"One of the best Westin I’ve experienced in China. I had an amazing stay, everything was fantastic from vstart to finish. The hotel offers many activities, especially along the river pool, the rooftop has a stunning view from Haitang Bay with excellent cocktails and music. At the reception and breakfast everyone greets you with a smile, which really makes a difference. A special mention to Chloe, Management Trainee, who took such great care of us. She truly made our experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back."

"Third stay here. In all honesty the staff kept us coming back. The boys on the beach bar are excellent. Every single one of them. Thank you for making us feel so welcome! Kimi was fantastic to us also, a real asset to the company. Thank you again for our special stay and for making it one to remember. We will be back here again next year. The hotel is grand. It needs some work after the typhoon but it’s not in a bad way at all. The pool is fantastic, in fact, it’s the best pool I’ve ever been in. You can swim for ages without touching the sides. It isn’t that deep either. For those that want a bit of luxury, this hotel has it. It also has the facilities if you just want to have a room and enjoy the beach/pool/free shows. I highly recommend the beach side BBQ, we had an amazing last night cooking steak on the beach. Big thanks to Neo, Chris, Emile, Zhang, Wangyuxiang on the beach bar. "Our Unforgettable Stay in Hyatt Regency Sanya Tianli Bay Our recent stay at the Paradise Hyatt Regency Sanya Tianli was simply magical, and a few moments stood out in particular. The Perfect Pool for the Whole Family The pool at this hotel is undoubtedly one of the best we have ever experienced.It was divided into three special zones suitable for all ages. For adults, there was a large swimming area with a swim-up bar and Jacuzzi. For children, there was a shallow pool with a small slide. And for the little ones, there was a separate, shallow kiddie pool with warm water. Our kids could have spent all day there! A Children's Paradise and a Pink Beach The kids' club was absolutely amazing. It wasn't just a single room, but a whole complex with a variety of areas: a creative zone, a playground, and a room for watching cartoons. The staff was very attentive and professional. The hotel's beach was like a postcard.The sand had a unique soft pink hue The sunbeds and umbrellas were very comfortable, and the staff constantly offered refreshing drinks and fresh towels. Wonderful Breakfasts to Start the Day The breakfasts at this hotel deserve a special mention! It was a true gastronomic festival with an incredible variety of dishes. We were particularly impressed by the freshly squeezed juice station. All this freshness and vitamin boost were absolutely superb! But the true star of the breakfast, according to our whole family, was the waffles. They were some of the best we have ever had! They were made right in front of the guests and were always served crispy on the outside and incredibly fluffy on the inside. A whole range of toppings was available: classic maple syrup, whipped cream, and etc. It was so delicious that we indulged in this treat every morning, and it became our favorite ritual. A special thank you goes to the concierge named PAY. She was our guardian angel throughout the vacation. PAY was always available via the hotel's app, helping us book tables, arrange transfers, and offering great advice. Her kindness and professionalism truly made our stay special. We highly recommend this hotel to families and couples looking for a flawless vacation. We will definitely be back!"

"Sanya'ya seyahat ederken bu oteli beşinci kez seçiyordum, eskiden arkadaşlarla geliyordum ve şimdi iş gezileri için. "Our stay at the JW Marriott Dadonghai Bay was quite memorable. From check-in period until our check-out period, the stay was great. I booked my stay at Trip.com, and the staff was able to accommodate my request to stay near the elevator. Sharry, the manager, was well-spoken in her English, and was able to meet our need for a connecting room. She also recommended us to great restaurants nearby to the hotel, and helped us with additional blanket. The facilities were also well maintained. From the 24 hour fitness center to the beachwalk to the breakfast facility, they were in top notch condition. In addition, the staffs were professional. The only regret I have is that I didn’t have time to check out the Cantonese Dim Sum at the onsite Chinese restaurant. My 3 days 2 nights stay was too short to try this dim sum. JW Marriott Dadonghai Bay is surely one of the top hotel in my list, and I hope to stay there again in my next vacation to Hainan."

"Hotel is conveniently located near the beach. There are also many good restaurants in the area. The breakfast had good variety and was mostly delicious. The resort is family friendly with many facilities for kids to enjoy - warm swimming pool, water playground, indoor playground and daily activities. The room has a good view and is generally clean, but need quite a lot of refurbishing - some furniture were chipped, toilet seat has turned yellowed and some tiles were worn out. It did not affect our stay as the room was still well equipped and clean."

"I had an outstanding stay here. The resort sits on a huge, beautifully landscaped property with multiple pools spread across the grounds—one of them is a transparent, suspended pool that’s as fun to swim in as it is to photograph. And separate 2 swimming pools for children. Mornings were a highlight thanks to the fantastic breakfasts: fresh, varied, and consistently delicious. The hotel offers breaffast options of european and asian styles, and you can always find a lot of options for children. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the team. Special thanks to Catherine (Manager) for her warm, proactive care, Tsering (Butler) for anticipating every need with grace, and Romula waitress in the restaurant for friendly, attentive service at every meal. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless and comfortable, and the kids’ club team was exceptional. Speaking of the kids’ club—it’s not just a room, it’s an entire children’s zone. Think large-scale play areas with slides, trampolines, and dedicated spaces for different age groups. There’s a lot of staff on duty, and they run daily activities that actually engage the kids (crafts, games, mini challenges)—our child wanted to go back every day, which gave us parents some real downtime. Between the stunning grounds, unique pool experiences, excellent food, and genuinely attentive, caring staff, this hotel delivered a memorable family vacation. We’ll happily return and recommend it to friends."
