a good shower. However, one issue I encountered was the heating— it wasn’t working during my stay, and each room had been provided with a small electric heater instead. This wasn’t mentioned at any point prior to booking or even at check-in, which was disappointing. The heater provided was quite small for the size of the room, and if the weather had been any colder, it likely wouldn’t have been sufficient to keep the room warm. Service at the front desk was also a bit slow. I tried calling reception multiple times using the in-room phone over the course of a few hours, but no one ever answered. The hotel does offer amenity kits, which is a nice touch—especially as many hotels seem to have done away with them. However, the breakfast was a bit pricey for what was offered, which may not be the best value for money. Overall, the location and room size were great, but the heating issue, slow service, and expensive breakfast could use improvement.

The hotel was very convenient and had nice staff. The breakfast was also lovely. The caravan was a fun experience but wouldn’t do again. The temperature control is difficult - either boiling or ice cold - also gets all the noise at night.
