The stay here is superb! The couples who manage this family hotel are very welcoming. They even cooked our meals and dined with us. It's like we are a family. I love the experience and I definitely will come again here!

We had a very comfortable and happy stay at Qiuqu Donglai Inn. It was much cheaper compared to the other accomodations in Snow Town, and exceeded our expectations. The owners and staff were very friendly and patient in providing all the help we needed during our stay 😄 Before the trip, it was also easy communicating with the owner through Wechat as she patiently answered all our concerns and even provided us with more guiding tips about our trip there. She helped us to settle mutliple car and bus pickup services to/from the inn as well as to/from Snow Town. This certainly made our planning much easier and convenient as we could plan our days according to the pick-up/ drop-off times. Additionally, the inn was very cozy with only 2 floors of rooms but it was clean and tidy, exactly as shown in the pictures. The Kang heated beds were comfortable and the toilet was exceptionally clean, with a heater unit and toilet seat. We could also order food from the QR code in the room and have our meals prepared from the kitchen downstairs. The convenience and quality of food definitely left us impressed. For our trip to Snow Town, the owner provided us with suggestions on activities that we could try and also helped us to book the activity package at a cheaper rate. The owner even prepared some free activities for us to do (Photo-taking with the traditional jacket + Water splashing into ice) but it was rather unfortunate as we could not find time to try it out. You should definitely try it out if you stay here and have the time to do so! We highly recommend this inn for comfort, convenience and a peace-of-mind when travelling to Snow Town. This will definitely be our go-to accomodation when we are back here for our next visit! 💯 *Do note that disposable towels are provided but do bring your own towel if you require more comfort.

Hancı, rezervasyondan hemen sonra bizi arayıp ulaşım seçeneklerini söyledi; internetten bulduğum seyahat planlarıyla örtüşüyordu. Yabulixi'ye hızlı trenle vardık ve ayarladığı şoför istasyonda bizi bekliyordu. Bavullarımızı taşımamıza nazikçe yardım etti ve üşüyeceğimizden endişe ederek arabayı sürekli ısıttı. Hanın dekorasyonu gerçekten kalbime dokundu. Küçüklüğümden beri böyle evler görmüştüm; sıcak bir kang (ısıtmalı tuğla yatak), renkli duvarlar ve başınızın üzerinde gazeteler. Odada bir saatten fazla fotoğraf çektim; giderek daha da güzelleşti. Hancıdan önceden bizim için havai fişek almasını istedik ve tüm aile o gece hep birlikte, sanki yeni yılı kutluyormuş gibi havai fişekleri patlattık. Gerçekten unutulmaz bir geziydi ve fırsatım olursa kesinlikle tekrar Zhou Zhanggui Inn'de kalacağım.

The best host I’ve ever experienced throughout my stay in Harbin! Host was kind, I am Muslim and host even bought a new pot for me to use it! Speedy replies from host, don’t worry about your stay cause host is there to take care of you! The room is spacious and clean, the heater works well despite it was freezing outside! Even their toilet has heater, that’s how amazing this place is! It’s suitable for family with children as the host have their own land behind their house, there’s a tube slide for kids to keep the kids busy as well! You can let the kids play the snow in front of the room as well, there’s a yard which sufficient snow to play with. Highly recommended to stay here for family with kids It’s about 10 minutes walk to the other side of the town where most of the attractions are, if you need to go Siberian park or amusement park. Host will make arrangements for taxi for you, as for pick up and send to train station is free.

Excellent location. Switched hotels at midnight and it was quick and easy check-in. The receptionist was very friendly and provided information I needed for my stay using a translation app. Very thankful for the hospitality. Snow toys available were also appreciated by my child.

Stayed here enroute to Snow City. Not worth the price paid. Only 1 bath towel provided per room for twin sharing. Instead we were provided with single use towel which is the size of hand towel for shower. I requested for the bigger towel but was told that each room is only provided 1. Could smell people smoking at the common corridor. No mineral water provided and have to request from reception counter. Hot water is also upon request. No kettle in the room. Breakfast provided was plain porridge with hard boil egg, pickled vegetables and a hard bun. Room was on level 2 and had to lug the luggage up, no one to help. Well, not easy to find accommodation around the area. Suitable for a night sleep, that’s all. The counter staff very friendly though.

We had a great stay here. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. A special shoutout to Sun Yu, who was truly exceptional. He brought us around town, explained the local history, and even took us to watch the sunrise and the big drum despite the cold weather. His warmth and hospitality made our trip unforgettable. We will definitely come again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

We stayed at Mountain Talk for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located inside Snow Village, making it easy to explore the area, especially during winter. The room was clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape, which made the stay feel extra special. The environment is very peaceful, perfect for families and travelers who want to relax after a full day in the snow. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff, especially Mr. Haizi, was extremely accommodating and helpful. He assisted us many times and made sure our stay was comfortable and smooth from start to finish. Tips for future guests: • Choose a room with a window view for the full snow village experience. • Winter nights can be very cold, so bring proper thermal wear even indoors. • The location is ideal if you want to enjoy night walks and early morning views without rushing. • If you need help with transport, schedules, or basic arrangements, do not hesitate to ask the staff. They are very willing to assist. Overall, Mountain Talk is a cozy and welcoming place to stay, with excellent service and a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended for those visiting Snow Village in winter, especially families.

The room was overall superb, sadly I had to rate the cleanliness low due to the bad and smelly ventilation in the toilet and bathroom, even if I turn on the exhaust it’s really smelly (even before using). Overall loved it with the more secluded area and have my own view of the snowy forest. Staff was definitely friendly, breakfast was alright, beware of bringing overly heavy luggage as there’s no lift, however staff would actually help carry luggage up.

We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests. A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference. Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable. This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. I would 1000% encourage anyone visiting Snow Town to book with them—you will not regret it. Our experience would have been completely different without them.
