Ribeira is a nice hotel - location is excellent with everything else being good to average. Management can pay more attention to details - as an example, no tissue paper in the room, only one small garbage can etc. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna and steam room - the last two were not working when I used it earlier.

Gostamos muito da estadia neste hotel. Atendimento excelente e tudo muito limpo com cuidado nos mínimos detalhes. Deram uma flor ás mulheres no pequeno almoço. Apenas duas coisas a apontar,
o acesso ao spa faz com que se tenha de passar pela área de restaurante e bar, onde recai também a segunda crítica, de que deveriam disponibilizar robes a todos os hóspedes de forma a não ter de vestir e despir a própria roupa ao chegar ao mesmo e ter de passar por estas áreas do hotel, o que não acontece. De resto estava tudo 5 estrelas.

O Hotel fica a cerca de 5 min de carro do centro, mas compensa por estar à beira mar (a vista para a praia é maravilhosa)e por ter estacionamento privado gratuito, adorei a localização. Os quartos são bastante amplos, confortáveis e limpos, com todas as comodidades principais, têm chaleira para fazer chá, o que é uma mais-valia. Aqui talvez sugerisse também a colocação de uma máquina de café e amaciador para o cabelo. O pequeno-almoço é bastante razoável e todo o staff do hotel foi simpático e atencioso. Os pontos menos positivos são a falta de insonorização, a avenida do hotel é bastante movimentada (pelo menos nos quartos vista montanha), o quarto também ficava perto do ginásio e na primeira noite, logo pelas 7h30 acordei com a música e os gritos da instrutora a dar a aula. No check out fui surpreendida com a necessidade de pagar uma taxa de turismo (valor total de 9€) supostamente porque a reserva “entrou” como agência de viagens, fiz a minha reserva pelo site trip. e supostamente teria pago tudo, em momento algum tive conhecimento desta taxa adicional cobrada pelo hotel, nem por parte do site, nem por parte do hotel, situação que me deixou um pouco insatisfeita pois gostaria de ter sido informada desta taxa no ato da reserva, nunca me tinha deparado com tal situação ou taxa.

We had a fantastic stay at Axis hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. We especially loved the breakfast and spa. Can’t wait to come back!”

A qualidade do serviço foi realmente impecável, com todos sempre prontos para ajudar. A limpeza dos quartos e das áreas comuns estava impecável – tudo muito bem cuidado e organizado. Gostaria também de destacar a gentileza e a simpatia de todos os funcionários. Desde a receção até ao pessoal da limpeza e do café da manhã, todos foram extremamente educados, acolhedores e prestativos.

Necessita carregador para carro eletrico, nao acho correto o pagamento para empréstimo de toalha para piscina, deveria ter agua quente nos balneários da piscina.
Bom pequeno almoço e atenciosos no atendimento.

旅館位在城鎮的高處，在山下就可以看到旅館，開車過去的過程很好，而且一進門就看到Santuário do Sagrado Coração de Jesus，景致很好，心曠神怡！
但是，我們同行的朋友卻住到一間有許多蚊蟲的房間，起初櫃台卻說是正常狀況，後才提供換房間。除了這間之外，其他房間尚可。

A wonderful place!
From the very first moment, we were greeted with warm smiles that made us feel truly welcome. The room was like a fairytale – with exquisite woodcarving and a magnificent bed that transported us back in time, as if we were characters from the era of sword duels. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire hotel team for their warmth and for making this stay unforgettable!

Tiene 2 piscinas y un spa totalmente gratuito para los huéspedes. El desayuno inmejorable. Sirven cenas bajo petición. Todo está muy bien cuidado hasta el ultimo detalle.
