"I had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is excellent—just a 5‑10 minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which made exploring the park very convenient. It’s also close to the meeting point for the bus back to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station, only about a 400‑meter walk. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou."

"My recent trip to Jiuzhaigou was an unforgettable family adventure. We set off in the early morning, eager to explore the breathtaking landscapes that this UNESCO World Heritage site is famous for. Our first stop was the stunning 长海 (Chang Hai), which truly took my breath away. The vibrant colors and serene atmosphere made it the highlight of our visit. After soaking in the beauty of 长海, we followed the signs and ventured down to discover more scenic spots. Each new view was more magnificent than the last, showcasing the unique features of Jiuzhaigou's natural beauty. Around 10:30 AM, we made our way to the center of the park, where we found a variety of food options. The food was delightful, and it caters to different tastes. I decided to try some dumplings, which were delicious and a perfect way to refuel for the rest of our exploration. At noon, we hopped on a bus to the other side of the park, which was equally enchanting, filled with more beautiful scenes and tranquil lakes to admire. We wrapped up our day by returning to the Jiuzhaigou entrance around 4 PM. Overall, the experience was incredible, combining breathtaking scenery with delicious food and quality family time. I highly recommend visiting Jiuzhaigou to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!"

"Staff was helpful and let us leave out luggage while we visited Jiuzaigou. Room is spacious, basic but sufficient. Breakfast spread was minimal but ok. Location is ok and within walking distance to Jiuzaigou itself (about 1.3km) which is great as we had to walk back after failing to get transport back after our Jiuzaigou visit with the massive crowd at the exit"

"We stayed at the Hilton in Jiuzhaigou for three days with our family, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. At every touchpoint, we felt the warmth and attentiveness of the service team. A special mention goes to the customer service manager, Janice, who was incredibly thoughtful. She surprised our children with adorable teddy bears, which made their day. Knowing that we were visiting Jiuzhaigou, she also prepared disposable bath covers and bath salts for us—such a considerate gesture after a long day of sightseeing. Our children were not very used to the local cuisine, so we ordered pasta from the hotel. It turned out to be delicious, and the portion size was very generous, which we really appreciated. My kids also enjoyed playing at their kids club. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay for our whole family. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit."

"Good location, not far from the scenic area. Big hotel. Very good hospitality. We're specially assisted by Kevin during check in, and get room upgraded and free breakfast. Warmly greeted and escorted to room by Ze Wang, very helpful. Special thanks to both of them. Room is spacious with complete ammenities. Even get heating floor and fireplace. Also got welcome fruits and nice note. Breakfast has big variety of chinese (local) food and western food. Dining room is well decorated. We really enjoy our stay here. Will recommend friends to.stay here."

"We checked in around mid night and the staffs (an old man) and a young lady were quite nice to welcome us and let us buy instant noodle although it closed. The man showed us to our room and gave us extra water to boil for noodle. Location is good, 10 mins by didi to Jiuzhaigou Cons: I think the housekeeping should be trained more as I read some reviews they got same experience. There was a staff knocking our door very loudsy in early morning around 6:30am-7am and used master key to open the door. It makes us very shock when we were sleeping at the time."

"My mother and I stayed at Jiuzhaigou Jijiannanshan Homestay when we visited Jiuzhaigou National Park. The homestay itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, clean and all amenities are provided. The bathroom in the family room has two sinks and a big shower! The homestay also provides a delicious, home-cooked, free breakfast. The only thing that we didn't like was that the bathroom is very cold and the towels always felt damp even after they had been changed when the room was cleaned. It's probably due to the mountainous location. Despite that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"Very satisfied with my choice of hotel for my stay in Jiuzhaigou. The location is perfect (10min walk from the national park, restaurants and grocery stores all around). The welcome was very benevolent despite the language barrier. The person at the reception gave us all the information we need to know so that our stay takes place in the best conditions.
