Exceptionally surprised by how beautiful the resort was. The entire property was well-maintained, peaceful, and even nicer than expected. The service was truly top-notch — the staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and professional. One of the highlights was the complimentary lounge access, which offered free snacks and drinks. It was a really nice touch and made the stay feel even more relaxing. The ocean view from the resort was also stunning and added to the overall experience. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were surprisingly affordable considering the quality and variety. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and well worth it. The pools were just as impressive — clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The hotel is located on its own private island, which made the experience feel exclusive, peaceful, and truly special. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were beautiful and spotless, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It was the perfect luxurious escape, and we can’t wait to return.

ANA was an amazing hotel, and our stay in Okinawa was absolutely wonderful! The amenities were top-notch and so relaxing, making our trip even more enjoyable. The area was beautiful, and the views from our room were breathtaking.   A highlight was PST Pizza, which was delicious and conveniently located right by the beach. The breakfast was really good and worth it. We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to visit again!

From impeccably executed Okinawa classics to inspired international offerings, the gastronomic range was nothing short of remarkable. The exclusive lounge service elevated our stay to extraordinary heights, providing a sanctuary of refined comfort accompanied by attentive yet discreet service. The curated selection of refreshments and light fare throughout the day ensured guests remained splendidly catered for between mealtimes—a thoughtful touch that exemplifies genuine hospitality. Perhaps most noteworthy was the exceptional staff performance across all departments. Room service was delivered with flawless precision and genuine warmth, whilst the housekeeping team maintained immaculate standards with remarkable efficiency. The front-of-house personnel displayed particular resourcefulness in facilitating car park tickets, navigating potential complexities with ease and ensuring guests experienced no inconvenience whatsoever. The Southwest Grand Hotel stands as a paragon of contemporary hospitality, where exceptional physical attributes are matched by equally impressive service standards. Their collective commitment to guest satisfaction ensures this establishment remains a distinguished choice for the discerning traveller.

I stayed here back in 2010 but there was a storm so didn’t get to enjoy much but luckily this time around the weather was nicer and a bit cooler out which was nice. The hotel is old but has a lot of history and feels like you’re in the rainforest. I recommend staying here if you don’t mind a bit outdated stuff unless they renovated most of it I’m not sure. Food is amazing as always and there’s many restaurants nearby to walk to if you don’t want the hotel restaurants.

We arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about. However, the service was quite disappointing. We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise. What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary. After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had. Just sharing our experience.

地理位置那麼好的酒店，難怪那麼多差評，其實這家酒店還是有很多優點，首先，酒店有海豚，海龜等很多稀有動物，而且還有這些動物知識的講座，在酒店中確實特別稀有，適合帶小孩子親子游。但是，這個巨大的優點對語言不通的中國遊客來説，意義其實也不太大。缺點主要是服務意識和管理，酒店完全不像日式酒店，可能是美國人管理的緣故，完全沒有服務意識，特別是房卡分很多種，不知道是等級觀念，還是種族歧視在作怪，完全不具備五星級酒店的平權思想。早餐種類也很少，對於這樣貴的酒店，確實很難説得過去。如果房卡是白卡，泡温泉需要收費，水上項目需要收費，海洋動物教育課也需要收費，也算是特別奇葩的酒店。

酒店位於古宇利島，景色望著古宇利橋，十分好。 房間很大，煮食器皿齊全，合多人同住。 清潔時間很亂不按時間表，而且酒店人員也沒有事先通知就進房清潔，有點不滿。 由於本人已於出發前透過Trip.com通知酒店會很晚才到達，但是到達後才發現前枱已經關門，而且事前Trip.com或酒店也沒有任何通知取鎖匙安排，令本人一行人十分慌張。幸好找到Trip.com的客服，才能找到密碼，也謝謝當天幫忙處理的客服及補償。
