The hotel provides free bottles of water, which was a nice touch and very convenient during my stay. Our room was comfortable and well-kept, making it easy to relax after a long day. Parking is available nearby for a reasonable fee, so it was convenient even for those traveling by car. Overall, Amanek Beppu offers comfort, convenience, and good value. We would happily stay here again."

"This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, probably because it’s very new. I was extremely satisfied with all the facilities in my room. The space was great, and having a kitchen and a washing machine was a huge plus. There’s also a rooftop onsen available for guests, which I really enjoyed. I absolutely loved the free welcome drinks at the entrance I honestly wish I could take the machine home! Overall, the stay was very comfortable. If I were to give one suggestion, it would be to improve the privacy of the onsen slightly, as it’s still possible to see inside from the entrance, which may cause some privacy concerns."

"We selected a Japanese style tatami room which was nice a spacious. However, most if the room looks old and very dated. Clock kept making ticking noise that made it hard to sleep but hotel staff was very kind and quick to remove it when we requested. Hotel was very crowded and full of children so the hot spring bath was also very crowded and noisy at times. It was very nice for the hotel to provide free snacks and beverages until late at night. It's a very family hotel and the view is excellent. It's actually in Hiji about 20 mins from Beppu centre. Breakfast is very good. We enjoyed our stay but the rooms can go for a round of uplift to not look dated."

"The beds are clean and comfortable but the toilets and showers are not that clean. The room has a lot of beds, I can’t imagine how crowded it can get when full. Location is good and for the price it’s oka"

"This hotel is very convenient if you are taking bus from Hakata Bus Terminal. It stopped right in front of the hotel. Inside the hotel, it has tourist information counter where tourists can buy bus pass etc. Room and toilet are small and is common in Japan, but they are clean and stay is comfortable.They have 1 indoor and outdoor onsen. Opposite the hotel is a departmental store and is 10 mins walk to Beppu train station. Beppu tower is just a short distance walk from hotel. If you are taking a bus to Yifuin, bus stop 1 is just nearby, opposite direction of hotel. I will recommend this hotel if you are coming to Beppu."

"We had a room facing the ocean and the view was magnificent. The room itself was very spacious and clean. Service was excellent with staff making sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. Location was great as it is walkable from the JR station. There is a bus stop near by so it's easy to visit all the key sights. A shopping centre is also opposite the hotel which is very convenient. I would not hesitate in returning to this hotel and would recommend to friends and family."
