In this instance, the quality and value of my experience were defined almost entirely by Ms. Jacob. It is because of this stay—and because of her—that I know I will continue to choose LeQu whenever I return to Okinawa. Very kind and helpful staffs at the hotel. Overall satisfaction is high. The room is very clean and comfortable, yet just a bit too dim for overall lighting, hope to have more lights in the room. The club service was really good, love the idea that customers could enjoy refreshments for free almost throughout the day. There’s a high chance of me staying there again, if I would like to have a quiet time during my trip.

Best receptionist, very thoughtful, friendly, polite. Will return to stay if we happen to come to Okinawa.

It is the first building in front of the Sunset Beach, you can enjoy the sunset set in your room, as the rooms are equipped with sitting chairs beside the sliding doors of the balcony. The staffs are very polite and helpful, their English is so good which helps a lot. Will definetly recommended to others. However, it would be perfect if a lamp was provided on top of the desk beside the TV, as that corner of the room is farely dark.

The amenities are wonderful; toiletries are provided, and hot and cold water dispenser is available in the room so you dont need to keep buying water. American Village, Aeon, Daiso, and several restaurants are within walking distance. Lawson and 7-Eleven are also nearby. Reception is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; please email them if you plan to check in later.

Otel ayrıca önceden online rezervasyon yaparak veya resepsiyondan bilet alarak havaalanı otobüsüne binebilir. Günde 4 otobüs bulunmaktadır. Ancak bir önerimiz, Ctrip'in sattığı paketlerin yüzme havuzu ile birlikte gelmemesidir. Yüzme havuzunun her gün ayrı bir ücrete tabi olması gerekmektedir. Yetişkinler için günlük 800 yen, çocuklar için ise 400 yen tutarındadır. Havluların ayrıca satın alınması gerekmektedir veya kendinizinkini getirebilirsiniz. Ancak Ctrip'te ayırttığım biletler başlangıçta yüzme kuponlarıyla birlikte geldi, neden Ctrip'in bu sefer gelişebileceğine dair bir umut olmadığını bilmiyorum.

有免費停車場在樓下，廚房設備很完整，鍋碗瓢盆都有，就是鍋子舊了一點＇很棒的是有浴缸可以泡澡，我們是入住4人雙床房二晚，到了星期五晚上有飆車族有一點吵，其他都很OK，很喜歡這裡，下次可以考慮再來住宿 當天早上沒有提供入住的資訊，透過chip跟飯店聯繫，一直到兩點才拿到入住的QR Code有一點緊張

Terrace Resort West is located just 7min walk away from Sunabe pier, and it was a lovely and comfortable stay overall! Spacious, clean, sufficient amenities provided & even a stove and washer & dryer. The staff were very friendly too!

The hotel was very spacious for me and my 14 year old son. We landed at Naha and took the city bus to the hotel. It was very convenient because the bus stop is literally right next tot he hotel. My only challenge was getting a taxi because it was my very first time in Japan and I didn’t know there’s a taxi app available. so no one onsite until 10am but i needed to be somewhere by 0830. But they do have have starbucks and Mcdonals within walking distance g distance and American Village was about 15-20 minutes away. I enjoyed my stayed there and I would recommend it to anyone that would like to save more but having a good place to stay. It had its down washer n dryer in the room, tub was separated from the shower which I absolutely loved it. full kitchen was also in our room.

Mango Resort was a great find - conveniently located close to Sunabe sea wall, American Village, restaurants etcc at a great price! My double bed room was compact but is cozy and worked great for a solo traveler (refrigerator, kitchenette, hot shower etc) Unit even had a washer/dryer but it was out of service during my stay. Check-in is via call center once you arrive at the property - make sure you have the door code to the building to enter!! Overall, excellent stay and I plan to return 😀
