Really enjoyed my stay here! All the the front desk staff I met there, were very friendly and helpful (eg, 002 …), which made a great first impression. The room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices. I’ll happily stay again!

the location is great. very peaceful, surronded by nature. The room was clean with all the basic necessities. It was the first time time to experience the RV, quite good. Unfortunately the bed was a bit hard. I enjoyed the breakfast！overall great

Great hotel. Lift a bit slow as many people staying. Gym is not linked to the hotel. Close at 10 pm. Nearby plenty of food. Services is excellent. Very comfortable hotel.

It’s a very great place. Exquisite quiet and very clean. They offer complementary coffee which is very fresh.

Service is prompt and excellent. We are a group of family with 3 kids. Kids dirtied their clothes all the time. The lady boss helped to wash and dry all the clothes and pass back to us. That was beyond the service I expected. I really appreciate it. ❤️❤️

Location is good, next to a mall. Free laundry service too and use robot to deliver stuff to the room. The only thing dissatisfied is the wifi. It seems China wifi is only used for local ppl and not for foreigners. They told me to switch off the DNS but it doesn't work at all. Even Guangzhou airport wifi also for local ppl only - key in their local number to connect ? Even got airport staff to help me, same cannot connect at all. Why it's that so ? wifi suppose to be the basic facilities that hotel should provide to their guests. I just don't understand why so difficult to connect wifi in China. I finished my 7 days data roaming services with fee. Without wifi, it is really inconvenience for us. My sister & cousin sister said so, wifi is no way to connect in Shunde/China. Staff with 101 code is good & helpful. She helps us check the rate for transportation from hotel to nearby Bus station which direct to Guangzhou Airport. She also offer us to have a green bean pudding :) Overall stay at this modern interior hotel is good. Will come back again if travel to Shunde. Thank you.

Hotel Review: I recently stayed at Z max le chong and was quite disappointed with the breakfast experience. 1. Insufficient Tables & Crowded Environment – The breakfast area was overcrowded, and there were not enough tables to accommodate guests. We had to wait quite a while before finding a seat. 2. Unclean Plates & Utensils – The plates provided were still wet when I picked them up, making them feel unhygienic. It gave the impression that they were not properly dried or cleaned. 3. Slow Table Cleaning Service – Even after guests left, tables were not cleaned promptly. We had to wait for a staff member to clear and wipe down a table before we could sit. 4. Dirty Floors – The dining area floor was visibly dirty, with food crumbs and spills left uncleared. It didn’t feel like it was being cleaned regularly. Overall, the breakfast experience was disappointing due to poor hygiene and lack of organization. I hope the management takes steps to improve cleanliness and service efficiency.

Excellent service and friendly by the hotel staff. Walking distance to Metro station.

Stayed here in Dec 2024 Wonderful experience I would like to thank the front office staff for accepting the parcel on my behalf ordered from a local e commerce app Could not wait as I have checked out on Fri 10 Jan 2025 The parcel arrived I think around 17:30 hours as I received a call from a male front office staff He is kind enough to store it till I check in again probably in March 2025 after the month long ***** New Year celebrations. Thank you once again

Hotel is in a good and convenient location, nearby to the train station, tourist attractions and food. However the drawback is it is quite old and has no lift access. The frontdesk staff was  most friendly and helpful. She even went out of her way to show us the train station and how to purchase the train tickets to our next destination.
