"Otel, check-in sırasında size devlet inşaatı olduğunu da hatırlatacaktır. Süreçte küçük bir aksaklık oldu, ancak KIKI bunu çok hızlı bir şekilde halletti ve hizmet anlayışı çok iyi ve düşünceli. Teşekkür ederim, ilgilenildiğinizi hissedeceksiniz. Ayrıca deniz manzarası çok güzel, denize bakınca seyahate uygun bir otel. Coconut Dream Corridor bir dahaki sefere yine bu otelde kalacağım. Beş yıldızlı değerlendirmelerle tekrar tercih edilmeye değer. Deniz manzaralı odaları seven arkadaşlar doğrudan rezervasyon yapabilirler."

"Hotel is conveniently located near the beach. There are also many good restaurants in the area. The breakfast had good variety and was mostly delicious. The resort is family friendly with many facilities for kids to enjoy - warm swimming pool, water playground, indoor playground and daily activities. The room has a good view and is generally clean, but need quite a lot of refurbishing - some furniture were chipped, toilet seat has turned yellowed and some tiles were worn out. It did not affect our stay as the room was still well equipped and clean."

"İyi otel. Odalar geniştir ve Dodonghai Plajı manzarasını gördük. Odada kasa yok. Terazi, buzdolabı, saç kurutma makinesi, banyo malzemeleri, su, kettle, terlik, bornoz, çay/kahve bulunmaktadır. Her gün temizlik yapılması normaldir ancak ilk taşındığımızda zemin çok kirliydi. Perdelerde ve kanepede lekeler var, otel yeni olmasına rağmen misafirler temiz değil( Deniz ve plaj yakındadır, denize gireceğiniz yere 10 dakika yürüme mesafesindedir. Marketlere 10-15 dakika yürüme mesafesindedir. Otobüs durağına yaklaşık aynı mesafededir. Otel biraz uzakta ama turizm merkezine yakın, biz beğendik. Güzel sonsuzluk havuzu ve plajın yanında başka bir havuz, şezlong ve şemsiyelerle geniş ve temiz. Resepsiyondaki özenli personel. Varışta, Rusça konuşan Çinli bir kadın tarafından karşılandık; geziler de dahil olmak üzere her türlü sorunuzu ona yazabilirsiniz. Kahvaltı diğer yerel otellere göre geniş, çeşitli ve lezzetlidir. Çoğunlukla Çin yemekleri, ancak aralarından seçim yapabileceğiniz çok şey var, denemeli ve neyi sevdiğinizi bulmalısınız. Bir eksi, yemeklerin tüm etiketlerinin Çince olması ve yemeğin bileşimi hakkında hiçbir anlayış olmamasıdır. "Pros- great location, the hotel is across the street from the beach. Huge lobby with a seating area. Nice staff. Decent breakfast, a few restaurants nearby. Daily housekeeping. Has an open gym , although it was quite dirty and the AC was unplugged. Cons- could fix certain details that will improve the overall quality look of the hotel. Why would you put metal inside the pool water?????? A hotel that can host probably 500 people, they only had 6 lounge chairs for the pool. Why not have beach lounge chairs on the beach for guests like Pullman Hotel and other hotels do. If there are holes in sheets, curtains, towels, anything, please please throw it out, don't be cheap and keep it, it looks horrible. In the bathroom shower stall, they give installed the smallest , tiniest shelf , where u can barely keep ur stuff in, remove that and install a nice long shelf that goes along the shower wall. Also the shower door swings inwards the shower stall, hitting the shower head and limiting it opening range...why? The door should swing out, so u can pull , not push in."

"Our stay at the JW Marriott Dadonghai Bay was quite memorable. From check-in period until our check-out period, the stay was great. I booked my stay at Trip.com, and the staff was able to accommodate my request to stay near the elevator. Sharry, the manager, was well-spoken in her English, and was able to meet our need for a connecting room. She also recommended us to great restaurants nearby to the hotel, and helped us with additional blanket. The facilities were also well maintained. From the 24 hour fitness center to the beachwalk to the breakfast facility, they were in top notch condition. In addition, the staffs were professional. The only regret I have is that I didn’t have time to check out the Cantonese Dim Sum at the onsite Chinese restaurant. My 3 days 2 nights stay was too short to try this dim sum. JW Marriott Dadonghai Bay is surely one of the top hotel in my list, and I hope to stay there again in my next vacation to Hainan."

"We booked a family suite at the grand mercury but the suite was on the third floor, which made it very hard for us and our 1 year old to access and we weren’t really feeling the vibe of the suite. However, a concierge named Kiki came over and went out of her way to make us comfortable. Even though the entire hotel was very full and busy, she found us a huge suite, added two extra beds for our daughters to sleep separately, brought all kinds of fruits and drink every day and checked on us constantly during our entire stay. Even though the hotel is a bit dated, the hotel’s ancient style architecture, gardens, ponds and the style is something to be mesmerized by. You have a heated children’s pool and two big full size pools at both wings. The hotel stands in the center of the Baihua market like a gigantic Chinese temple, therefore, the location makes everything so convenient. Our what to have been an average stay was quickly fulfilled and transformed into smiles because of Kiki’s service and set a high standard for us on how hotels should treat their guests. If you stay there, ask for Kiki and you’re all set."

"Nice clean hotel, excellent view, convenient location to walk around, to shop and to reach several beautiful beaches, spas and restaurants by foot or by public transport, especially if you are spending a few days in Sanya. The staff was so polite and helpful as well. Nothing to complain except that the hotel could consider improving the variety of breakfast for international travelers. Also, just for your information: the yatcht services associated to the hotel refuses to provide services to international travelers who dont speak chinese."

"Otel muhteşem. Aile süitinde 8 gece kaldık, oda temiz ve düzenliydi, güzel bir manzarası ve dekorasyonu vardı. Odaları temizlememize yardım ettiği için Wang Shaoling'e (王少玲) çok teşekkürler, ayrıca bir yaşındaki çocuğumuz için her gün havlularla sevimli oyuncaklar yapmıştı. Otel, Yalong Körfezi'ndeki ilk 5 yıldızlı otel olduğu için biraz eski, ancak kesinlikle temiz ve iyi hizmetler sunuyor. Burada kalmakla çok iyi bir seçim yaptığımı hissediyorum. Denizin en güzel manzarasına sahip, çocuğum mini treni çok seviyor!"
