"Yakın zamanda KK Sapa Hotel'de kaldım ve vardığım andan itibaren çok etkilendim. Personel beni sıcak bir şekilde karşıladı ve ihtiyacım olan her konuda yardımcı olmaya her zaman hazırdı. Oda geniş, temiz ve nefes kesici dağ ve Mường Hoa Vadisi manzaralarına sahipti; balkondan manzaranın tadını çıkararak bütün günümü geçirebilirdim. Yüksek katta bir oda istemiştim ama ne yazık ki 3. katta bir oda verdiler. Kapalı yüzme havuzu, fitness merkezi ve dinlenmek ve güzel fotoğraflar çekmek için mükemmel bir çatı katı salonu gibi olanaklar mükemmeldi. Kahvaltı hem Batı hem de Asya seçenekleriyle çeşitliydi ve lezzeti mükemmeldi. Şehir merkezine yakın ama yine de huzurlu olan konumu, dinlendirici bir kaçamak için ideal olmasını sağlıyordu. Bu konaklama gerçekten unutulmazdı ve Sapa'ya tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle KK Sapa Hotel'i tekrar tercih edeceğim."

"Allow early check-in when room is ready. Room is clean, quiet, big with good layout, very big bed, beautifully quality furnished like a boutique hotel & very well maintained; has a dressing table with mirror, 1 pc 2-way light switch behind bed pillow, love the safe box, big umbrella but no bathrobe, has very good balcony valley-view at a level higher than KK Hotel but Mt Fansipan cannot seen except from the roof top, get live CNA on smart TV's YouTube, good wifi, ample power points, good water pressure with very hot shower-water but do not fully on this rain shower as its water will off-shoot to ceiling & bounce on to wash basin, air-heater is not big enough for this big room. Very welcoming & warm staffs, received a welcome back fruit platter, buffet breakfast is 6:30 to 9am, Daisy is very friendly, & hotel's own travel officer Duyen has vast knowledge on Sapa with good contacts and is honest & always helpful. Has good housekeeping too. Hotel has many restaurants very close by and is also close to Sun Plaza. Thanks to the management & Duyen for my very pleasant stay."

More safer and calmer — the staff are really friendly and helpful— just had a hard time on understanding each other but they are really patience with their guest and trying to communicate better.
Better to always communicate on the hotel chat service they can clear everything for you and make sure you will have a smooth and pleasant stay.
They booked everything for us for a round trip sleeper bus
Without anycharges at all — if you need something just make sure to ask them better on the hotel support and they’ll make sure to help you without hesitation

"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sapa Square. We booked two Superior rooms but there was a commotion when we arrived (not the hotel’s fault) and they were not able to assist us right away. To make up for that very little invonvenience, they upgraded one of our rooms to junior suite which was really nice of them.
The rooms we stayed in were clean, with intercom, complete toiletries, fresh linen, with slippers and bathrobes, the beds were firm, the, pillows were soft and comfortable.There were also complimentary bottled water and coffee, and there were mini bar, coffee maker and electric kettle. The rooms came with free buffet breakfast for two. We stayed at room 320 (junior suite) and room 301 (superior room)
The hotel is centrally located and sits right across the Sun Plaza where the station to Fansipan is located. It is very convenient and everythig is accessible, from souvenirs to food stalls to bars and restaurant.
I highly recommend this hotel."

"If you're looking for somewhere quiet and less hectic, this hotel is an excellent choice, as it's situated 2-3 km away from the center of Sapa. However, this also means it's not the most convenient location if you want easy access to restaurants, pubs, or night tours, as there are virtually no commercial establishments nearby.
Overall, the receptionists were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the mountains. My only minor complaint was a clock in the room that went off at midnight for no apparent reason.
I particularly enjoyed the breakfast—the waffle with honey was delicious, and the beef pho was especially good."

"We had a wonderful stay at Pao’s Sapa. The hotel has excellent facilities, and the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although our booking did not include free breakfast, we decided to purchase it separately, and it was definitely the best decision. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of choices.
The hotel also offers great amenities such as a gym and a swimming pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight is its convenient location, as it is very close to Moana Cafe, making it easy to visit one of Sapa’s popular spots.
Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable experience and would highly recommend Pao’s Sapa to anyone visiting the area."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful (especially Dua Lipa, she’s an absolute gem). Check-in and check-out were smooth. We had to change room as we booked different type of rooms for day 1 and day 2. The tranfer was smooth as we were out the whole day and the bags were moved to our new room. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast spread was good too with fresh fruits and fresh breads. Location was perfect - right smack in the center, close to the train station to Fansipan as well as meeting point for our tours. Easy to catch a taxi, near eateries. Excellent hotel to stay while in Sa Pa."

"Nice and comfy room. Though traveling with a friend but we stayed in family room. It's spacious and its design was practical. The sink is outside the bathroom so one can use it when other persons is showering. The view at restaurant is stunning. Recommend to wake up in early morning and find some window seats at breakfast room. In addition, the service is excellent since the greeting message after complete booking. The staffs are very helpful and polite. They can find the car taking us from Noi Bai airport and also help contacting drivers during our stay."

"For my last night in SAPA I was excited to stay here and be surrounded by nature. It was truly a beautiful place with a comfortable bed, a spacious room and a stunning view. It is easy to get a grab taxi to pick you up and take you into town which is about 10 minutes away. There are snacks and drinks upstairs, games, a pool table, etc. The bathtub was great and the hot water does go off at some point but it fills up the tub enough for a happy soak which is good, so you aren't wasting water. Just remember to be prepared for all the stairs up and down from your bungalow to the reception, especially in terms of general needs or carrying your luggage. It is worth the stay if you don't mind this and I am quite happy with the stay. I did not eat anything as I had an early morning bus to Hanoi so I can't comment on that."

What to say about that hotel, except the staff was really friendly and kind👍 we arrived around 6:30AM-7AM with a night bus, hoping that we could leave our luggage there, we rung the bell, and felt so sorry to awake him this early, but he still was super nice, telling us it was okay, and come back at 1PM for the check in. We were as sleepy as him, but did a little visit of the city waiting for the right hour. But without our luggage, which was great.
The room was more than okay, with a lake view, that we couldn't see properly as we came during foggy days😅.
In the rooms you'll have water, coffee and tea for free, and then some snacks and other drinks, that you'll have to pay if you use them, but the price was quite fine.
It's in the upper of the lake, but you have stairs that go straight to it, so it's really near 👍

MMisafir KullanıcıFrom the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations from luxurious rooms, elegant décor, plush bedding, and calming tones made for a perfect retreat. The room was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was speechless. Well-equipped wellness amenities, a serene spa with hot and cold jacuzzi, a huge steam room, sauna and a refreshing heated swimming pool over looking the mountains.
What truly set this stay apart was the hotel’s client ambassador Ms Alissa, a genuinely attentive professional who acted like a personal concierge throughout my stay who provides proactive updates on local tourist conditions and attend to my needs be it arranging for high tea and booking of spa services. Each day, I received timely briefings on weather patterns and conditions at nearby tourist spots. This insightful information helped me plan my outings with confidence. Last but not least, the GM, Steven Tan was so warm, ensuring the guest are comfortable during breakfast time. He is from Singapore by the way and had been running the resort for 8 years. Great job Steven!!
My overall experience (Excellent)
The hotel’s ambiance was welcoming and polished striking the ideal balance between luxury and comfort. The facilities made it easy to unwind, stay active, and explore the tourist place with confidence. The client ambassador’s attentive, almost personal-concierge approach elevated the stay from excellent to unforgettable. I left with wonderful memories and a strong sense of having experienced truly thoughtful hospitality and will surely come back again later this year to explore places that I have did not visit.

MMisafir KullanıcıLady hill is an excellent resort with every request catered for. Rooms are fantastic and view is certainly mesmerising. I unfortunately had an injury in Sapa, however the resort really looked after our needs throughly. Breakfast spread is delightful especially with the sunrise so be sure to arrive early to catch a view. I am truly grateful to Joseph the resteraunt manager, all reception staff and nurse for giving us a caring and amazing stay over Christmas.

Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster.
Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it.
The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below.

Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed.
Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck.
The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead.
Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound.
Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

The service of restaurant is very good and the manager is meticulous. Surprisingly a simple dish fried rice also taste very good but the fish was bit undercooked.
Infinity pool is cool pity that the weather was too cold, couldn't enjoy the infinity pool.
Massage skill is not very good, miscommunication between the reception and spa caused me wasting time (first time the receptionist told me ok to go at a timing but in fact fully booked, wasted my trip down and waited for 15 mins while nobody was around at the reception of spa; second time the masseur was late for almost 25 minutes)
The masseur was having cough but did not wear mask.

GGuanz90We stayed 3 nights in the Grand Room with Mountain View during the winter season. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There is hot water available 24/7 to warm our souls in the cold weather. The huge bath tub was also a bonus. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush/paste and bedroom slippers are also provided.
The location of the hotel is superb. Sun Plaza is probably 7 to 8 mins walk away from the hotel (with some slope going up) but it is very manageable. There are many outdoor gear shops, good restaurants and massage parlours around the area and within walking distance (some as close as 1 to 2 mins of walking).
Breakfast is served in typical buffet style and included some local dishes. Nothing very fancy but definitely good enough to fill your stomachs. The infinity pool is just right beside the restaurant and offers a very good view of the mountains.
The hotel staff are all very friendly and the front desk speaks perfect english. They are always ready to serve your needs and you can arrange tours/spas with them.
Overall, this hotel is definitely worth every penny spent and we would definitely recommend it!

YYeh YI would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise.
From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful.
The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations.
On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable.
We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

DDeeeeengdongIt’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult.
However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^
I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three.
I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.

RRaurenAll I can say is that this hotel is one of the best! It’s very affordable, but they still offer a great breakfast buffet with both Vietnamese and American options. You can even choose how you want your scrambled eggs cooked, which is a nice touch.✨
The staff are very friendly, and they clean your room every day, change the towels, and refill the tissues. The standard room doesn’t have air conditioning has electric fan, but honestly, Sa Pa is very cold, so you don’t really need it, maybe just air conditioning heater. The bed already has a heater, which keeps you warm and comfortable but still cold asf hahaha but again Sapa if very cold tbh!!!
This hotel definitely deserves great feedback. I’m from the Philippines, and I really enjoyed staying here. You can even see the train from the hotel, and they also have pools. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to Vietrekking Coffee Shop and you can walk going to Sun Plaza too!😍
