Hotel room is awesome and overall condition is excellent!! Room was very comfortable! The onsen is great, both indoor and outdoor hot spring were very nice!! The service is outstanding!! Staff are very friendly and attentive!! Definitely would come back next time!!

What an amazing place! We had a wonderful time “glamping” at the Grand Verde Resort. From first being greeted upon check in till our departure the attention to detail and hospitality were top notch! We especially loved the delicious breakfast and dinner spread, the Public Bath, and sauna, and the hobbit houses. The gorgeous views from our yurt in the mountains were breathtaking and we were able to see millions of stars at night on the clear evenings. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars!!! Highly recommend this place for your next getaway!

I recently stayed at Kannawaen Sanso Ryokan, and it was a truly remarkable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm hospitality made me feel welcomed and relaxed. The ryokan is set in a beautiful, serene location, surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful retreat from daily life. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated in traditional Japanese style, blending modern comforts with authentic charm. The private onsen attached to my room was a highlight, allowing me to unwind in soothing hot springs while taking in the picturesque views. What truly sets Kannawaen apart is the attention to detail and personalized service. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect, making me feel truly cared for throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a luxurious, tranquil getaway with impeccable service and a true Japanese experience, I highly recommend Kannawaen Sanso Ryokan. It’s a place we would love to visit again. Very nice modern style ryokan nestled in the hills of Beppu. Rooms are very nice and big, with our private onsen bathroom. We opted for the dinner and breakfast, and they were both pretty good and tasty.

別府極好選擇。住宿在一所店鋪的樓上，空間非常非常大，室內設備用料都是高級貨，各種生活所需設備都有齊。工業風的室內裝修， 沒有了住酒店的感覺，反而很有住家的感覺。 如果六時後才能check in， 記得先問老闆check in手續所需的密碼，這個只是第一次進入店铺大門的密碼， 裏面櫃檯上有部ipad，根據ipad所顯示的程序辦check in手續， 跟著會顯示一個進入自己房間的密碼，這個密碼亦是之後進入店舖的密碼。 泊車可根據店舖所提供的地圖顯示一號或二號停車場泊車，車位充足。

A cozy onsen hotel! Round trip taxi between hotel and Beppu station cost ¥4,300. The room is very spacious and and tatami is very comfy. A pleasant surprise by the two delicious meals included and like very much the arrangement of a private room for meal. The staff are super friendly.

Staff were nice, service was good. Buffer dinner was good. Unlimited supply was good quality beef steak

Stayed in a clean Western style room which had twin beds. Dinner and breakfast were nicely presented and delicious. Both the public and private onsens were nice. Good value for money.

Beautiful hotel located in a very peaceful and green area with magnificent views of the mountains and smoke from hot springs. The hotel itself has hot springs and baths in a lovely garden. Very nice and spacious room with lots of toiletries available downstairs. Within walking distance of the 7 hells of Beppu.

깔끔한 내부와 편안한 욕탕덕에 즐겁게 지냈습니다. 노천탕이 특히나 좋았고 좋은 숙소였습니다. 청결도의 경우 세면대 쪽의 이물질이 청소가 덜 되어 있었습니다. 그걸 제외하곤 정말 깔끔한 숙소였습니다.
