Great hotel and it’s a little pricey but definitely worth it. My kids had a blast and they have wonderful memories with all the facilities that were available to them. Also tried their famous roast duck in the in house restaurant and it was delicious. Will recommend to families looking for great memories.

My husband and I stayed at this resort for one night and we greatly appreciated Ishi Chen, Nancy Wu and Peggy Wu’s help. We are an old couple with medical issues and the room we received upon check-in was starting to cause my allergies to flare up. Upon speaking to Nancy and Peggy, they listened to my concerns and reported to Ishi, who helped us change our room. As my allergies can cause severe issues to my body, we were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the rest of our trip in Taiwan. But with the help of them, I didn’t experience an allergic reaction and was able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Ishi, Nancy and Peggy were extremely professional, responsible and kind, so that we could create such precious memories on our trip. Thank you so much.

令我印象深刻的是早餐，沒有加工精緻的食物，有的是最原始最原型食物，烤地瓜烤南瓜，南瓜濃湯，胡蘿蔔吻仔魚粥，蔥油餅烤雞肉，水煮蛋，多達四樣的水果，外加奶茶柳橙汁及咖啡系列。 不論建築，庭園規劃，房間佈置及餐廳擺設，映入眼簾皆為歐式風格，環境也收拾得很乾淨，兩天一夜都看的到服務人員整理花園及設施。 也是我第一次帶家裡貓咪外宿，感覺很好.

we stay in this place for 3 nights. The scenery is beautiful, quiet and their room is very spacious. My kids run ups and downs from ground level to our room. The breakfast is simple, with bread spread and they cook us their home grown vegetables. On the last night before we left, we bought back cake to celebrate Father’s Day with using their dining place to celebrate.

Good location with 24 hours snack bar provided. Love the hot spring bath!

It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.

服務人員態度親切，笑容可掬。方便前往五結鬧區，坐在陽台看田間景色，或是在旁邊河川堤岸漫步，可靜可動，非常享受。 傍晚在泳池畔坐坐，晚上在酒吧區聽音樂，在一整天的旅程勞頓後，這真是住宿的好選擇。 輕輕鬆鬆享用早餐，再前往各處走走，連住兩晚，極力推薦給到宜蘭旅行的人。

The dinner provided is excellent but too much in terms of quantity. Every night , we were served more than 10 dishes each night . Although the dishes are delicious, its way too much

Out of the 5 hotels we stayed over 2 weeks in Taiwan, this is our top favourite! The room we stayed for 4 nights was a duplex with 4 single beds perfect for our family with kids. The room was spacious and clean! The hotel is a big estate with their restaurant overlooking a beautiful big pond. The hotel has its own farm within the estate for visitation; it is very clean with lots of healthy looking animals that we got to interact with. The hotel also has plenty of bicycles where we borrowed to explore the village outside.
