不言、不聞、不見這三衹吉祥物小獅子實在是太可愛了～～～酒店坐落於自然之中，山湖環繞，不遠處就是華嚴瀑布，適合散步。離車站打車30分鐘路程，賞紅葉時節務必注意，途徑的環山公路是賞紅葉絕佳景點，高峯時可能嚴重堵車。山中天氣變化較大，如果天氣不好可以選擇在酒店內泡温泉或是享受水療，水療設施有英語流利的員工，不用擔心溝通問題。餐廳更推薦lakehouse，菜單定期由名廚監修，個人感覺口味優於日式餐廳，但可惜夜晚用餐湖景並不明顯，可能午餐景色更好。酒店餐飲主打是日光所屬的栃木縣產食材，特別是蔬菜，非常好吃。早餐還有當地的布丁和咖啡牛奶，可以提前和工作人員打招呼，多為您準備一些。夜晚散步還可以看到星星～～～

My first time visit to Japan and I was after an authentic Japanese accommodation. I booked a Japanese Style room with futon beds which were very comfortable. The room was beautiful and very clean. My booking also included breakfast and dinner which were always outstanding, beautifully prepared and unique food items. They utilized farm to table dining and the women explained each item served. They provided and encouraged one to wear Kimonos’s /tabi socks / slippers during one’s stay at, “ Nikko Iwaiyado Juyan “. Which further contributed to the authentic Japanese vibe. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs were amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. The hotel is nestled within mountains and the setting serene. Hotel is family owned and they take pride in caring for their guests.

Loved that the hotel is just a short walk from Tobu World station! Excellent location! Staff were very helpful even though they spoke little English. Thank you. 😄

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus! Das Haus war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die gemütliche Terrasse und der wunderschöne Ausblick – perfekt für ruhige Abende. Auch die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugszielen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war freundlich und unkompliziert, alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

駅からは遠く、レンタカーを借りていきました。 周りにご飯屋さんは少ないですが、あります。 宿での夕食・朝食はとても良かったです。 「特別」を味わうにはもってこいの食事だと思います。 温泉も良かったです。　ですが、金属は黒ずみますので注意してください。 部屋も良かったです。一泊二日ではもったいないですね。 中禅寺湖を望める景色も最高でした。 次は秋の紅葉を見に行きたいですね。

Otobüs durağı kavşakta, otelden altı dakikalık yokuş yukarı yürüyüş mesafesinde. Odadaki yarı açık hava banyosu aslında bir küvet, kaplıca değil, ama banyo yapmak veya ayaklarınızı dinlendirmek için uygun. Ancak ormana baktığı için sivrisineklere ve düşen yapraklara dikkat edin, gerçi biz büyük hayvanlara rastlamadık. Garson her gün girişe yukata, tuvalet malzemeleri, kahve ve çay poşetleri vb. bırakıyor. Değiştirmeniz gereken eşyalarınızı ve çöplerinizi görevlilere bırakmanız gerekiyor; odanıza girmiyorlar. Yemekler taze, ancak set menüler çok büyük olmadığı için erkekler yeterince yiyemeyebilir.

Good things: PRICE, private onsen, ok size of the room, food court right next to the hotel, hot water, ice and vending machines, microwave are available 24 hours. Not good things: location is really soso. It is 20 mins by foot from Tobu Nikko station, but up to the hill🙄 shower is surprisingly located at the balcony, have no idea, how to use it in winter. For me mattress and pillow were extremely not comfortable.

The accommodation looked exactly the same as in the posted photos. The staff were very kind and supportive throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here, and we would love to stay again if we have the chance to visit Nikko in the future. Highly recommended!

＊請務必提前透過客服向飯店確認是否有提供晚餐，若沒有請務必自行購買，非常重要！ 飯店位於風景區（中禪寺湖旁），附近沒有任何商店，需由東武日光站搭巴士到丸山（バス），大約1小時。 這次入住約晚上5點半到，向櫃檯確認後，沒有提供晚餐，來的路上沒有買任何糧食，只好買飯店內提供的自動販賣機，日清咖喱杯麵(400¥)、朝日/麒麟啤酒330ml (300¥)，非常貴。 請務必在車站或便利商店買好餐食、飲品，否則只能買很貴的自動販賣機。 ＊check in時，會加收冬季燃料費(500¥/人)、浴場費(150¥/人)，若要加早餐(2200¥/人)。 房間是日式榻榻米，空間非常寬敞舒適，但是榻榻米地板沒有用吸塵器清潔，躺下來會全身是木屑，不是很好。 浴場只有室內的兩個池子，熱的和溫的，但體感熱的沒有到40度，池子沒有很大，大約可同時3-4人泡，不過能在深山有浴場泡已經很棒了。 交通沒有很便利，只能透過巴士移動，離最近的市區約2公里，走路約25分鐘。 早餐是西式拼盤、麵包、玉米濃湯，蠻精緻的，但份量沒有很多。 適合多人且希望空間較大，可以吃自己帶的食物、喝酒聊天的人。

I don’t understand why someone would leave a negative review due to their own negligence. Trip.com clearly mentioned the additional 300-yen tax (I assume this is the onsen tax) per person, yet they still claimed they were “scammed.” My overall experience at Hotel Euro City was wonderful. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the shuttle bus service was amazing. If you want to get to the hotel easily, check the shuttle schedule on the hotel’s homepage so you don’t have to walk from the station. They run it every day at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 15:15, 16:15, 17:15, and 18:15 from “Nikko Station Hotel Classic,” right next to JR Nikko Station. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the onsen in the backyard was great. It’s true that the room had a mild smell, but I assume it was due to recent pest control (it smelled like pesticide). Just open the windows for a while and it goes away. Breakfast was okay—not as fancy as in the advertisements, maybe because it wasn’t peak season. Overall, I think this is a very good choice, especially if you’re traveling with family. 自分の不注意が原因なのに、なぜ悪いレビューを書くのか理解できません。Trip.com にはきちんと「1人あたり300円の追加税金（おそらく入湯税）」と明記されているのに、それでも「だまされた」と書く人がいます。 私のホテル・ユーロシティでの滞在はとても快適でした。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、シャトルバスのサービスも素晴らしかったです。駅から歩きたくない場合は、ホテルのホームページでシャトルバスの時刻を確認すると良いと思います。毎日、JR日光駅のすぐ隣にある「日光ステーションホテルクラシック」から 9:00／9:30／10:00／15:15／16:15／17:15／18:15 に運行しています。 部屋は広くて快適で、裏庭にある温泉もとても良かったです。確かに部屋には少し匂いがありましたが、おそらく害虫駆除をした後の匂い（殺虫剤のような匂い）だと思います。窓を開けてしばらく換気すればなくなります。 朝食は普通で、広告ほど豪華ではありませんでしたが、ハイシーズンではなかったためかもしれません。全体的に、特に家族連れの方にはとても良い選択だと思います。
