Fantastic hotel with ryokan experience. The Mt Fuji view was very well worth the stay. Although the facilities are old and dated, the overall stay was great. Please book it with their traditional japanese dinner and breakfast packages for a full experience. The staffs at both reception and restaurants were always polite and friendly, with huge praise to the entire team. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

This hotel offers plenty of activities to keep you busy. I particularly enjoyed the welcome matcha tea from an authentic tea house. The rustic sake room provides complimentary sake, which definitely warms you up and relieves tiredness. There’s also an open-air foot bath available. I had a spacious room with a marvelous view of Mount Fuji every morning upon waking. The gourmet dining experience is definitely worth mentioning. The unforgettable drum show and bingo game at night were incredibly exciting. The onsen experience was perfect.

A very lovely hotel that is a heaven for kids. They have all the necessities you might need for babies to preschooler. Great staff, all friendly and helpful and really great amenities. Located in a peaceful lovely town with very kind and friendly locals. Only gripe is that the soundproofing of the rooms are non existent! We could hear the entire conversation of the guest next door. 90% local Japanese guests but surprisingly they are not the usual polite and considerate guests. They allow their kids to run and scream down the hallways outside the rooms as early as 6am and late as 11pm, the adults themselves are talking loudly too. So, if you're a light sleeper who goes to bed early, this hotel is not for you.

For any Yuru Camp anime fans, if you also are interested in an Onsen experience this is the perfect place. The facilities and staff are amazing! I couldn't believe the size of my room, especially after coming from a business hotel in Tokyo. I thought Deluxe Twin was just the ”deluxe” version of a standard single twin size bed room instead of two twin beds but there are no complaints. Given it's more remote location I was expecting zero English but I was so surprised at how well some of the staff spoke English and had print outs for English speakers. I have to shout out two staff members, Nozomi and Joon Bae's english combined with my limited and grammatically atrocious Japanese they went above and beyond making me understand how everything worked as well as assisting me with my ventures outside of the onsen. They have two e-bikes available for rent which I rode to the next station on the minobu line so I could visit the school that was used in the anime as well as get a taxi to take me to Lake Shibere, from episodes 6 and 7 of season one. It was my first time in Japan, being the only foreigner at the hotel for the two full days, I only visited the baths once however the facilities are amazing and I plan on going back to use the Onsen more.

We were incredibly lucky to have clear blue sky days during our visit, and seeing the mountain in such stunning clarity was a breath-taking experience we’ll never forget. Excellence in Every Detail The hotel itself is a masterclass in Japanese hospitality. Here’s what stood out to us: Impeccable Facilities: Everything is exceptionally well-maintained and clean. You can tell the staff is incredibly attentive to even the smallest details. The Room: Our space was quiet, cozy, and comfortable—a perfect sanctuary to relax in after a day of exploring. The Onsen: The hot springs were fantastic! It was the ultimate way to unwind and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast: We looked forward to the mornings thanks to the wide variety of choices. Everything was fresh and delicious. Staying here made our trip truly special. We left feeling refreshed and so happy with our choice. Highly recommended!

露天風呂の他にもサウナ3種類　漢方薬風呂など楽しみが多いスパ施設です。 また、リファのヘッドシャワー、ドライヤー、アイロンが揃っており女性には嬉しいアメニティでした。 どのスタッフも親切な対応で気持ちよく利用することができました。 館内の食事処が期待以上の美味しさでした！ 大満足！

Stay here for a night in a room with futon beds. Location is about 5-10min with car from the train station. The hotel has a shuttle pick up services which run regularly and can be arranged with phone call. Excellent services and the staffs were really helpful. The onsite amenities were great. These include multiple vending machines, laundry (coin), gift store, restaurants, meeting rooms, message chair , kids toys, lounge and observatory deck to view mt Fuji. The hotel had plenty of spaces for work and relax. The room is decent in size and very clean. The breakfast and dinner have a variety of choices and tasted good. This is one of the very few hotels that my parent would also feel comfortable and like. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will book in again if I cone back to mt Fuji.

Japonya'ya birçok kez gittim ve Fuji Dağı'nda hiç kalmadım, sadece kısa bir süre ziyaret ettim~. Bu sezon otellerin neredeyse tamamı dolu ~ Bu, az odalı, çok sessiz bir oteldir. Sıcak ve nazik birçok Hintli garson vardır ve Hint İngiliz aksanı güçlü değildir. Oda temiz ve düzenli. Eşimin de benim de büyük dövmelerimiz olduğundan halka açık kaplıcalara gidemiyoruz. Bu yüzden bu özel kaplıcayı seçtik ~ süper güzel ~. Kahvaltı her kişiye özel odada servis edilmektedir. Sashimi'den pilav'a kadar her şey mevcuttur. Odalar elektrikli tuvaletler, Dyson saç kurutma makineleri ve eksiksiz bir POLA banyo malzemeleri seti ile donatılmıştır. Rezervasyon yapılan çift kişilik yatak odasında bile birleştirilmiş iki adet tek kişilik yatak bulunmaktadır. Oda yok 🦟 Alışkanlık olarak bahşiş bıraktım ama garson almadı~ Otelin hemen dışında Fuji Dağı'nı görebilirsiniz🗻Kawaguchi Gölü yakındadır. İki adım uzaklıkta güzel manzaranın tadını çıkarabilirsiniz.
