"外觀有水池造景及教堂式的造景水池裡有魚。沒什麼特別的服務，櫃檯的人員也很冷淡沒有很客氣，把事情快速講完趕快把房卡給我們，沒有講得很詳細。櫃檯小姐跟旁邊的床務整理人員都沒有熱情，不適合坐櫃檯。沒有任何活動，早餐也非常不用心，跟外面早餐店配合，選擇卡啦雞腿堡或豬肉三明治，兒童餐是炸的雞塊跟薯條加一個草莓吐司 個人認為非常不營養不用心在準備早餐，重視自助早餐的人要慎入，周圍都是田園算是很放鬆。"

"It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea."

"Centrally and near train station within walking distance, hard bed, breakfast breakfast are poor not suit our appetites."

"周邊很安靜 常常來 寵物友善(自己的寵物還是要乖乖比較，合適) 有車位 有陽台 走路能到全家便利商店 只要來過後 熟悉鄉林道路後 開車到羅東或五結市中心都蠻快的 沒浴缸有點可惜 但是男朋友每次來都睡得很好 直說環境舒服 也不太會碰到外人 所以很自在"

"Located away from the main B&B building so staff require advance notice to check you in (we contacted them via WhatsApp as we did not have a Taiwan SIM). Super close to the night market in Luodong, walking distance from the train station and new bus station. Bathroom is a wet room design and is functional but getting old, and the room requires ventilation to remove moisture from the bathroom, but all very reasonable for the price."

"We like the private onsen in the room. We could do cold or hot plunge according to our liking. The hotel looks great from the exterior, but my room does look a little dated. Love the option of getting extra pillow like latex or memory foam one without extra charge."

"Great accommodation. Very beautiful and a huge bath area which is great for kids. Staff was very friendly and handled our transportation and checked and recommended places to eat as it was typhoon off day when we arrived. Breakfast was packed from other stores, can use uber as well. Can feed fish too, which was fun for the kids."

"Room was spacious and clean, toilet has bidet, very good and lift available for disabled. Free self-service laundry but dryer needs NT$30 for 30 mins which I think it’s fair. Location is good for food at night market. However, it would be quite inconvenient for big bus or van to come into the narrow road…. I will reconsider this place next time."

"The location and the quality of hot spring are very good but the room was not very clean, especially toilet. I requested front desk to clean it again and they did it soon after and gave me a voucher of Touhwa shop for apologies; however, after all the toilet was still not very clean and stinky a bit. BF was also quite local and changed every other day it was not a proper hotel BF but cooked by local people authentically. I liked it, but again, the hygiene in the canting was poor. No one wiped the tables after the first guest left, and next people seated. consequently, the pros crushed cons so it became even to say good or bad to stay."

"Spotted unclean cup in the washroom. I think with some white toothpaste. The towel side is “peeling” off Okay I didn’t inform hotel on the spot. I just don’t use it and lazy to complain But good that all the water is from spring water. Which I like it. The cleaner was very polite and I think better than the front desk. Haha"
