Short bus ride from Train station, Friendly helpful staff that made check in very easy. Twin room was quite spacious compared to other Hotels.

Vibes and services are top notch. Feeling very warm and cozy inside the hotel. And Fujiki chan kept saying thank you very much after each sentence is very cute too :)

ラウンジがあることを知らずに行ったのですが、 お酒もお菓子も充実していて、 清潔感＆高級感もあり、クリスマスツリーもあって、 とってもリラックスして友人とおしゃべりを楽しむことができました！ 館内は全て清潔で、文句なしです！ お風呂も綺麗で広くて、2時間くらい露天風呂を楽しんじゃいました😆🫶🏻 お風呂上がりのドリンクも美味しいです。 とーっても贅沢に時間の流れるホテルでした。 山の景色も美しいです。 ありがとうございました❤️

The location is really nice and the public onsen with the beautiful view are fantastic! However, the room was pretty outdated and a bit smelly and could have been cleaner. We booked the more expensive room with the bath where they show the private onsen picture, but unfortunately, the private onsen needs to be booked separately and they will charge us additionally 3100 yen for 50 min. So be aware to select the cheaper room since it's exactly the same as the more expensive room.

This is an excellent location with ample paid parking around, there are cheaper overnight parking around slightly further down from the hotel's partner parking lots. Rooms were small and cozy with everything you need, staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The bathroom however is rather small and not suitable for elderly. The free breakfast provided in the lounge area is a variety of pastries and breads, you can take one to go as well.

Excellent stay. This was our second stay at this hotel-we came back because we loved this property so much. Great food at buffet. Loved the roof top onsen. Loved the partial tatami room.

ゴルフの前泊で利用しました。 高速インターから近く、佐野アウトレットから車で3分くらいです。 近くにはコンビニもあるので立地はいいと思います。 アメニティは最小限のものだけです。 お部屋にお水やコーヒー、ティーパックなどはないので 飲み物などは買って行かれるのをオススメします。 (一応自動販売機はありますが割高なので) 小さいですが大浴場がありゆっくり出来ました。

The hotel locates nearby Nikko, the world herritage area, just 4 km. from the hotel. Our room is very big, clean, and good maintained. There are 5-6 private onsen rooms, available and enough for guests. The hotel owner gave us warm welcome and services with very reasonable price. Recommend for the one who wants to stay and travel in Nikko!!

Hôtel originale, les chambres sont des conteneurs rénové en chambre, et possèdent toutes les commodités de ces dernières. Parfait pour un séjour rapide. Le staff est aussi très agréable malgré notre japonais approximatif ils ont tout fait pour que l’on se comprennent et que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Cependant deux problèmes mineurs se sont présenté durant le séjour : - Le conteneur est peu isolé ce qui fait que l’air conditionné doit fonctionne tous le temps pour que la température reste agréable. - Le terrain est situé à côté d’une ligne de métro extérieur et malheureusement nous l’entendons assez fort dans les chambres Ces deux soucis que nous avons rencontrés peuvent ne pas en être. En effet si vous laissez le chauffage aucun problème de conforts et si vous dormez entre minuit et 6h du matin alors le train ne vous dérangeras pas non plus. Je suis quand même satisfait de cet hôtel qui a répondu à mes attentes.
