Great staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort. The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!

We had a very warm and pleasant stay at this homestay. Location: 4/5 – It’s not right in the city center, but it’s not too far either, about 7 km away. The location is convenient for getting around, especially to places like Dốc Hoàng Hôn and Bãi đá Ông Địa, while still being quiet and peaceful. The hosts are the highlight of this place. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel like part of the family. They went above and beyond to support us throughout our stay. The room was new, clean, and beautifully maintained. Even though the hosts had recently experienced a flood, they made a great effort to repair and prepare everything to welcome guests, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back again.

Terracotta Hotel offers a peaceful retreat by Tuyen Lam Lake. Ideal for couples seeking minimalism and nature over shopping. While some facilities age, the hygiene is reliable. Breakfast spread is nice, but limited food options for the rest of the day. Frequented by tour groups. Pool felt aged.

A classical dame that needs a lot of maintenance. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The room furniture is outdated and the bed is out of support. The fresh air and environment is good. The staffs are friendly.

Our stay at APEC Mandala in Mũi Né was an amazing experience! The hotel offered everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. One of the highlights was the three fantastic swimming pools, all of which were kid-friendly. One pool had a special area for children to play and warm water like a hot tub—ideal for little ones. It’s worth noting that pool access is not included in the hotel stay and costs 150,000 VND per day for the whole family, which we found reasonable. The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit the nearby White Sand Dunes, as it’s conveniently situated for that excursion. However, it is a bit farther from the city center, where most attractions are located. That said, transportation is easy and affordable—a taxi will cost around 160,000-200,000 VND, or you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel for just 200,000 VND. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, with the person assisting us going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They also spoke English well, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Although we didn’t try the food at the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within the building offering fresh, affordable, and delicious meals. Additionally, the supermarkets on-site stocked everything we needed, from swimming gear to everyday essentials. APEC Mandala is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Mũi Né, especially if visiting the White Sand Dunes is on your agenda. We booked a kingsize bed, got a queensize (with so many Mosquitos) They keep telling this room only had queensize when I showed them my booking with kingsize, after a while and a call with the manager we got upgraded a room with a big round kingsize. That was nice, without Mosquitos. Only 1 door had no curtain, only a really thin sticker on it so we woke up very early every morning sadly. Pool was nice but whole day in shadow. Staff was friendly. Location is great. Enjoyed my stay.

Chance upon it while running my work at LamVien Square . So decided to stay for 1 night before my flight the next day . I got myself a room on the ground floor . Love it . Easy in and out . Breakfast was amazing with good selections and delicious. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Room very finely appointed with Bathlines from Chopard.

Although a little out of the main resort /resturaunt area, the hotel Was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. Shop across the road has scooters for rent which allowed us to explore lots more.

My husband and I enjoyed our 4-day/3-night stay at the resort immensely. The view from our room was beautiful. The surrounding ambience was serene and very peaceful. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous and delicious with Vietnamese, Western and Asian cuisines. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The manager even gave us an impromptu buggy ride round the resort, golf club and driving range. The resort provides regular free shuttle bus services to and fro Dalat City Centre. I definitely recommend Swiss Belresort Tuyem Lam for a relaxing getaway for couples, friends and families.
