"This particular stay at LeQu Okinawa Chatan Spa & Resort became a genuinely memorable experience for one defining reason: Ms. Jacob at the front desk. Without her presence, this would have been a comfortable and well-designed hotel. Because of her, it became something far more meaningful. From the very first interaction, her manner was composed, perceptive, and quietly attentive. There was no sense of routine or obligation in her service—only a sincere awareness of the guest as an individual. Her professionalism was subtle rather than performative, and her warmth felt entirely natural. I have stayed in many hotels across different countries, yet it is rare to encounter a front desk professional whose presence so clearly shapes the emotional tone of an entire stay. In this instance, the quality and value of my experience were defined almost entirely by Ms. Jacob. It is because of this stay—and because of her—that I know I will continue to choose LeQu whenever I return to Okinawa. She embodies a level of hospitality that cannot be reduced to procedure, and her contribution deserves formal recognition. "Booked an ocean view room (queen double) in the main building it was awesome. slept with the door open every night listening to the ocean. Bed was very comfortable, nice big room. Breakfast was very comprehensive. Loved the ability to check out the public baths and pools across the various group hotels.  Conveniently located in the heat of American Village. Grab a coffee from Zhyvago and go for a walk along the foreshore in either direction. "

Ancak bir önerimiz, Ctrip'in sattığı paketlerin yüzme havuzu ile birlikte gelmemesidir. Yüzme havuzunun her gün ayrı bir ücrete tabi olması gerekmektedir. Yetişkinler için günlük 800 yen, çocuklar için ise 400 yen tutarındadır. Havluların ayrıca satın alınması gerekmektedir veya kendinizinkini getirebilirsiniz. Ancak Ctrip'te ayırttığım biletler başlangıçta yüzme kuponlarıyla birlikte geldi, neden Ctrip'in bu sefer gelişebileceğine dair bir umut olmadığını bilmiyorum."

"We like this hotel as this is very close to american village! Very accommodating, first time that we went there the front desk doesn’t speak english but now I think they have hired english staff so that’s good."

"Hotel room is excellent in terms of comfort and cleanliness .Free parking on premises. Location is very convenient to American Village. A slow walk needs only 10 min with sea view along the way. Highly recommended."

"Love the environment, very tidy and clean . The toilet isn’t Japanese ( ToTo) . The watching machine is at second floor . The brush and paste is very low quality it’s useless . Yeah you can easily hear traffic noises ."

"The place is about 5min drive to the American Village. It's actually a long walk to the village even though the people tells u it's just near by. You can walk... If you are a Singaporean, double confirm chop, you should drive. Our walking distance for far and near is very very different from the Japanese and Koreans, or most other countries. Due to our efficient public transport system, we are spoilt. We don't really walk that much, so conserve your energy for exploration and shopping, not walking. 😄 This hotel has staff that speaks excellent English, a refreshing change after a few days in Okinawa. They provide a simple free breakfast and have a separate showroom and WC. The shower room is really tiny. But the overall stay is very comfortable. It's definitely worth a repeat booking."

Çok fazla eşyanız varsa, günlük sadece 110 yen olan bir dolap da kiralayabilirsiniz, çok ucuz. Banyo harika ve temiz. Personel çok yardımcı. Sadece yurtta kalanlar için ortak bir oda var. - Personel ayrıca havlularımızı ve pijamalarımızı her gün değiştiriyor. - Ücretsiz içecek ve dondurma - Amerikan Köyü'ne TukTuk taksi servisi var - Şehirde dolaşmak için bisiklet kiralayabilirsiniz - Personel çok iyi İngilizce konuşuyor"

"The room was nice and the service was great. The ocean view was beautiful, but unfortunately my room was on a lower floor so the view wasn’t as perfect as I hoped. The beach is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which was really convenient. This photo was taken from the beach right in front of the hotel"
