"Mình đến Huế nhiều lần nhưng thường ở phía Nam, lần này thử ở phía Đại Nội. Với mức giá này phòng phía bên kia sông có nhiều lựa chọn tốt hơn.
Phòng nhỏ, giường kê sát gần như không có không gian nào khác. Nhà cũng không có thang máy. Bạn nào đi lại có nhiều đồ sẽ không phù hợp vì phần diện tích thừa để vừa một cái vali nhỏ. Nhà tắm dùng chung bên ngoài, sạch sẽ.
Chị chủ nhà thân thiện, nhiệt tình.
Gần Đại Nội, đi ra bờ sông Hương khá gần. Tuy nhiên buổi tối rất vắng, bạn thích vui chơi thì không phù hợp lắm."

"This has been our favourite place to stay in Vietnam. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. They have 2 restaurants, one for western food and one for Vietnamese cuisine. We ate all our meals in the Vietnamese restaurant & the food was the best we have had. The building is 107 years and was refurbished 8 years ago. It is pristine. I could not recommend any hotel more highly than this. Absolutely beautiful."

"Good and proper 4 star hotel. Very kind and competent staff, especially Mr.Nguyen who helped us with our further bookings. The location is nice, not loud, there are a few restaurants and coffee shops around it. The breakfast is decent and you can see the whole city from the top(restaurant) floor. The pool is not very big, but it has depth and is a good place to chill and relax when not exploring around.

"We booked the street view room but we were given a room at the lowest floor with view of wall of other buildings. The front desk manager kept on saying the hotel is fully booked with no other rooms available. But our friends booked through hotel directly were given a room at higher floor with nice view. Very disappointed of booking through Trip.com."

"ここは本当にとても良い宿泊施設です。
部屋は隅々まで綺麗で明るいし、ドライヤー、タオル、水、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープもありました。
シャワーは最初お湯が出ていましたが最後の方はぬるくなってしまいましたが、それはここに限らず他の宿泊施設もそうだったので、ベトナムではそんな感じなのかもしれません。
オーナーさんは凄く親切で優しくて、まるでお母さんのように気にかけてくれました。
雨の日にバイクを乗る時にカッパを貸してくれたり、靴が濡れたと言うと外用サンダルも貸してくれました。
彼女は英語を話せませんがgoogle 翻訳で難なく会話ができました。
立地は列車の駅から近く、王宮や市場もGrabのバイクですぐに行けました。
私は使いませんでしたが、バイクも貸してくれるようです。
田んぼが近くにあるので、雨季でなければ散歩ができると思います。夜はカエルと思われる声が聞け、穏やかに過ごせました。

The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities).
The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink!
The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally).
During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know!
The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked.
On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”.
We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave.
The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive.
When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

The breakfast provides some of the local delicacies. Yum! Fresh fruit everyday in the room. The location is right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to the imperial city. Though it's rated 3 star hotel, but the service is 5 star. The most importantly, the staffs always checked if everything is ok in the hotel! Feel like they do care from the bottom of their heart! 💕
I'll definitely come back here again.

DDaBrownBanditThe Kourai Spa was great. As a guest you got some discount vouchers on certain treatments. I did a few such a: full body massage, mud bath, foot rub, and head massage. Great Quality.
However, communication with the general staff is a challenge. As an ESL Professor, I noticed that the staff seems to rely on ”autopilot” or scripted English. They can understand words specific to their own department to a degree but if you ask a question that is slightly off-topic they are often completely lost. I didn't need Google Translate, but I had to speak very slowly and repeat myself constantly to get basic points across.
Even with that they were very patient, accommodating and flexible to my requests.
I would definitely go again to the Spa. The breakfast buffet was divine. Grab even had discounts because the hotel is about 15-20 mins from the city center

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel itself built along the lake, and walked from one end to the other end, was about 3 km, a good enough healthy walk especially after the meal. The hotel also provided bicycles and we can order buggy instead of walking.
We booked the water villa, quite an experience to live above the water. Room is big, 130 sq meter, facilities are good, although some minor improvements could make the stay even better. For example, the bath room could have more lighting, and install towel hanging places with no plants underneath.
Staff are very friendly and with warm smiles. The two swimming pools all have wonderful view. Spa is excellent.
This hotel is good for relaxation and rest. Travelling to scenery locations are a bit far away. Driving to the Danang airport takes about 80 minutes.

AAnonymous Guest UserVery good and budget-friendly hotel near Hue Palace. The front desk lady in Ao Dai is courteous and very professional in handling guests. The room is clean and bed quality is nice. I had very good sleep in the quiet environment. Breakfast is excellent with several Hue local dishes available as buffet. The only problem is the alignment of bathroom things. The towels are placed too near from the shower and it becomes easily wet if I take shower. And shampoo and shower gel bottles are far away beyond toilet and I first didn't even understand they were shampoo bottles, and I had to bring those bottles to the shower room for taking bath. They should swap the places of towels and shampoo bottles. Other amenities are no problem.

From the arrival to the hotel and departure, we are welcomed by their friendly manager (forgot her name😭) and Mi (our butler) even gave us a surprised cake for our anniversary! The breakfast is awesome too! Everything is awesome ! Definitely recommended to anyone from family to couple to stay here!

JJFOExtremely central location, diagonally opposite Chu Van An, the hub of downtown Hué with all the restaurants, shops and pubs. Hotel is dated but clean and everything still functions. You need to go for a riverside room which has a good view and less noise at night. In the city facing rooms you will enjoy thumping music until 2am.
Walls are slightly thin so noisy neighbors will bother you.
Very delicious and many choices for breakfast.

AArnau CasadevallWe stayed just one night in Hue. The hotel was fantastic, with a really nice swimming pool. Very clean and tidy rooms and excellent breakfast. I really recommend the hotel. Also they have nice restaurant just next to the hotel if you are looking for good Vietnamese food.
Extra point: I forgot some stuff in the hotel and they managed to send it to me from Hue to Da Nang in less than 24h. This is not related to the hotel accommodations, but I really appreciate what they did.

OOne n OnlyThe manager is very nice, change room for me to nicer room when complain about toilet smell.
I did not realise the air cond not working properly after I came back in evening and basically the controller can not turn on off or control the air conditioner at all, in top the air cond only blows air at 1 speed abdc1 temperature not cool enough, end up sleeping not much at all while night because of very hot in the room with air cond not working properly.
Not trying to tell people how to manage hotel business, but as manager they should check the conditions of rooms, which are good or bad, cabinets doors, corridor carpet need to be replaced etc, if they want to attract more customers, and regularly inspect the rooms, don't wait till customers complain then try to fix problems. apart from all these hotel manager is an absolute nice person. Feel not easy to leave this hotel because she is so nice, but I need to have cool room to sleep well.
Motorbike rental is very nice from this hotel, she offer half day rate because I arrived at 2 pm.
You can do better, try harder, proactively doing things. Room has 2 nice windows and a nice balcony garden. Location of hotel is right in the centre of night eating place and walking streets.
