"I had an excellent stay at the L7 Lotte Hotel in Busan and would like to share how satisfied I was with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, friendly, and efficient. Every staff member I encountered was polite and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel very welcoming.
The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space and a comfortable atmosphere. The location is also perfect—convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining, making it easy to explore Busan without any hassle.
One of the highlights was the overall environment of the hotel. It feels stylish yet cozy, and the facilities are well-maintained. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant.
I am extremely satisfied with my stay at L7 Lotte Busan. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan, and I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"We were a group of 3 and were pleasantly pleased with the 3 single beds in Ramada. We all had our own space. Spacious enough. The hotel was just a stone away from KTX exit 1 and also metro exit 6. The hotel has a 24-hour laundromat and I love that the dryer dried clothes thoroughly. 2,000won for washing and other 2,000w for drying. 1,000w for their detergent. A total of 5,000w for each wash. 😊 The only downside was no basic amenities were provided except for shower wash, hair wash and hair condition."

Aslında burada ikinci kez kalıyorum.

"We stayed at Lotte Hotel Busan for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a lively area with many restaurants just a short walk away, making dining extremely convenient. One of the biggest highlights was the Lotte Department Store located right within the hotel compound, which made shopping and getting daily necessities effortless.
The gym was exceptionally spacious and very well equipped—easily one of the best hotel gyms we’ve experienced. The heated swimming pool was available at an additional charge, which we chose to pay for and did enjoy, though it would have been even better if it were included in the room rate. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay, especially for guests who value great facilities and accessibility."

"Stayed at Arban hotel for 4 nights, was allocated the room on floor 11 and had a good and restful night sleep.
Things I like
- one king sized bed and one single bed. Good for my mum and myself.
- I love the LG steaming cabinet(ideal for those who are there for a longer period).
- near to many eateries/restaurants.
Things I didn’t like
- there is no door for the toilet, really strange. Was given the option of hanging up a shower curtain (however staff will expect you to retrieve it from the front desk and expect you to hang up on your own). I guess this is what to expect from a 3 star hotel.
- front desk staff are not very helpful and lukewarm attitude. (I ask them about luggage delivery and staff just handed a sign and ask my to check it out myself). Couldn’t ask too many questions as he didn’t seem happy to help.
- only small bar soap is provided, no toothbrush/toothpaste. There was even a used shower cap hanging in our toilet when we checked in.
-didn’t like the recycled room slippers provided. (Didn’t feel hygienic).
- there was a music festival happening outside the hotel on the day I was checking out and taxi couldn’t stop outside the hotel.
- no proper hotel lobby"

"A very nice hotel in a great location just on the beach with plenty of shops and good restaurants nearby. One or two things to note when staying here. There are only Korean electrical sockets ( no usb charging ports for example) so bring an adapter or buy one from 7-11 next door ( i walked to a few shops and this was the cheapest). I didn’t have breakfast, but opted to buy something from a local bakery each evening. The bed pillows i thought were actually quite uncomfortable , not sure if the hotel offers other options. Didn’t ask. Check in time is a strict 3pm, so if like me you arrive in Busan at 7am, plan to hang out at a spa for a few hours . When i arrived at the hotel at 2pm i asked to check and even though the room was ready they said i had to pay a little extra to check in early . Hmm. Plan accordingly. Check out is at 11am, an extra 30,000krw per hour late check out.
I am not convinced security is 100 % secure as anyone could walk in from the outside and access the lobby elevator to the guest floors. Hmm.
As mentioned location is excellent, you couldn’t ask for better. Restaurants ( try the tofu soup restaurant at the back of the hotel!🤤), bars, coffee shops, the beach! And no noise in guest rooms from outside.
For all the negatives i have said, I will still definitely be back"

"The hotel is modern and clean, 10 minutes walk to the subway station and 5 minutes walk to the beach. The haeundae beach and market is nearby. And the bexco center is two subway ride. Staff could speak english. The breakfast is pretty poor options. However, for the price, I still recommend this hotel for travelers"

"Reception staff were not friendly and helpful.
Room was big and clean, and housekeeping staff were polite.
Take note that early Nov in autumn they will disable the aircon and only provide heating so the room remains permanently at 28 degrees - belatedly realised there were other reviewers who warned about this. Staff will advise you to open the window if you feel stuffy and hot. However, this means noise from traffic and the baseball batting cage located next to the hotel. But I guess noise is better than getting a heatstroke.
Pretty close walk to haeundae station, and convenient to have a convenience store downstairs and McDonald’s across the road."

Haeundae Çıkış 3'e 3 dakikalık ve Haeundae Plajı'na 3 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir! Biz 13. kattaydık, öndeki bina yüzünden biraz kapalı olmasına rağmen yine de her gün kalkıp denizi izleyebiliyorduk. Çok rahattı! Oda her gün düzenleniyor ve çok temiz. Temizlik personeli de çok cana yakın ve bagajlar saklanabiliyor! Kesinlikle tekrar ziyaret edeceğim bir otel olduğu söylenebilir :)"

TTricolorOne of the best stays ever, you will not be disappointed with the boutique feel of good old days, we actually made the trip to Busan just to stay here. Free Americanos were a nice touch and with the complimentary stationary to write memories and even send postcards to yourself. The rooms are incredibly well designed and felt luxurious large with warm wood accents.

SSeca22 gece kaldım. Otel, Busan İstasyonu 1'in hemen karşısında ve çoğu tesise yürüme mesafesindeydi. Tuvalet ve banyo dahil oda küçük olsa da, olanaklar (Japon tarzı gibi) tamdı. Sıcak ve soğuk duşlar, küvet, saç kurutma makinesi, kahve ve çay için su ısıtıcısı, terlikler, değerli eşyalar için küçük bir kasa. Banyo malzemeleri ve pijamalar sağlandı (lobi alanından almanız yeterli). Not: Diş fırçası ve diş macunu dahil değil. Dolap yok ama valizlerinizi yatağın altına koyabilirsiniz. Ücretsiz kahvaltı. Odanın içinde mikrodalga yok ama lobi alanında var ve otomattan su, kahve ve çay alabilirsiniz. Ayrıca bir çamaşırhaneleri de var, bu yüzden fazla kıyafet getiremiyorsunuz. Benim için tek olumsuz yanı, giriş saatinin 16:00 ve çıkış saatinin 10:00 olması, bu yüzden zamanlamanızı ayarlamanız ve yönetmeniz daha iyi. AAleks_GIn terms of value for money, the hotel is decent. The interior is pleasant and modern; it seems new, but it is no longer perfectly clean. In my room, for example, the toilet seat cover was taped with duct tape, there were splashes on the walls in some places, and stains on the ceiling. However, the rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and if you ask not to be disturbed, they leave everything you need in a basket outside your room.
The hotel is very conveniently located for a short visit to Busan (up to 3-4 days), close to the train station and between the main attractions (it takes about the same amount of time to get to each direction). The trains were not audible in the room, and overall the hotel is quite quiet.
I had a spacious room where I could open my suitcase normally, but there was still not enough storage space (at least more hangers for clothes are needed). There are also no cutlery in the room, which is a minus. There is a clothes styler - something like a steaming closet, which turned out to be convenient, as I didn't need an iron.
The pool area is relaxing, you can take beautiful photos, and the water is warm.
I didn't like the breakfasts. On weekdays, they are served à la carte, the selection is modest, and the coffee is not tasty. There are many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel, so it's better to go there.
I was very surprised that upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100,000 won (or a card). In 10 years of active travel, I have never encountered this anywhere in hotels especially without notification.

Free drinking water, microwave, cutlery. The host is very friendly and helpfull.

MMisafir KullanıcıFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes.
Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life.
Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.

Cumartesi günü gittim ve ortak salonda film gösterimi olduğunu bilmediğim için şaşırdım.
Saat 19:00 ile 21:00 arasında film sesi duyulabiliyordu ve insanlara sessiz olmaları gerektiğini söyleyen bir tabela vardı, bu da can sıkıcıydı.
