"Everything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the ”concierge” (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement: 1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet. 2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system. 3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard to reach. 4. The hotel had a noticeable damp smell in both the rooms and hallways, and ventilation was necessary to reduce it. 5. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, which was inconvenient. 6. As for the restaurant, the food tasted average, with the grilled meats being too salty. It would be great to see more breakfast variety, especially in terms of bread and sugar-free yogurt options."

"We love this hotel and especially thanking to the staff and Rocio Escovar for making our stay extra comfortable and feel us very welcome! Thanks to her we stayed twice longer than initially planned and later came back for two more nights . Ocean is beautiful. Security is good , Argentinian restaurant food and service super good . Small things we didn't like was that pool works only till 22:00 which is to us very short as we like to have a swim befor sleep and adults pool only could work till 12. Would be perfect . Also kids in a pool for adults only - need to be more strict . All other was good ."

"一句話總結酒店：我家大業大 細節不好你別嫌棄 而且價格不算全包裏貴的，所以沒有期待太多，這個價位還算可以了 房間： 隔音很不好，很潮（不確定是不是所有海邊全包都這樣？） 床、房間很大，風景很好。有洗漱用品。就是電話是壞的😅 房間點餐可以用手機app， 酒水： 隨便喝， 很多吧枱和移動調酒師，但是感覺酒水都甜嗖嗖的 可能我不太會點吧.. 食物： 喜歡美食的勸退，食物一般，4個餐廳體驗了亞洲和意大利餐廳，必須6點剛開始立馬沖進去，不然等座位很久。沒有預約制度。食物拍照好看但是口味普通，基本都是温的/冷了。服務員嚴重不夠！！有種他們想服務好客人但是力不從心。。。 上菜很慢！ 服務： 服務員很熱情，沒有一個不耐煩的，保潔不會英語，其他人或多或少都會 Wi-Fi還不錯，刷**流暢去海灘偶爾斷。 酒店大堂沒有開空調，房間、餐廳空調足。 沙灘風景： 第一排沙灘椅難搶，後面沙灘上很多椅子。海灘上沒有大片空曠沙灘， 不過隔壁家沙灘非常美，可以走過去蹭😂，水還是很果凍藍的，暖的，大片天空無遮擋，看夕陽很美！ 活動： 有集體唱k，泳池裡打牌，西班牙語課 都是要和其他外國人玩的，社恐勸退了 有小孩娛樂的小房間，有滑梯啥的。 有外包的人在海灘上等着接單：在酒店裡玩付費項目 海上騎摩託，船拖降落傘🪂 還有宣傳去外面acua world玩的項目：jungle tour，snorkeling（浮潛）， 氧氣瓶潛水 有好幾個游泳池還不錯"

"入住時，前台給升級到中高區的海景房，望出去就是一整片果凍藍的美景，實在是太養眼了，呆了幾天，覺得都不近視了。酒店各個餐廳都不錯，除了日式餐廳，其他的都去了，都超出我的預期，美味可口，服務也很周到。特別推薦海邊Isla Contoy餐廳，景色太棒了，一邊吃飯一邊吹着海風欣賞美景，愜意極了。酒店還出乎意料提供了免費去女人島的來回船票，還有專人陪我們上船，服務很貼心。總之，這個酒店性價比超高，我觀察了一下，他家所有的房間都是面朝大海的，衹是有些角度不同，不像有些酒店還有園景房，雖然房間的裝修和設施都有些年頭了，但是絲毫不影響入住體驗。就是海邊比較潮濕，如果配一個除濕機就更好了。"

"르블랑은 우리부부에게 오래도록 좋은기억으로 남을거에요. 니죽,하얏트 등등 여러곳을 지인들에게 추천받아 비교해보고 최종적으로 선택한 이유 중 하나는 한국 컨시어지분이 계시다는 것이었습니다. 멕시코가 많이 안전해졌다고는하나.. 혹시 모를 일들이 있기에, 도움이 필요 할 수 있을 방책으로 선택했고 이번 2주간의 긴 휴가에서 르블랑은 신의 한수였습니다. 르블랑 도착 전 툴룸에서 시간을 보냈고 에코프렌들리로 인기있는 아줄릭호텔에서 도난을 당한 사건.. 트립과 구글 리뷰를 살펴보니 왕왕있는 아줄릭 도난사건을 미처 파악하지 못 한 점이 정말 한스럽네요. 400만원이 넘는 피해를 보았고, .. 어떻게든 찾고자 노력했지만.. 멕시코는 영어대화가 어렵습니다. 경찰조차 영어를 쓰시는 분시 한분 계시지만 아주 어려웠습니다. 우리부부는 르블랑의 한국컨시어지분 김재하선생님의 도움으로 사건이 해결되진 못 했지만, 정신줄을 잡을 수 있었습니다. Jeha님이 없으셨으면 남은 바캉스의 일정들을 모두 망쳤을겁니다. 바쁜시간임에도 저희부부에게 집중해서 일처리들을 도와주셨고, 한국에 돌아와서도 안부를 챙겨 물어주시고 마음에 큰 위로를 주신 점.. 투숙객 손님에 대한 진정성에 깊은 감동을 받았습니다. 일의 해결순서도 매우 프로패셔널하셨으며, 호텔에서의 휴식과 모든 즐길거리들을 조리있게 설명해주셨습니다. 호텔 안밖으로의 스팟들과 팁, 심지어 포토존에서의 의상 셀렉 팁까지.^^ 무엇이 맛있고, 무얼 사는 것이 좋은지 등등 하나하나 사진까지 찾아 보여주셨습니다. 이런 분을 어디서 만날 수 있을까요. 매년 2번은 여행을하며 인생에 많은 부분을 여행에 초점을 두고 사는 딩크부부에게 처음이자 마지막일 귀인 재하님. 천국같았던 르블랑에서의 천사 컨시어지님♡ 올인크루시브는 이집트에서 즐겨본 적이 있습니다. 비교되지않을만큼, 르블랑은 우선 술이 참 남달리 훌륭했구요. 요리의 퀄리티 또한 뒤쳐지지않았습니다. 물론 좀 성의가 덜하다 싶은 것도 있긴했지만, 백가지 중 한개는 부족해야 인간미 있는 것이 아닐까요?^^ 몸이 지치시더라도 룸서비스보다는 곳곳의 레스토랑에서 즐기시길 추천드리구요. 클래스나 스파, 레이저쇼, 연주 등등 즐길거리들도 무척이나 다양합니다. 프라이빗 비치 또한 매우 청결하게 관리되어지고있습니다. 다른곳들과는 비교되기 때문에 어필 할 수 있는 강점이라 생각들고요, 칸쿤 뿐만 아닌 다른 곳곳에도 르블랑이 자리하길 바래봅니다. 신랑이 르블랑에서의 한달살이를 생각 할 정도로..ㅎㅎ 까다롭고 고지식한 한국남자가 르블랑 플렉스를 생각하니 두말하면 입이 아픈거지요.. 아직도 생생한 르블랑의 이모저모.. 를 다시 한 번 떠올리며..♡♡"

"Otel, Cancun şeridinin kuzeydoğu noktasında yer almaktadır ve bu sayede hem kuzey hem de doğu tarafındaki plajlara erişim imkanı sunmaktadır. Her iki plaj da iskeleler sayesinde büyük dalgalardan korunmaktadır. Turkuaz süitler geniş ve bakımlıdır ve muhteşem bir deniz manzarasına sahiptir. Otel arazisi, etrafında yürüyüş yapmak için yeterince büyüktür. Farklı noktalardan deniz manzarası gerçekten güzeldir. Otelde, müşterilerin kendilerine uygun olanı seçebilmeleri için birden fazla havuz bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca otelde çeşitli restoran ve barlar da bulunmaktadır ve bu da çeşitli seçenekler sunmaktadır. Otel personeli çok güler yüzlü ve naziktir. Hizmet gerçekten iyidir. Otel hakkında genel olarak olumlu bir izlenim bıraktı. Turkuaz süitin ayrıca daha sessiz ayrı bir binası ve güzel bir deniz manzarasına sahip ayrı bir yüzme havuzu bulunmaktadır. Bu oteli kesinlikle her türden ziyaretçiye tavsiye ederim. Daha iyi olabilecek tek şey yemeklerdir. Yemekler için 5 üzerinden 4 puan veririm; barlardaki kokteyller de dahil olmak üzere daha lezzetli ve özel olabilirdi, ancak belki de bunun sebebi hizmetin ”her şey dahil” olmasıdır."

La.playa es muy bonita y tiene buena ubicación, sin embargo el punto más débil es la comida, tienen pocas opciones, la calidad es baja y obtener reservación en temporada alta es muy difícil. El.servicio también es deficiente."

"Nizuc is perfectly located and has a top-notch service. Direct access to the sea and a number of pools throughout the resort was one of my top things at Nizuc. While the breakfast options were great and economical, I felt like the dinner options were very expensive. Overall, it is a great experience but the resort is on the expensive side (and does not provide all-inclusive options) so it is important to be aware of that."
