"To begin with, the hotel is good in general. The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel location is good, there are many bus stops nearby, the sea, shopping malls, and the train station are close by. The breakfasts included in our reservation are excellent, quite tasty. The hotel has springs and showers, the towels are changed regularly, and you can rent yucatas for the duration of your stay for free. You can also request room cleaning (once every 3 days). The disadvantages include the fact that the hotel is a bit old. There is some dust in the rooms here and there, and our room had a moldy shower curtain and dusty ventilation grates. We didn't use the hairdryer in our room because it had some weird moldy-dusty stuff in it... The slippers provided in the room were very small and uncomfortable (my foot size is around 30 centimeters). Not really a problem, especially if you have your own ones, but still worth mentioning. Anyway, as I already said, the overall impression of the hotel is good."

"Exceptional service from beginning to end, very graciously catered for some last minute changes, the staff are very warm and welcoming. The room was traditional Japanese style with balcony, spacious with an exceptional view of Beppu Bay. The package included a wonderful dinner and breakfast at the hotel dining rooms. There is an onsite public bath and private bath rooms can be reserved too. Located near Kitahama for easy access to transit options, a perfect place for your stay in Beppu."

"I recently stayed at a hotel booked through Trip.com, and while the location, cleanliness, and facilities were quite nice, I had a very disappointing experience with the service provided by the hotel staff. When I booked the hotel, the description on Trip.com (in Korean) clearly indicated that the room would have two beds and two floor beds. However, upon arrival, we found that the room only had two beds and one floor bed. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of the hotel staff, they informed me that we would need to pay extra for an additional floor bed. They explained that the description in the itinerary merely indicated the maximum capacity of the room and that, since we had booked meals for only three people (breakfast and dinner), we could not receive an extra floor bed at no charge. I opted for the three-person meal plan because one of my family members is a five-year-old child who does not eat much, and I wanted to avoid unnecessary food waste. I understand that interpretations of the itinerary may vary, but the attitude of the hotel staff was unacceptable. During my communication with them, I was put on hold for five minutes, only to be told that there was nothing they could do. After urging them to adhere to the terms of the itinerary, I was placed on hold again for ten minutes. Unfortunately, I had to hang up as it was time for dinner, and the hotel did not follow up with any response after I returned. This experience significantly affected my family's mood, and what was supposed to be a pleasant stay turned into a frustrating ordeal. I hope that Trip.com can address this issue to prevent future guests from having similar experiences."

"First of all, I would like to extend special thanks to the hotel for their cooperation, and especially to Mr. Ninomiya from the hotel for his tremendous assistance, which made my partner and I experience a truly romantic and unforgettable time. The hotel staff spoke good English and were very friendly. The environment was tranquil and clean, the hot springs were excellent, and the view from the room I booked was absolutely superb. If I have the chance to visit Beppu for a vacation again in the future, I will definitely return and will also recommend it to my friends."

"최근 한국인 리뷰가 많이 없어서 걱정이 많았어요. 처음 가는 일본여행이기도 하고, 벳푸는 꼭 가고 싶은데 어떤 숙소에서 지내야 할지 고민이 많았거든요. 위치는 보지도 않고 내부 사진만 보고 예약하게 된 숙소인데, 예약하고 보니 번화가와는 좀 떨어진 곳에 위치해 있어요! 하지만 벳푸에 가는 목적은 온천이었기에 숙소에서 도보거리고 온천을 이용할 수 있다는 것에 큰 메리트를 느꼈습니다. 숙소는 정말 깨끗하고, 아늑하고 근데 또 넓고 쾌적하고! 침대도 엄청 엄청 푹신해서 한번도 깨지 않고 아침까지 잘 잤어요! 또한 숙소가 언덕에 있어서 힘들다고 하는데, 어차피 여행은 도보의 연속이므로 오히려 일본에 시골 풍경도 느낄 수 있고 너무 좋았습니다!♥ 그리고 친절히 안내해 주신 호스트님 덕분에 정말 기분 좋았어요! 후쿠오카 여행을 간다면 꼭 벳푸를 한번더 갈 것이고, 다시 이 숙소를 방문할 의사가 있습니다! 행복한 추억을 선물해 주셔서 너무 너무 감사합니다 :-)"

"鐵輪是此行服務最最周到細緻的温泉酒店👍 前台小姐姐、管理人和研修小哥都非常友好，服務可以用賓至如歸來形容。是一家外賓友好酒店。 酒店房間裏面的設施非常乾淨衞生，一應俱全，晚上的住宿很舒適。 尤其温泉，是鐵輪的一大優勢，一樓和頂樓都有温泉，温泉裏面的設施也超乎預料的齊全，在頂樓温泉能眺望別府的海岸線和俯瞰別府城市。酒店旁邊步行五分鐘就是地獄温泉景點海地獄，酒店旁邊是兩個公交車站。 我和朋友都覺得物超所值。"

"入住這個酒店比較一波三折，但是入住體驗還是非常好的.酒店的海景和房間設計很漂亮.在酒店拍了很多人生照片.由於個人身體體質原因，在酒店泡了半個小時温泉浴後全身過敏了，半夜聯繫前台沒有過敏葯提供，唯一的缺點就是附近商業和葯店都沒有，所以半夜來回走了四公里才買到過敏的葯.酒店為了表達歉意，也幫我延遲了三個小時退房.整體來説酒店服務，設施，以及景色都是非常好的.希望以後還有機會去度假"

"Настолько комфортного жилья ещё поискать надо! Идеальное расположение (для тех, кто останавливается больше, чем на 1 ночь) – близко и комбини, и пляж, и станция, и различные кафешки. Остановка, чтобы доехать до района Каннава с его Адами – буквально в паре минут ходьбы. В пешей доступности городской парк и смотровая башня Global Tower. Башня Беппу – тоже очень близко. На 1 этаже располагается идзакая, но шум оттуда вообще меня не достигал – было совершенно тихо и спокойно. Квартира очень чистая, ОЧЕНЬ просторная и уютная. Есть всё необходимое, в т.ч. бесплатная стирка на 3 этаже в общественной зоне. Терраса на крыше тоже прелестна – можно с большим удовольствием покушать на свежем воздухе с видом на город. Хозяин встретил, всё объяснил и показал. Однозначно лучший выбор, если снова когда-нибудь буду в Беппу – снова выберу это место!"
