Quite a good selection on amenities, especially if you like taking baths (different kinds of bath salts) Many choices on the types of pillows you want, and the room was much bigger than I thought, with a very good view... and I liked the balcony. They also have many snacks to choose from at the lounge to welcome the guests. Very convenient location too. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The rooms are quite dated but still clean. All staff members I encountered speak English and are very friendly. No on-site laundry but there is one opposite to the hotel.

The service was excellent. The hotel is very comfortable with a good location. We loved the food, hot spring and sea view. We had a great time.

Stay for one night to visit the Shima Spain Village. The location is a little bit far from the main station. However, the hotel have shuttle bus service and we could arrive the destination smoothly. The room is clean, the free hot spring (onsen) is good, the buffet-style breakfast is not bad, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, it's a nice stay.

入住當天到早了，在大堂稍等了一會，快三點帶我們進入了房間，給安排的是雙床房間帶榻榻米，比較大。雖然傢俱有一些舊，但是很乾凈。空調是大金的，看起來很新。服務人員雖然不是很多但是服務很好。早飯是送到房間裏的日式套餐。從賢島站出來步行不到十分鐘，酒店上午有送站服務。賢島五六點開始就逐漸安靜，餐廳、車站的便利店六點前都會關門。我們沒有在酒店訂晚飯，後來坐了兩站電車去吃飯。

Otel Kintetsu çıkışına yakın bir konumda ve mesafe kabul edilebilir düzeyde. JR PASS kullanan arkadaşlarımız Kintetsu çıkışından da giriş-çıkış yapabilirler. Her giriş çıkışta interkom kullanarak personelle iletişim kurmanız gerekiyor. Biraz Japonca bilmeniz daha uygun olur. Ise şehrindeki dükkanlar nispeten erken kapanıyor. Gece dolaşmayı ve küçük izakayalara gitmeyi dert etmeyen arkadaşlar, bazı izakayaların nispeten geç saatlere kadar açık olduğu daha popüler alışveriş caddelerine gidebilirler. Alternatif olarak otelin restoranı da düşünülebilir, fiyatı da bence makul. Otel odasının beklediğimden biraz daha büyük olduğunu düşünüyorum ve temizliği de fena değildi. Kısa süreli konaklama için Ijo Jingu Tapınağı ve çevresini ziyaret etmek isteyenlere tavsiye ediyorum.

Located beside bus and rope way station. Food was good and open onsen is fantastic. Got massage for shiatsu for 8000 yen which is super bargain compare to luxury spa outside in Bangkok or sea

The room is big with 2 super single beds. Breakfast was good with variety of food. Location was alright with eateries and supermarket around. But this is the most expensive Hotel Route Inn compared with Iga & Ise..

前日に急遽空いてる宿ということで宿泊予約。 ドキドキであったが 部屋はとても過ごしやすかった。 コーヒー飲み放題が嬉しかった。 温泉が思いのほかよかったのと、シャンプーをはじめ化粧水などがミキモトのものでとてもよかった。お風呂上がりのジュースがとてもおいしかった。 焼きマシュマロなど含めいろんなイベントがあり、そこの施設でゆっくり過ごすのもありと思う。 ヘッドスパやフェイシャルを試したい。 今度は孫や子供たちをつれてまた来たいと思う。 朝、近くの展望台からの朝日もとてもよかった。

我一個女生帶娃從名古屋坐巴士過來的，除了下來的時候因為不熟悉路，跟Google地圖繞了大路到酒店花了7、8分鐘外（因為帶了個28寸+15寸拉桿箱，全程上下坡很多，又是在公路上走，感覺還是蠻危險吃力的，建議商家在下車的附近做個引導牌，走小路去酒店更安全更快些）別的都很完美：房間超級大！睡的很舒服！酒店離滑雪的地方很近（巴士車站其實也在這裏）服務員介紹我們走了一條即安全又快捷一條路（3分鐘不到）另外，酒店也提供購買滑雪地的纜車門票，很貼心，下次還會帶娃來！
