Good Winter 2025 holidays with good hotel, cleanliness, good bedding *we slept deeply and soundly * all heater works well superb good Rm5005 ( no windows with round tub), giving thanks to the most friendliest staff to Pretty Miss Liu and the gentle lady during our first day 11/12 on duty! Keep up your service! They are always so welcoming and helpful to assist esp. our food delivery ( that need a local number) she even use her rewards point for our ordering! So thoughtful and kind! We will visit dalian bcos of *刘小姐* good memorable service! Yummy b1st from hotel good setting too. Travel anywhere with didi are so convenient, good location with residential turn out so homely. We had free costume dressing from hotel, gdscent capsule laundry and my baby girl experienced her first snow in dalian too 13/12! We love snowy in Dalian! "Such an amazing place. Near to metro station and venice city. Opposite the establishment are a lot of restaurants and street food plus our favourite icecream shop. We arrived really early and the got our room ready by 9:00 in the morning instead of thr normal check in time. Big room, amazing views plus free washing machine and fridge. They guve free drinking water whenever you ask and the wi-fi is fast. Very secure place and friendly reception. You get to scan their wechat account and anything you need is delivered once you ask before 4:00 evening. I must stay me and my friends had an amazing stay and we stored our luggage and went for a stroll in tiwn and everythying was ok.. i higly recommend this place for stays in Dalian"

"This hotel is supercool. walk distance to the venice ciry. Clean, tidy room with beautiful sea and city view. I have experienced one of the bathrooms with beautiful view for the first time. Friendly reception staff and manager. Received 3 pastry cakes as birthday gift for my wife from the manager. I will admire the manager in charge miss Sun Wei for her great services. I recommend staying here"

"在網上搜了好久決定定這家，來到後真的是特別驚喜。首先老闆是個特別温柔的姐姐，説話温柔，住的期間有啥需要例如雨傘、衣撐都第一時間送到，還會介紹我們周邊哪家飯店是寶藏小店，哪家海腸撈飯便宜又正宗。其次地理位置相當優越，步行15分鐘到星海廣場，每晚我和孩子都步行去看燈光秀和音樂噴泉。其他景點例如威尼斯水城、付家莊浴場、漁人碼頭打車都是20元左右。離地鐵口也超近，步行5分鐘到地鐵口。最後酒店乾淨衞生，每天都有保潔姐姐打掃，住得舒心，強烈推薦！"

"This is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick. I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!"

"特別特別好！老闆是個很温柔很細心的女生，住宿的裝修風格很舒適，loft的二層層高也不低。我是學建築的，大家可以放心訂這家公寓，從地理位置、安全性及室內舒適度來説，性價比拉滿！同等價位很難得看到有采光這麼好的住宿！因為住進去的那幾天比較冷，老闆就免費為我們升級了地暖比較好的loft。室內有新風系統，地暖相較於瀋陽那邊不會太乾燥。樓下從後門出去就是地鐵站，附近很多吃的。因為是過來旅遊的，就問老闆有沒有推薦的美食，然後她很詳細地為我們介紹了當地的特色。去吃了幾家，確實不錯。"

"林海スキー場近くにあり、手頃な価格でしたのでスキー後の休憩用として4時間利用しました。 全国的に有名な汉庭ホテルグループ、しかも新しいホテルだけあり快適そのもの！ ・清潔 ・新しい設備 ・スタイリッシュな装飾 ・厚く固めで寝返りの打ちやすい高級なマットレス ・綿と高反発の2種類の枕が標準で用意されている ・散らかりにくい工夫がされたインテリア ・ロボットが部屋まで出前を運んでくれる ・シャンプーやハンドソープの香りが高級ホテルと同じ ・安定した湯の量と水圧 やや注意が必要な点として、トイレとシャワーがガラス戸で、中が見える事です。 よほどの間柄でないと同室に泊まれせん。 残念だった点は、チェックイン時に利用時間の確認が無かった事です。 trip.comからの予約は12:30〜16:30でした。 私は12:08にチェックインしたらしく、16:08で退室を迫られました。 時間利用という使い方が初めてだったので、慣れていなかった私も悪いのですが、チェックイン時に説明があると良かったです。 また、ホテルの入り口がどこか分からず、入るまでに建物周りを一周してしまいました。 一階に複数の他のテナントが入っていた事が原因だと思います。 これはホテルとは関係ありませんが、チェックアウト時に遭遇した団体の皆さんにはちょっと驚きました。 ロビーでタバコを吸い、吸い殻を紙コップに入れ放置する、ロビーで「カー」っと痰を溜めたあと、そのまま入り口のドアを開け「ペッ」と吐き出す。やたら大きいスマホの着信音、、、 せっかくのスタイリッシュなインテリアですので、皆が気持ちよく過ごせる環境を意識したらいいなと思いました。"

"The location was the most amazing thing about this hotel. It's ideally located in the Dalian Business District near the waterfront. There was so much to see near the Venice Oriental Harbor. The hotel is ok if you don't need meals. There's no restaurant so you'll have to order takeout. They do have cup noodles and drinks in the room at an extra cost. Also, the view is nice but only if you're on the higher floors, otherwise, you'll be very disappointed by the sight of the unfinished buildings that interfere with the beautiful seaview. The view is breathtaking once you're on the higher floors. I upgraded from the 9th floor to the 21st floor once I got there. Other than that, they were very accommodating, especially to me as a foreigner who spoke very little Chinese. They added me on WeChat and helped me with everything I need."

"Başlangıçta sadece bir gece rezervasyon yapmıştım; diğer iki gece için Dalian'da, puanları çok yüksek ve yakınlarda başka bir otelde yer ayırtmıştım. Ancak Kale Otel'de bir gece konakladıktan sonra burayı çok sevdim. Odalar özellikle güzeldi ve otel bir tepede olduğu için manzarası da oldukça geniş ve büyüleyiciydi. İkinci gece diğer otelde kaldığımda, deneyimim Kale Otel'le kıyaslandığında çok kötüydü. Bu yüzden uğraşarak son gece için tekrar Kale Otel'e geri döndüm. Kalmadan önce sürekli Kale Otel'in tesislerinin eski olduğuna ve listenin başındaki diğer oteller kadar iyi olmadığına dair yorumlar görüyordum. Ancak giriş yaptığımda, tesislerin aslında ***et iyi bakıldığını ve endişelenmeye gerek olmadığını fark ettim. Odaların dekorasyonu ve tasarımı özenle hazırlanmış; Avrupa şatosu tarzında, kaba veya görgüsüz zengin tarzında değil. Otel lobisi ve manzara terası da olağanüstü güzeldi; harika fotoğraflar çekilebiliyordu, hatta bazıları sırf fotoğraf çekmek için özel olarak buraya geliyordu. Son olarak, ve çok önemli, otelin bize tahsis ettiği, güzel ve nazik bir hanımefendi olan misafir ilişkileri sorumlusunu özellikle takdir etmek isterim. Giriş yapmadan önce benimle iletişime geçti ve konaklamam boyunca da çok ***retli ve sorumluluk sahibiydi; herhangi bir konuda zamanında geri bildirim aldık. Bu da oteldeki iki gecelik deneyimimi daha da harika hale getirdi. Gelecekte Dalian'a tekrar gelme fırsatım olursa, kesinlikle tekrar burada kalacağım!"
