非常棒的酒店。酒店還會送免費的新鮮水果到房間去。前台有免費無限的暖身熱飲，免費的雪橇，免費的潑冰熱水和玩雪道具任玩。房間很乾凈整潔舒適，窗外就看到雪鄉的滑雪場下着雪，泡壺茶，坐在床窗邊喝着茶吃着水果享受那美麗動人的景色是多麼的幸福啊。全自動馬桶是我這外國來的第一次用到最好模式最齊全的馬桶，一級棒！ 早餐很豐富，該有的都有了。但是，咖啡有待改進，應該提供比較國際性和比較高級的咖啡來符合酒店的風格。餐廳單點的菜單很齊全，食物很好吃，價錢也很合理， 餐具和紙巾都沒有另外算錢哦。這裏的阿瑞老闆人很好，有什麼需要找他都會提供資料和幫忙安排的。在這裏要特別感謝阿瑞老闆和老闆娘為了生病行動不便的我，想盡辦法安排車送我到雪鄉的入口站，實在是太感激你們了🙏🏻。 我們下次來還會選擇這家酒店的。 我的親戚朋友看了都特別喜歡。

The best host I’ve ever experienced throughout my stay in Harbin! Host was kind, I am Muslim and host even bought a new pot for me to use it! Speedy replies from host, don’t worry about your stay cause host is there to take care of you! The room is spacious and clean, the heater works well despite it was freezing outside! Even their toilet has heater, that’s how amazing this place is! It’s suitable for family with children as the host have their own land behind their house, there’s a tube slide for kids to keep the kids busy as well! You can let the kids play the snow in front of the room as well, there’s a yard which sufficient snow to play with. Highly recommended to stay here for family with kids It’s about 10 minutes walk to the other side of the town where most of the attractions are, if you need to go Siberian park or amusement park. Host will make arrangements for taxi for you, as for pick up and send to train station is free.

We had a great stay here. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. A special shoutout to Sun Yu, who was truly exceptional. He brought us around town, explained the local history, and even took us to watch the sunrise and the big drum despite the cold weather. His warmth and hospitality made our trip unforgettable. We will definitely come again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Excellent location. Switched hotels at midnight and it was quick and easy check-in. The receptionist was very friendly and provided information I needed for my stay using a translation app. Very thankful for the hospitality. Snow toys available were also appreciated by my child.

（太太太感動了，完全百分百真實！！！）這次和男朋友一起出行，我們來雪鄉的話前一晚才臨時訂酒店，但是這是我在這次行程中做出的特別幸運的選擇！酒店剛下單沒一會兒。就給我們安排了特別熱情的管家哥哥！ 從旅遊行程安排到基礎酒店服務，幾乎是二十四小時隨時在線，給我們講解了景區裏所有的可以玩耍的項目，根據我們的需求個性化定製遊玩路線，然後把票都幫我們跑腿訂好，又考慮到大雪封路，為我們安排好返回哈爾濱的車輛等規劃啊啊啊啊幾乎就是遇到任何問題，或者不知道怎麼走啥的，都可以問他然後秒回！酷酷酷！ 等我們晚上回酒店已經十一點了，酒店餐廳已經關門，但是雪鄉也沒有外賣。可是管家哥哥先是給我們準備了凍梨凍柿子等水果，然後又冒雪出去跑好幾家店給我們買晚飯🥹 （真的是會完全考慮到我們的需求，而且會主動推薦性價比更好的選擇，就是説就是説這哥是真實在啊哥🥹） 酒店餐廳服務也很好，做的菜特別鮮，很美味！ 今天很開心，看了很厚的雪，看了雪蘑菇，去了**強的家，看了東北二人轉，在棒槌山坐雪圈，也參加了羽絨服蹦迪，在煙花下擁抱！ 所以説，我認為，每次出行關鍵都是邂逅，很幸運，我們邂逅了這樣一家情緒價值拉滿的酒店，這是是很美好的經歷，是很浪漫的旅行。 冰天雪地的豪放東北，會講温柔童話…💕

Hotel is new and clean as per the trip.com photos, but very poor value at almost $1000 AUD a night (admittedly it was NYE). While new, the quality of the building and amenities is poor, with the TV not even plugged in with no power socket to plug it into even if you wanted to use it (you have to ask for an extension cable...). The bathroom is similar to the local style with the shower and toilet not separated, there is literally a power point right next to the shower. The ladies who clean and service the rooms are very nice and friendly though. It is also located on the 'far end' from the main entrance and so it is a bit of a trek to the bus stop etc.

We stayed at Mountain Talk for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located inside Snow Village, making it easy to explore the area, especially during winter. The room was clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape, which made the stay feel extra special. The environment is very peaceful, perfect for families and travelers who want to relax after a full day in the snow. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff, especially Mr. Haizi, was extremely accommodating and helpful. He assisted us many times and made sure our stay was comfortable and smooth from start to finish. Tips for future guests: • Choose a room with a window view for the full snow village experience. • Winter nights can be very cold, so bring proper thermal wear even indoors. • The location is ideal if you want to enjoy night walks and early morning views without rushing. • If you need help with transport, schedules, or basic arrangements, do not hesitate to ask the staff. They are very willing to assist. Overall, Mountain Talk is a cozy and welcoming place to stay, with excellent service and a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended for those visiting Snow Village in winter, especially families.

The room was overall superb, sadly I had to rate the cleanliness low due to the bad and smelly ventilation in the toilet and bathroom, even if I turn on the exhaust it’s really smelly (even before using). Overall loved it with the more secluded area and have my own view of the snowy forest. Staff was definitely friendly, breakfast was alright, beware of bringing overly heavy luggage as there’s no lift, however staff would actually help carry luggage up.

We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests. A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference. Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable. This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. I would 1000% encourage anyone visiting Snow Town to book with them—you will not regret it. Our experience would have been completely different without them. While not located directly inside the China Snowtown scenic area, this was not a significant issue. The standout feature here is the complimentary shuttle bus service. It runs to and from the Snowtown attraction upon request. We found it to be extremely convenient and highly punctual; the drivers were professional and the departures were always on schedule. Our room was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The housekeeping is thorough and consistent—fresh linens, immaculate bathroom, and no dust to be seen anywhere. The room was cozy and had effective heating—a must in this climate. Reception staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Snowtown.
