I was very sick after eating from the breakfast buffet and spent 21 hours in bed and vomiting profusely! The pastry are not covered and I stupidly ate some of those. The hotel manager was lovely and offered me soup and tea when he found out. The gym is terrible and there’s an awful layout to the hotel. It’s not the best if you’re a solo travel looking to meet people in a communal space as there isn’t one. The location is great though and the reception ladies do speak good English. I wouldn’t stay here again personally.

We knew the service would be good as soon as we booked, and within hours we received a welcome email, listing the ways we could contact them if we needed to. On the pick up at the airport, they were speedy and efficient and the taxi ride only took us 20 minutes with traffic. As we walked through the door we were blown away by the interior decoration, only then to find that hotel had been a former palace! Historic artifacts and pictures were strewn through the hallways and the outside only matched the royal feel with perfection. We stayed in the royal suite, with a big bed and balcony. The staff were great, the breakfast was standard for off peak times and although the location isn't in the depth of Thamel, the area most will go out for eating and drinking, it was within 30 minutes drive of most landmarks and as it was the ambassedy/ office worker area, there was a nice vibe. There were some things that can't be controlled. The hotel did a good job of providing heat as the weather in February is still chilly. The pollution was real. Especially as you walk nearer the streets, something to think about if you are sensitive to this. Apart from that, It was all really wonderful. The hotel is well situated in a quiet area, but within proximity to shops and restaurants, though a bit of a walk to Thamel. The hotels amenities are good and the M club lounge is a nice to have if u book the lounge access. The one negative thing is that the hotel overcharges on airport transportation (USD 35) and picks you up in a old Honda.

If you're staying in Kathmandu, this hotel is a good choice. The best thing about it is that it's a new hotel (opening in 2024). Everyone, including the staff, spa staff, and breakfast staff, is very cooperative. Also, everything is well-maintained, including the showers and toilets in the rooms, Wi-Fi, electronic key cards, and internet TV. I'm sorry to say that other hotels tend to be a little older, with broken, slightly dirty, or non-working electronic devices. While it's true that older hotels have gardens and great locations, they can't compare to newer facilities. The breakfast had a nice view, too. 私は海外在住の日本人です。お子様連れの方には静かで落ち着いてるこのホテルを薦めます。もちろん一人旅も。

Отличный отель, расположение в самом центре, но в глубине улицы, поэтому шума с улицы не было. При этом слышимость из коридора довольно высокая, но в номере есть беруши. Очень чисто, полотенца, халаты, постельное белье - все идеально белое. Воды в номер дают очень много, это плюс. Завтрак на 12 этаже с панорамным видом, красиво, приятно. Завтрак в целом нормальный, кофе неплохой, но выпечка так себе, среднего качества. Персонал милейший, очень вежливые и приветливые. Вообще забронировала этот отель в первую очередь из-за традиционного непальского стиля и не пожалела - внутри красиво и приятно.

I had the most wonderful experience at Lo Mustang in November 2024. I came to Nepal for a wedding and Anisha at the front desk went above and beyond. Customer service was 10/10. I got recommendations for tailoring, jewelry, dry cleaning, and local dresses with transportation. Deepika, front desk manager, was fantastic always making sure my needs were being met and that my stay was comfortable. The hotel is in the perfect location with great amenities. I initially chose this spot because of the beautiful traditional decor. It was beautiful in person with murals on each floor. Breakfast is fantastic with a roof top view. I booked a second time on my way back home because it was so great. I traveled solo and left with new friends.

The room is very spacious, but the gym equipment is not in good working condition. As for the bathroom, I would like to point out that the towels are quite rough in texture.

cozy room, bed was big and clean. very spacious room. clean swimming pool. foods were great at the restaurant.

酒店服務非常專業，早餐豐富，前台服務熱情周到。説要水，很快就送來了。而且酒店裡面有電吹風，洗澡熱水非常舒適。 很多中國人到其他地方找中餐吃，結果發現最正宗的中餐在酒店樓上九層。而且這裏的巧克力布朗尼，非常正宗。原本應該是和冰淇淋一起吃，我提出來要吃熱的，酒店立即做了熱呼呼的冰激凌。酒店旁邊有個加德滿都最大的農貿市場，6個大蘋果，衹要不到20元人民幣。這裏什麼蔬菜水果都能買到。 因為加德滿都經常堵車，如果銜接航班，酒店離機場很近，這又是一大優勢。

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the property. The location was also very convenient, close to shops and transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!
