The hotel was fantastic! We can see Mt.Fuji from our window room and also breakfast place - breath-taking view! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Many services provide at the hotel such as free shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko station etc. There was directly walk way to onsen which hotel provided for the guest and the onsen was so good. I enjoyed it! I will come back if I have a chance to go to Fuji. Highly recommend this plac

グランドメキュールは3ヶ所目でした。八ヶ岳のホテルでは、キッズスペースが広くあるため子供が多い印象でした。ほかのグランドメキュールと異なり、ラウンジが2ヶ所あります。エグジクティブラウンジが使える部屋を予約したため比較的静かに過ごせました。静かに過ごしたい人には子供が多いことで気になることも多いのかなと思いました。スタッフの方はとても親切でした。ホテルの周りは何もないですが、ホテルステイを目的に行ったのでゆっくり過ごせました。リニューアルして数年のようで部屋も施設も綺麗でした。ロビーに給水所があるのも新しくてよかったです。 部屋にコーヒがないのと、食事の場からのコーヒーのテイクアウトがあったら嬉しかったです！

A good place to relax in Fujiyoshida. A huge plus is the free bath. It is located in a beautiful place against the backdrop of Fujisan. From the bathhouse on the street you can't see the mountain because of the high fence, don't count on a good view.

Is a great location by the lake . Sweet pick up from station ,Best part is the breakfast with outstanding views , food buffet is great and lobby and surrounding are amazing , the rooms need a major update the bathrooms and overall the room style looks old old besides that is good but with this prices can find newer places , I strongly recommend the morning time to go the amazing hot spring in hotel

Lovely property in a great location. You’re slightly more off of the beaten track but the tourist bus stop is right out front of the hotel. Great being right by the lake. Amazing room, massive for just me. There’s no shower in the room just a toilet but the onsen was lovely and you can shower in there. Older property also be aware those with accessibility needs the hotel is up quite a steep slope/numerous stairs and then when inside there’s no lift so I had to carry my luggage up and anyone with mobility issues would struggle as I believe all the rooms are on the first floor and that’s after tackling the way up to the hotel. Staff were lovely, can’t comment on dinner or breakfast but a great traditional ryokan stay.

一人旅で利用しました。正直利用するまでは全く期待していませんでした。平日ということもあり人が少なく、大浴場とサウナをゆったり堪能できました。食事は入浴前に2階のレストランでカレーと水餃子を食べました。入浴後も小腹が空いたため2階の居酒屋に入店しました。値段の割に量もあって美味いし、24時まで営業しているので、たっぷり飲み食いしてそのまま自分の部屋で就寝というなんとも贅沢な体験ができました。是非リピートしたい施設でした。

The toilet seats are heated. and washing is unique and easy with warm water.I think they expect guest to sit down on the floor and bathe,They supply yugata for a couple and we wore it for dinner.

Memorable experience of Japanese style room with a direct view of Mt Fuji. Efficient, kind and friendly staff. They even have choices of kids toys at lobby which can be brought to the room to play. The hotel has some age but well maintained, we could experience the traditional feel of it. Breakfast spread was good with Mt Fuji view too. Behind the hotel is a maple foliage forest which we loved it deeply. You can also rent bicycle from the hotel to ride nearby. Onsen facility well maintained. Love the hot and cold pools! Viewing platform at level 6.

房間很大 很乾凈 住起來很舒服 不錯 下次還會想住 也會推薦給其他的朋友  酒店的温泉也很好 室內和户外的都很舒服  酒店的工作人員雖然英文沒有很好 但是都很熱情 很好
