Nice stay. We had a good time at the hot springs. The location is convenient since it’s right at the shopping street. You can find all the food, local or western style, just nearby.

This hotel is very conveniently located. It's within walking distance of the ropeway to Matsuyama Castle and very close to trams going in both directions around the city center. My wife and I would definitely stay here again; it's less congested than the Dogo Onsen area. The staff are all very kind. The bed was very comfortable.

Good - location is great, 15 min walking to shopping arcade - great view, residing right next to the river and cherry blossom. - great service, they speak both English and Japanese and offer free parking while staying - room is clean and tidy, and the washroom is stainless clean Can better - insufficient parking slot, may need to look for parking if they ares full and maybe expensive

A good 5 mins walk away from the hustle and bustle of Imabari Station. That is a pro because the noise in hotel is less when you want quiet sleep. I had a wonderful time here. Very clean and sanitary. Everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Netflix capable tv was a huge plus! I will definitely stay again.

The best central hotel you'll find. Fantastic value for money, the hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. It's only a few streets away from a massive shopping district including restaurants, so you won't have to go far when you're hungry. There's a tram station very nearby so you can get to Dogo Onsen easily. The internet in the room is a godsend. Most hotels skimp on the internet so you can only load one webpage an hour, and it makes looking up day trip ideas and booking things a huge pain. At this hotel I had no issues with it. This made it the best hotel for a 'home base' to plan day trips from. Beware Google Maps getting here, it points you to the southern side of the block, the entrance to this hotel is on the northern side of the block.

Nice hotel next to Dogo onsen. They provide yutaka and onsen basket for free use. Nice gesture. Has parking within the hotel but subject to extra charge. Very challenging to park though and they won’t help you park. Need precision for four wheels to balance on two narrow bars. Hotel has a Japanese restaurant within the compound and it is not bad.

The overall environment was great. However, there’s one thing I’m extremely dissatisfied with—the walls! The wall between my room and the next is incredibly thin, and it even shakes. I have no idea what kind of ******* is staying next door, but around 12:30 a.m., they suddenly started banging on the wall multiple times. My bed is right up against that wall, and it shook violently three or four times, waking me up in shock. After that, about every hour, they kept hitting the wall again, making it shake like it was during an earthquake. I honestly never expected a hotel room at ANA to have walls of such poor quality! Even now, thinking back to that night still frightens me. 全体的な環境はとても良かったです。ただ、一つだけどうしても納得できない点があります——それは壁です！私の部屋と隣の部屋の壁が非常に薄く、揺れるほどです。隣の部屋にどんな狂人が泊まっているのかわかりませんが、夜中の12時半ごろ、急に何度も壁を叩き始めました。私のベッドはその壁にくっついているため、壁が激しく揺れ、3〜4回ほどで目が覚めてしまいました。その後も1時間おきくらいに壁を叩かれ、まるで地震のように壁が歪むような感覚でした！まさかANAのホテルの壁がこんなにひどいとは思ってもみませんでした。今でもあの夜のことを思い出すと、怖くなります。

６年ぶりに宿泊し建物が美しくなっており気持ち良く過ごせました。モーニングのバイキング美味しくいただきました。夕食に食べたそばが一番美味しかったです。裸麦美味しいです。スタッフさんもみんな優しく本当に過ごしやすかったです。ここのスタッフさん達に６年前に宿泊した時に助けてもらった事がありました。この日は夫婦で宿泊していた時のモーニングの会場で段差で主人が転倒して立てなくなってしまい救急車を読んだ事がありご迷惑をかけて申し訳こざいませんでした。その時支配人さん他皆さんに親切にしてもらい感謝しています。主人は肝臓に持病持ちで４年前に亡くなりました。今は夫婦で旅をした思い出の地めぐりをしております。また寄らせていただきます。

Very helpful at checkin. Our tandem-bike could be parked inside the hotel at the lobby. The hotel is good for cyclists. Standard bikes van be taken to the room where a device is mounted on the walk to hang the bike.
