Location is good and convenient. Friendly staff but cannot speak English. Better to prepare a translator.

The hotel view is really nice. You can see the sea from your room. The hot spring has both outdoor and indoor. There is free soba between 9pm-10pm. The dinner and breakfast were really great! The staff are really kind and helpful. My husband forgot his passport without any realise, the hotel tried to contact us via the Trip.com. What a great service mind!

最初は、ルームキーの使い方に戸惑いがあったものの、エレベーターに乗るのにも大浴場に入るのにも必要だった。 セキュリティに富んだいたのが安心した。 2泊お世話になったが大浴場は、朝早かったり夕方早かったせいもあるが貸切で入れて伸び伸び、ゆったり入れて良かった。お風呂上がりには無料のアイスもあり熱った身体には、たまらなく嬉しいサービスだった。朝の朝食もサービスの女性が顔を覚えてくれて、温かい言葉を掛けてくれて癒さられた。 津駅前だったので、夕食は、困らなかった。 駅前も路地や国道23号線を散歩したが街全体がゴミひとつ、タバコの吸い殻、空き缶もろもろ、ぜんぜんなく街の美化が良くて、びっくり。また、訪れたい街になった。

每次來日本三重首選這個酒店，距離機場近坐船45分鐘到酒店，酒店後面有個24小時超市和大葯店買吃的特方便，門口有公交車到地鐵口有點距離，離海邊近走路10分鐘，空氣特別好，如果不喜歡喧嘩喜歡安靜人少的地方那可以住這裏。一樓有4個不同房間的温泉泡泡特舒服一定不要錯過。唯一不滿意的是三人房間衹有2個插座在插電視和空氣進化器，我們三個手機和網絡設備沒有地方充電，床頭邊也沒有，希望改進，後面大超市和葯店微信付款寶不能用，要現金和銀行卡信用卡。

景色不錯，拉開窗簾就看到落地窗外的海景，入住當天傍晚還看到晚霞。性價比高，跟之前在日本住的城市裡酒店比起來這個房間真的算大。睡得舒服，床就是榻榻米上放兩層墊子，我睡不慣太軟或者太硬的床，這個軟硬度對我來説剛剛好，但日式被套稍微有點奇怪可以先搜搜看能不能接受。唯一用起來覺得有點不方便的設施是連結淋浴頭的水管，它不是軟管而是有點硬度的塑料水管，如果習慣手持淋浴頭的話可能會有點不方便。不用房卡而是用鑰匙開門。

Great location, it is just opposite to Iseshi station. Also have parking next to the hotel. Easy to access via train and car. Bus stop is right in front of hotel access door. Clean room, comfy bed. Have public bath locate at 2F with 2 laundromats. Supportive, actively and English fluent staffs. Recommended place to stay.

As we are going to Ise from Nagoya, so we just stay there for a night. Given the price, it’s a good deal.

The breakfast was good ! The location is good it is near Kameyama highway interchange There is also a big supermarket right next door. The room must be on a high floor, view is a good, i will stay again when i visit to kameyama

露天風呂付きのお部屋で、日常を忘れて心から寛ぐことができました。お湯の温度や景色も素晴らしく、滞在の大きな楽しみとなりました。館内は清潔で細やかに整えられており、快適に過ごせる環境が整っていると感じました。 滞在中に思いがけず大きな蜂が現れる場面がございましたが、スタッフの方が迅速かつ丁寧にご対応くださり、安心して滞在を続けることができました。その誠実な姿勢に深い安心感を覚えるとともに、おもてなしの心を強く感じました。 また、お食事は大変美味しく、旬の食材を活かした料理の一つひとつに温かみを感じました。味付けの加減も絶妙で、見た目にも美しく、食事の時間が待ち遠しくなるほどでした。 スタッフの皆様の対応は終始温かく、細やかな気配りが行き届いており、滞在全体を通して心から快適に過ごすことができました。改めて感謝申し上げます。素晴らしい体験を提供してくださるホテルであり、また必ず訪れたいと思わせてくれる場所でございます。

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city and it is accessible to all kinds of food and transportation. The staff were very well-mannered and actually, too polite And I felt uneasy sometimes. On the other hand, the parking at the hotel was way expensive, 18000 yen per day. Additionally, the breakfast was a bit ordinary in terms of the choices and quality. It was just average albeit the high price of the breakfast.
