Park Yeri Olan Chester Otelleri

Stunning location, ideal for walks, not so much for city centre. Everyone was friendly, service for dinner was a tad slow. Rooms didn't get massively warm.

Stayed here recently for 5 days. Fantastic experience here. Staff are unbelievably helpful. Didn’t get all the names of staff but Dave in particular was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure a couple of parking issues were sorted immediately. The car parking situation is the only real issue I would have with the hotel as it is a small car park and spaces are on a first come basis but this would definitely not deter me from returning. Rooms are excellent, spotless clean.Easy 10 minute walk into town and nice walkways along the canal which runs alongside the hotel. If you don’t want a noisy awakening around 6.30am from the gym music below stay away from the first floor rooms, although this didn’t bother us at all as we were happy to be up early

還不錯，免費停車！

Good staying for a night, wouldn't recommend for more than that or if you are planning to stay in the room longer than just sleeping

The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The local is not too far from city centre. We walked to the city centre less than5mins, walk to city wall from the hotel about 15mins but if you walk faster it takes 7-8mins. The breakfast is great.

The location of this hotel is great, very close to Chester and all the attractions around. In terms of the room, our room was very spacious and the bed was very big. However it was two singles joined together, so a gap between the two. This is probably where the good bits end. The size of the room and bathroom really was a positive though, especially travelling with a baby. We had to pay £5 to hire a travel cot and in the end we didn’t use it. The cot mattress appears to have never been replace and was very thin and lumpy, making it redundant. The wooden slates at the bottom of the crib could be felt very dominantly through what was left of the mattress, meaning our baby was waking up uncomfortable and we had to transfer him to the bed. In terms of things that could do with improvement: Cleanliness The room floor was very dirty and could have benefited from an additional vacuum. Initially I put this down to arriving on New Year’s Day and then having a lot of people check out that day, but the whole hotel appeared a little bit grubby on closer inspection. The spa pool was exceptionally dirty. The floor coming out of the changing room covered in hair and general dirt. The showers looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in months, with yellow build up all over the floor and walls. Not what you expect from a spa! To top it off after swimming I have contracted the Norovirus. Service Our first encounter with the reception staff was great the lady very welcoming and friendly. We met the cleaner as well who was also lovely. The rest of the staff we encountered were not so great. Either rude or disinterested, I get that it might not be your dream job but service with a smile goes a long way. Facilities The hot water takes a while to come through at busier times, this is signposted in the room. However, the water does not get very water at all. It does come through at a pleasant temperature, but not great if you like a bath or shower on the warmer side. There are three times a day when you can go swimming with children. It would be great if these times were restricted to children/families only, as there were quite a few adults sitting around the poolside and in the hot tub. Breakfast was ok, but a lot of the time left uncovered. Overall not a great stay and would be unlikely to stay again.

Stayed here last night, everything was perfect. Our room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for one night. The hotel is close to the city so just an uber ride away. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we opted for the breakfast the next day which was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

As a big fan of Premier Inns I felt this one wasn't up to their usual standard. Beds always very comfortable but the bedding wasnt adequate, slightly ill-fitting. Also the room was cold and the air con set to high did not work. The TV also did not work in our room, aerial connection was cited aa the reason on-screen. On a lesser and more personal note, i like the scrambled eggs option in the morning but only fried eggs were offered at breakfast.

Lovely breakfast, delicious and beautifully served Lovely breakfast, delicious and beautifully served Loved the breakfast, delicious and beautifully served

On the whole a pleasant experience.  From a cleanliness perspective it was fairly good but there were quite a few spiders webs in ceiling corners and under radiators which had likely been there for some time.  Breakfast was fine however when some of our party arrived 10 minutes before the end of serving there were no glasses for juice and no bowls for fruit/cereal to use. Appreciate its close to the end of the time frame but breakfast was still open. Also if you like coffee, then I’d avoid the coffee served at breakfast.
