"Otel hizmeti iyiydi. Giriş iyiydi. Olanaklar lobiden alınmalı. Otel lobisi 4. katta. Her katta su istasyonu var. Küvet yok. Konumu güzeldi, monoray istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltı çeşitli yiyeceklerle harikaydı. Bir sonraki binada park yeri için 1500 ¥. Naha City'ye tekrar gelirsem bu oteli tavsiye ederim."

"Pros: staff is so friendly and kind, it’s a great location on Kokusai-dori (near both monorail and a bus stop), and it really is kept quite clean Cons: loud and cold. I would have left, but I knew they wouldn’t give me a refund ZERO soundproofing! There’s all these rules telling us “no calls, keep quiet” but you can hear everyone slamming doors in the hallway and using the hair drier and washing machines at night. There was also so much noise from the street, whether it was parties at night or children screaming during the day. I was up until 3 at night because of people both inside and outside. The walls are also so thin, I could actually hear snoring from the room next to me. Why are there all these rules about sound, yet it’s still so loud?! They tell us, “please keep calls to the common area” but the common area’s window is also right on the street, so I had to take a work call with sirens screaming through the area. The room was also freezing. It was 17-20 degrees outside most days, and even in the hallway the temperature was fine. But in my room, it felt like it was 12. I had to pay to rent extra pajamas from them because it was so cold at night. And there was constantly a breeze coming from somewhere in my room! But because there’s no individually controlled AC, there was nothing I could do. I could feel myself getting sick here"

"We had a fantastic stay at Condomio Makishi. Would like to give special thanks 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 to Ms. Kudo. My mum had pneumonia during our stay there. Ms. Kudo sent us to the hospital and did translation for us. The next day was her off day and my mum was to be discharged. She went to the hospital to help with the discharge. She is really god sent. If not for her we would be at a lost. She even bought omiyage for my mum! I would definitely stay here the next time. Location is in Kokusai-dori. Very convenient for shopping, 5mins walk to Makishi Station. If I could give 10 stars I would!"

"Hotel is quite packed during my visit around end of June. There’s this one famous cat at the front step of the lobby. Which makes an attraction to many. Very close by to the metro station & walking distance to convenient store, daiso & further down there’s the main shopping street. Room size is quite small, as well as the shower room. Overall great. There’s many plug point in room that convenient to us."

"The hotel slightly far from the monorail station but still walkable. The breakfast is basic and ok. Everything is ok except the security/safety control may need to improve as someone was try to open our door at 3am++ which wake us up, immediately call front desk to report. This mainly due to anyone can come up to the hotel without a door card. The lift at 1st floor but front desk at 2nd floor, unable to control people come up."

"Naha west inn was a good place to stay in Naha. Appartment contain everything you need to stay for long time What should be improved: 1. Not all staff is polite and friendly (But most are very respectful and mind.) Someone didnt say even hello and goodbye when we checked inn and out. Icomparing.to.other place in Japan that was unrespectful 2. More wardrobes for belongings couod be great 3. 1 bottle of water could be cool when arrive lately 4. More diversity in breakfast food could be great"

"The accommodation was easy to find, very clean and well equipped, with a small kitchen area and washing machine and dryer. The team came to clean the property halfway through the stay. The only thing to mention is that there was a constant humming sound and the walls are a bit thin therefore something to consider if you are a light sleeper. The hotel has a self check in/out process."
