"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Pingyao. The location, right inside the old city walls, was perfect for exploring the ancient town on foot and it was very quiet in the evening, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and nicely heated, which was especially important given the cold temperatures outside. A special mention goes to the owner and his wife for the excellent pick-up service from the train station, which made my arrival smooth and stress-free."

But what truly made our stay special was the staff: incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Despite the language barrier, they went out of their way to communicate with us, using translation apps and lots of patience. We felt genuinely welcomed.

"Couldn’t be more impressed with this hotel. One of the best places we’ve stayed at in terms of quality, hospitality and value for money. Hotel is stunning and historic. Rooms have beautiful traditional styling, yet have modern amenities which make them incredibly comfortable to stay in. Hosts were so welcoming and kind. They insisted on driving our bags to the taxi when leaving and we’re sorry we didn’t have time to take up their offer of tea before our train. Highly recommend this hotel!"

MMisafir KullanıcıOne of the best hotels in terms of value for money we’ve stayed in during our 2+ year world trip. Photos paint an accurate picture. Staff are incredibly friendly, local breakfast with plenty of veggies, and the location is right in the old city while being away from the madness of the main streets. Beds are hard but comfortable. And the courtyard, it is só so pretty, especially in the evening.
10/10, would absolutely come back and stay again.

LLoreeThe hotel is really amazing! The landscape and architectural design is somewhat taking you back to the ancient times in China. The ambiance is also good. It's a perfect place for travellers seeking peace and solitude. The hotel is also clean and the boss is really nice! Highly recommended especially for foreigners!

We opted for the traditional beds and we had a great time.
Service was spotless and very attentive.
The hotel is located right by the main streets and you can walk to the attractions easily.
We definitely recommend this hotel.

The room had everything including heated floors which was great as it was very cold in Pingyao during our stay. The hotel staff was very helpful with everything and even drove us to the train station the day we left. I absolutely reccommend this beautiful hotel and would love to come back here some day!

In reception they do not speak English, but they were very helpful with the translator. However, if you really need to rest, this hotel is not made for you. At 7am there were already families and kids shouting and playing in the patio. Even with taps, it was too noisy to keep sleeping. The hotel is also offering folkloric dressing and photos shoots, so you might find people take pictures in front of your room anytime, also at night with flashes

客棧早訂早合適。
院內環境：如圖很不錯。有個會説話的鳥。
温馨提示:夏季室外有蚊子。室內沒被叮。
服務：每個人都不錯。有個年輕老闆進出熱情打招呼，就是我聽不大懂，反應半天不知説得是啥🙈。
亮點:14點退房。車接車送到北門城牆內。離店贈送伴手禮醋。
早餐:店內吃，很方便，食材很好，種類並不多，但還不錯。老闆娘自己也在這裏吃。茄子好吃。雞蛋管飽。（在其他景區民宿吃的早餐不太滿意）
店員推薦的洪武記，交代了路線，吃過了，沒有踩坑。走到洪武記大概1.2公里。
其他:客棧也有旅拍，天氣有點熱，個人不感興趣。有其他旅客説這家拍的好。
沒有啥問題，唯獨就是地理位置在古城的東北角，不在中心區，需要提前做攻略。城內客棧很多，想要兩全其美，就得多花點銀票
