"The location of the Hotel pretty close to the Market and have a plenty of Indian and Arabic restaurants, But there is no convenience store or coffee shops only you have to order by online. Room is pretty clean, as per the specifications zero pressure bed it’s so comfortable sleep , room is average really old , they provide toiletries, They have a Breakfast but I didn’t opt for it so I don’t have any comments on it, massage on the 4th floor is good, Gym is quite big and it’s good Overall I am pretty satisfied"

"I liked it, BUT... First the good: They brought me a heater when the robe wasn't enough. All of the staff is so very kind and attentive. All speak excellent or job appropriate English. It is a great place for these two reasons. But there is more good news. They're connected by a hallway to Luckin and 7/11 which make a nice comfort with inclement weather or when yr in a rush. The pillow menu lavendar pillow has no smell but the herbal Chinese Chrysanthemum is perfect olfactory and texture. There are extra blankets and pillows. Why it was my first and last: Wait til yr downstairs to call your car service. Floors 3-35 are for apartment residents, except for 7 which is the gym, spa, cafes. Ride to 36, change elevators to go to floors 36-50 hotel rooms. It's not that clean. Everything is kinda dusty. Everywhere, random hair which was gross to me: hand soap pump, the tub, breakfast ewww. The wood panel walls have never met Murphys Oil Soap and they look like the years they've been there. Also if yr allergic, be forewarned the French toast has peanut butter in it. I wanted to go to the sauna and steam room but the things I saw in the room made me think I shouldn't. They can and should do better. The people who work there are lovely and it is a decent building but I wouldn't stay again because I need more cleanliness."

"The hotel seem bad revenotaion, old building but try to be a better hotel, and this isn t the worst, but the service is terrible. First thing, I pay for higher grade expected have a bigger room 400 SQ ft, end up I have the smallest 250 SQ ft. This isn t the worst, I forgot my keys in the room asking for a extra keys, receptionist, only 1 person, try to look where I lives, I tell her all my reservation number(this is my first day, forgot the room number and floor), she try to find it for half hr, however, she said how can u don t speak Mandarin, don t expect tourist here, or not welcome? Tell m to go to wrong floor, I meet cleaning ladies, at last she speak Cantonese(a local foshan lady), she is much nice and telling receiptionist this guy on the wrong floor, and tell m reception find u the room, at last(that is over 45min), and open the door make sure is a right room, the cleaning lady attitude is much better the receiption, can't image."

"Travelling with 2 boys (14 & 18), we booked 2 separate rooms. The hotel's front desk and concierge staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. The location is excellent - KFC, McDonald, 7-Eleven, XinTianDi and the Ancestral Temple are all just a short walk from the hotel's back entrance. There is also a shopping mall (Nova) with lots of cuisine, located about a 10mins walk away. From our room (10th floor), we can see th side of the Ancestral Temple."

"Foshan Travels: when it comes to Foshan or Guangzhou, most people only know Chimelong paradise. However, there is an oasis known as Changlu Holiday Resort 长鹿度假村. Its lesser known and more catered to locals. Advised to come on weekends, once you check in, literally no need to go out liaoz!! We came during the weekdays and low season, hence it was easier to get an upgrade and no queues for rides. On weekends, however, they have a night parade and activity. Lots of shows, street shopping, food and performances. Back to the resort. I booked via trip.com. Rooms starts from only $99 per room! Not per person. PER ROOM And includes ALOT! 1. Choice of room. We had initially booked the cave room at $200 per night with tickets for 2 kids. However, due to a natural inclement, we managed to get the underwater room upgrade! Both were great. The underwater room usually cost around $700! And a bigger one at approx $1000!! Breakfast is included too. I would say not as good as the earlier hotels. But ok la… 2. Tickets to the zoo. You get multiple tickets if you book more than 1 night. Actually 1 day ticket is sufficient as the zoo isn’t very big and could be covered in 1 day. Zoo shows are not included. Regret watching but not expensive. 3. Discount tickets to the circus. Top up about $8 per person. Discount tickets to snow world. As we had experienced similar at the previous hotel, we skipped this. Snow world is another $6 per person. 4. Thrilling amusement rides. Not included but they are not expensive too. Pay by coin credits and they offered buy 1 get 1 value. Works out each ride to be less than $2-$3 a ride only. 5. Affordable and good food offerings. Usually theme parks tend to be expensive. But it’s affordable here. We went to town and realized even cheaper. 6. Unlimited hot spring pools to soak. 7. Beautiful swimming pool (the blue oasis in the pictures is the pool) 8. Steam and sauna access. And many more!! They have a total of 11 interactive zones here. When people feedback 2day1 night is not enough I kind of thought I might have time to go to town.. well… 3 days 2 night in the resort and we still find it insufficient too. 😅😅😅 With the beautiful underwater room, we spent time going in and out of the room for rest and pool soak multiple times too.. If you ask me which room type is the best, get the cave rooms as they are in the heart of the resort. Easiest to get around."

"The hotel is strategically located within the mall and market. There are lots of street vendors selling fruits, etc beside the mall, photos as below. Lots of eateries too within the mall. Won't go hungry at anytime of the day. Room wise as per advertised in their website. We are happy with our 2 nights stay in the spacious room. Breakfast was decent too. The hotel is abt 1+km from Zumiao Metro. Walking is doable with cabin luggage."

"We checked in at 1600 but was told room was not ready (normally should be resdy by 1400) I asked front desk staff where the washroom is and she kept giving directions in chinese which i dont understand very well. So obvious that im not local and i wonder why she kept repeating directions in chinese. Stayed a while in lobby coffee shop and after a while was told that room is ready. Executive suite was very spacious with a washroom in hallway and another inside the bedroom. Was surprised to see 1 of the toilet dirty with ***** hair in the bowl and urine drippings on the cover. at night, I think there was a karaoke nearby and the noise reaches the 26th floor till past 1-2am. Mentioned this during check out and was told that our room has the best view. No complaints on the view but the noise is very unpleasant at night. I felt there were bed bugs as i was itching from insect bites each night. Breakfast selection was very normal. No changes at all and same selection every morning. Comfort was ok. Location is ok to building materials showrooms. I would choose other hotels next time or if i dont have a choice then best to avoid area where noisy music comes from."

On the first day, we encountered some issues with our rooms, but the team quickly resolved them with professionalism and kindness. The hotel itself is new, clean, and well-maintained, with a convenient location not far from all the places we wanted to visit. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended."
