"My stay was pleasant overall. Although there was no air conditioner, opening the windows allowed fresh air in, and the natural breeze worked wonders. The hotel’s location was strategic, making it convenient to get around, and the property itself was relatively new.
However, one downside was that the lift was not functioning, which could be inconvenient for some guests. That said, the staff was very accommodating and helpful, which made the experience better.
Overall, a good stay with a nice balance of comfort and nature!"

Aard920Located in tanah rata, close to the nightmarket, but on the higher side. Move along the road and you'll see the mansion above. The wind was strong and you could feel the cold breeze here. This hotel has lavender theme, whereas you'll be greeted with lavender smell all around the property. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and cleanliness was good. Love the lavender soap that given to the guest. Breakfast was simple but enough to fill your tummy. Recommended to stay here.

Service: Firstly, the owner or management gave wrong location. Secondly, the key was located on P1 post box but lift at P2. Thirdly, at Lift B got 1 lift only, need to wait for very long to go to Homestay.
Cleanliness: No complaint on it.
Facilities: All good as the management prepared food amenities with fridge, cooker and electric stove. Other than that bed and room amenities perfect but the Entertainment system sucks, the TV useless for Indians as only got 1 channel to access other than that the TV and Room Fan remotes malfunctions. The balcony table is not there as on example.
Anyway, i loved the location with surrounding entertaining areas and view from the balcony and window.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe rented the Poeny room, which comes with a King bed and a Queen bed. No bedrooms, beds and living hall and kitchen are all-in-one, basically it is a studio for 4 to 5 people to stay. Cleanliness is good and the leather sofa is comfortable and looks good condition. TV set comes with Astro facilities, kitchen has boiler, microwave and also dryer is provided. Mattress quality is reasonable firm and comfortable. No bottled water providered and no shampoo was provided but with just basic rounded solid soap. I hope the owner could improve by providing shampoo and better quality liquid bath gel / soup plus bottled water to improve the stay experience.

The bathroom looks so scary. Should improve. Old furniture for bed n sofa. No water filter/provide mineral water in room. Very dissapointed.Mind u the plug point only 2. Excluding 2 for tv n astro. No plug point at bed side . Super inconvenient to charge yr phone. Should add more plug point/provide extension.
I was so shock to learn no fan at all upon checkin the room . Had to request standing fan since no ac in room . But they accomodate very well n fast. Although hv window, but u still need the air circulation. Feels very stuffed if no air flow. The window lock should be changed. Anytime can be broken.

AAnonim KullanıcıFor those who are very sensitive to noise, this place is not for you. Since its located in the mall, you can hear all the songs playing from the Centrum mall. No fridge in the room, but slippers are provided. Room is clean with sufficient plug port. January is cold enough that you won't even need to use the fan. They provided a la carte breakfast. However, they need to improve the nasi lemak. Better to use generic tea flavor instead of something like earl grey tea. Not everyone can appreciate the flavour. Location wise is fabulous.

TTimentoDiverWe recently spent 3 days and 2 nights at the 3-room apartment in Nova Highlands Hotel, located in the heart of Cameron Highlands. The apartment is spacious and well-suited for families or small groups, offering three separate bedrooms, a living area, and basic kitchen amenities. Its location is convenient, directly above a shopping arcade with eateries, a convenience store, and tourist attractions like the butterfly garden nearby.
Overall, our stay was comfortable, though there are areas for improvement. Cleanliness was average, and some furnishings showed signs of wear. The unit could benefit from better maintenance, particularly in the bathrooms. Noise from the surrounding area can also be heard in the evenings. However, the view from the balcony and the cool mountain air made up for it. It’s a decent, no-frills option for travelers looking for space and accessibility without expecting luxury.

PPEICHANI booked Misty Forest- 2 room suite and was told the room i booked is under renovation and we were arranged to stay in the room which is Vintage Theme. It was a very nice stay for us. I would like to recommend to the family travellers to stay here. The person in charge is really helpful, give us a very detail travel information including the tourist spots and place to eat. This homestay is in the apartment just right in front of the Pasar Malam (Only a few stalls opened when we come) and there are 99 Speedmart , My News Convenience Store and 7-11 Convenience Store at the ground floor of the apartment. The apartment we stay has the steamboat instrument, microwave oven, fridge, 2 kettles. Therefore, we have a great stay here.
