Замечательное расположение для тех кто устал от суеты и хочет быть ближе к природе. Великолепные виды на горы и долину. Минус могу поставить за то, что не работал интернет в номере, пришлось подключаться к соседнему бунгало. Очень приятный и доброжелательный персонал (отдельное спасибо Вангу, пару раз он нас очень выручил). Завтраки скромные, но вкусные, так же можно хорошо поужинать. В целом осталось очень приятное впечатление.

The hotel staff are nice and helpful. The location is central, but unfortunately, there are two bars/night clubs just opposite the hotel, which will blast loud music until 2am. I first stayed on the top floor in a room with a balcony, and it was simply impossible to sleep, it was really like trying to sleep in the middle of a night club. They moved me to a different floor, and it was a little better, but you could still hear the party - just below your balcony. I booked a tour and a bus ticket with the hotel, which was nice, and the price was OK. (This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the tour was terrible, it was raining heavily all day long, we could not see anything at all, and the difficult climbing in rubber boots resulted in very bad bruises to my toes - extremely painful, and heals for months and months.)

Отель очень понравился. Расположение отеля хорошее. Номер был с видом на горы. В номере мебель хорошая, удобные большие кровати, большое тёплое одеяло, для января это хорошо. Кондиционер на обогрев включали, когда было холодно. Завтраки по меню, выбираешь по желанию 2 блюда и напиток. Очень сытный завтрак получался. Мой выбор был жаренный рис с мясом и свежим огурцом, второе блюдо два жаренных яйца, 2 тоста, сыр, масло с джемом и напиток кофе, очень вкусный. Рекомендую выбрать этот отель.

Excellent hotel to stay at, the room was spacious with a balcony and street views. Inside the room there is heating, hot water, and good internet. They also offer breakfast and same-day laundry service, all at an affordable price. We booked a tour offered by the hotel and it was fantastic! We will definitely be back.

Mình vừa có chuyến nghỉ dưỡng tuyệt vời tại Signature by D Home – Sa Pa Homestay nằm ở vị trí yên tĩnh, thoáng đãng và cực kỳ gần gũi với thiên nhiên. Từ ban công có thể nhìn ra thung lũng hoặc núi đồi – một trải nghiệm cực chill, đặc biệt là vào buổi sáng sớm hoặc hoàng hôn. Tuy không nằm n*** trung tâm thị trấn Sa Pa, nhưng di chuyển vẫn khá thuận tiện. Homestay được bài trí rất đẹp mắt, theo phong cách hiện đại pha chút mộc mạc, gần gũi. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, có đầy đủ tiện nghi từ máy sưởi, nước nóng đến chăn ấm nệm êm. Đặc biệt là góc ban công hay phòng có view cực “ăn ảnh”, chụp hình sống ảo siêu đẹp. Nhân viên rất dễ thương, nhiệt tình và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần. Từ hướng dẫn đường đi, gợi ý ăn uống, đến đặt tour hoặc phương tiện di chuyển – đều được hỗ trợ tận tình. So với chất lượng phòng, view đẹp và sự phục vụ chu đáo thì mức giá là hoàn toàn hợp lý. Rất xứng đáng cho một kỳ nghỉ dưỡng yên bình ở Sa Pa. Nếu bạn đang tìm một nơi lưu trú vừa đẹp, vừa yên tĩnh lại gần gũi với thiên nhiên ở Sa Pa, thì Signature by D Home là một lựa chọn lý tưởng. Mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại vào dịp sau!

Hey guys! Just wanted to say that my friends and I had a really enjoyable time staying in Sa Pa. We were very happy to stay at D Home Sapa 3—everything was great! Even though there was a small miscommunication about the motorbike rental, the staff were very professional and helpful throughout. From the moment we arrived, the place smelled nice, felt super comfortable, and had a beautiful aesthetic. Its a family run hotel facing the sapa lake. Check in was fast and easy. We booked a ”Superior Triple Room” with lake view and we got the room on 4th floor facing the beautiful lakeview.

I recently stayed at D HOME SAPA and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel welcome the moment we arrived.Our room was spotless, well-decorated, and very comfortable, with a great view and all the amenities we needed.

Достаточно средне. Было написано, что номер на 5 этаже, в итоге он был на 2. На мой вопрос почему не на 5, мне ответили «вам будет трудно подниматься» 🥲 Номер просторный, вид красивый даже с 2 этажа Душ 5/10 Спальное место довольно твердое, но есть обогреватель под простыней, приятно Остановились на одну ночь, в целом, за такие деньги нормально

I highly recommend this hotel! The room was surprisingly spacious and very affordable. Since Sapa can get quite cold, I really appreciated that the room came with both a heater and an electric mat (heated blanket), making the stay very cozy. The owner is incredibly kind and friendly, always making sure guests are comfortable. They offer a complimentary breakfast, and unlike some other hotels where you have to buy extra water, they provide free bottled water here. The location is also perfect—very central and convenient. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sapa. 100% recommended!
