The hotel is in a great location, super close to the airport, but also to the city center, it’s like 15 mins walking distance and 20 mins to airport by monorail, so it is very convenient. The staff was very friendly, considering the language barrier, they still tried to communicate with us and at the moment of our stay, they were offering guests Blue Seal ice cream :). The room was small, like it is typical in Japan, but it was OK for us and it was clean, with a modern decoration. They also offer guests different amenities, which can be find at the lobby and pajamas that they leave in the room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay :) (P.S: Pic looks weird because I quickly edited my bf out🤪)

Great location just steps away from the main Kokusaidori street. Room cleaned every 3 days with possibility to change towels, but not empty the trash. Breakfast good, but a bit crowded. Overall would definitely recommend.

location was great. near to the shopping district. room is decent sized able to open 2large luggage. toilet was small. and wished there is more area to hang towel however upon request for clothes rack it was available. need a basket to collect used towels though

The place is very clean. Super relax. The public baht is clean and very relaxing. There’s a massage chair that I loved. The staff is welcoming and always available. Room are clean and comfortable. The bed is a bit hard, and maybe it’s a bit difficult to open your luggage cause of the tiny space

The curated selection of refreshments and light fare throughout the day ensured guests remained splendidly catered for between mealtimes—a thoughtful touch that exemplifies genuine hospitality. Perhaps most noteworthy was the exceptional staff performance across all departments. Room service was delivered with flawless precision and genuine warmth, whilst the housekeeping team maintained immaculate standards with remarkable efficiency. The front-of-house personnel displayed particular resourcefulness in facilitating car park tickets, navigating potential complexities with ease and ensuring guests experienced no inconvenience whatsoever. The Southwest Grand Hotel stands as a paragon of contemporary hospitality, where exceptional physical attributes are matched by equally impressive service standards. Their collective commitment to guest satisfaction ensures this establishment remains a distinguished choice for the discerning traveller.

Oda çok küçük, yalnızca 16 metrekare, bu da Hong Kong'un zincir ekspres otelleriyle kıyaslanabilir. Yatak çok dardır ve eğer dönerseniz düşebilir. Avantajları: 1. Ulaşım çok uygundur ve otel hafif raylı sistemden indikten hemen sonradır. 2. Servis çok iyi, oda her gün hemen temizleniyor ve terlikler bile her gün değiştiriliyor. Çevre: Otelin kapısının karşısında, otel kahvaltısından (1.800 yen) daha ucuz olan bir market bulunmaktadır. Gece 03.00’e kadar açık olan Don Kişot’a 3-5 dakika yürüyebilirsiniz, oradaki yiyecek ve içecekler marketlerden daha ucuz. Don Kişot’un arkasında da bir süpermarket var. Alt katta restoran yok ama Kokusai Caddesi'ne giden yolda pek çok seçenek var: izakaya, yumurtalı pilav, Japon ve Batı yemekleri yapmasıyla ünlü bir restoran olan yakiniku ve Kokusai Caddesi'ne 15 dakikada yürüyebilirsiniz.

For me and my mum, the location is great! We are walkable distance to Miebashi station, Kokusai Dori. Bus stop in front of the hotel is super convenient to go to American Village and UNIQLO Ryubo Ameku Rakuichi (direct buses). A lot of local food options around. And if you do take up the whale watching tour, there's pickup near the hotel. It's easy to navigate the streets to the hotel. What I'm not used to is the fact that the reception is on the 17th floor (rooftop) and extra amenities you need, you have to head up to get it. 

Staying at First Cabin Naha Airport offered a surprisingly seamless experience for a short transit night. What stood out most was how effortlessly everything worked—from stepping out of the international arrivals hall to checking into the compact cabin in just a few minutes. Despite its airport location, the space felt calm, with soft lighting and well-kept shared facilities that never felt crowded. The cabin itself was simple but thoughtfully arranged, providing enough privacy and comfort for a refreshing rest. Early-morning departures became stress-free, as I could reach the check-in counters without rushing. For travelers who value efficiency and a quiet place to reset between flights, this hotel delivers exceptional convenience.

We arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about. However, the service was quite disappointing. We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise. What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary. After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had. Just sharing our experience.
