Resepsiyon hizmetleri çok iyiydi beş bagajımızı emanete bıraktık. Konumu harika kyoto tren istasyonunun tam karşısında. Otel temizdi.

We had a good stay there. The service is good. Room is clean. There are several shops and restaurants nearby. It’s about 8-10mins walk to the nearest subway station. 20-25mins walk to the market. The hotel provides tea, coffee and water at the reception. There are washing machines, ice machine and vending machines on the same floor. Their public bath is clean and good.

We had connecting rooms right at the end of the hotel leve. The air heater is not working very well although there is an air purifier provided for each room. So at night it became very cold. Location is very good close to kyoto station and bus terminal. Breakfast buffet or Japanese swt meal is provided.

It was amazing staying at this hotel, it was very clean, comfortable and overall a very pleasant enyibale stay at this hotel. Room was a good size, and good clean interior and breakfast quite nice and delicious.

I stayed here almost a week. At first when I came the room smelled of smoke or something. Something didn’t smell right so I friend on the air freshener and it was better. The room didn’t have a chair so I had to ask for one so I can work at night. There was some dust in the corner and stains and a hair on the pillow but still relatively cleaner than some other places. The bed is very very comfortable. Water is hot - I really liked the shower :) convenient location and small perks like happy hour etc.

Отель расположен в двух минутах от станции метро, расположение отличное! Через дорогу есть комбини. Чисто, комфортно, очень удобная подушка и одеяло, что редкость для данного типа отеля, приятный вид из окна. Можно взять велик на прокат прям на ресепшене. Короче классный отель.

This was our favourite hotel in Japan. The location is very central to Kyoto, but did not feel too crowded and overwhelming. It was very easy to get around Kyoto from this hotel, with a lot of train stations close by. The room was clean and bigger than most hotels I’ve stayed in during my trip to Japan. The finishes of the room are just gorgeous. It really feels like luxury. The smart TVs were a nice touch too. The amenities of the spa were really good, and I loved the extra feeling of security knowing women receive a women only key card and men receive a separate one. Nice touch having washers, dryers and vending machines too. The staff are kind and polite and are more than happy to assist you. Although I did find the self check-in a bit confusing - some translations were a bit off. Regardless, I really recommend this hotel.

Tesisler: Otel uygun maliyetlidir. Odada buzdolabı, çamaşır makinesi, bar ve bodrum katında buz makinesi bulunmaktadır. Giriş yaptığınızda ücretsiz bir içecek alacaksınız. Tesisler çok temiz. Çevre: Karşısında FamilyMart marketi ve yanında eczane var. İstasyona biraz uzak olduğunu belirtmekte fayda var. Yürümek on dakika sürüyor ve bavul sürüklemek sakıncalı. Servis: Servis özenli ve ön büro personeli her geldiğinizde gülümseyecek.

One of the best hotels during our stay in Japan! We loved almost everything. The room was spacious enough, especially for Japan. Everything was clean and the view to JR station is unique. Bed was really wide, but kind of short for me (my height is 193cm and the bed was only 1.9m). But despite that - it was a great stay. We’ definitely recommend it!

I've been to Japan more than 5 times and have always stayed at the Royal Park group hotels as I've always had good stays. However, this was the worst experience I've ever had with the hotel reception. We booked two rooms (exactly the same standard twin room) and upgraded one room from the 2nd night onwards of our 5 nights stay. On the 2nd day of our stay I went to the hotel receptionist (it was a different person who checked us in and registered the room change) to change the room and realised then that we mixed up the room that was to be changed as we were travelling as a family. I tried to explain it to the person at the counter but was shocked to be treated so rudely instead. He even threw the change of room slip on the counter and refused to talk to me at all even after I kept apologising and saying I didn't understand what was being said and to explain to me what happened. I was so traumatised after this experience and will never be going back to the Royal Park franchise anymore.
