"It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea."

"10min walk from one of the best night markets in Taiwan  Good amount of stores around the hotel Personal hot tub was relaxing with unbeatable views Pool was great.  Only exception was during the day it was unusable when sunny which defeats the purpose of a pool but we used it on the cloudy days.  Rooms were big and clean.  Staff was friendly and kind to children  Only thing is to stay away from dinner buffet. That wasn’t a good experience but the free breakfast was standard.    I hope the teppanyaki and other places were better than the dinner buffet"

"Nice hotel with private hot spring option. Little distant from Yilan but a good choice to enjoy hot springs as well spend a day or two in Yilan. Good options are limited at the hotel but 7-11 / family mart are close to the hotel."

"It’s literally the middle of nowhere, but the hotel is clean and room spacious. The staff were polite , and although the dining area was quiet when we went, the food was actually very good. The Peking duck was yummy and the view on the roof top bar was quite nice at sunsetting. They have a little oaky area for kids B1 floor which was nice ."

"Though the location is a bit inconvenient and there's no convenient shop nearby, it really served as a getaway from the city. The room is a bit small, especially the toilet, but the view is marvellous. As for the buffet, it's decent but not much changes for the 3d2n stay. There's diy workshop and evening performances to keep you accompanied for the day. In addition, the open-air hot spring bath is a must to go."

"Great stay. Just something to think about before booking: there’s 2 different buildings - 1 main building with most of the facilities (playground, breakfast, outdoor swimming pool, etc) and one building across the street called Mu Jiaoxi Reserve which has the onsen. We booked ourselves into the Reserve without knowing which worked just fine for us but others might find it not that convenient."

"We loved this hostel. It’s brand new and pretty stylish. One of its top features is their staff member whose English name is Henry. What an amazingly hospitable host with super English to boot. It was really lovely to meet him. He also treated us to some of his amazing homemade hot ginger drink - perfect for a winter evening. He also brought us cake and sparkling grape juice! He is interesting to chat to and gave us lots of tips. He played films each evening and loaned us bikes which we used to explore Jiaoxi and Toucheng and visit a hot spring. This guy understands what good hospitality is! The hostel is surrounded by rice paddies on the edge of town. Though this may not suit everyone, it was just what we were looking for."

"The room is just ok not really big we stayed 2 nights and spent lot time on the pool It was great and we love it But the food is not so good, no worth to spend money with it especially dinner set is not good at all"

"Extremely beautiful and relaxing. We loved the facilities and had so much fun in the pool. Also, the food provided in the bar and during breakfast period is certainly extraordinary. We had a wonderful time there enjoying ourselves."
